一斤通菜 600g Water spinach (morning glory)
一汤匙蒜蓉 1tbsp finely chopped garlic
两茶匙姜丝 2tsp shredded ginger
少许辣椒丝 some shredded chilli
两至三砖豆腐乳 2-3 blocks of fermented bean curd
半茶匙砂糖 1/2tsp sugar
两茶匙鱼露 2tsp fish sauce
两茶匙绍兴酒 2tsp Chinese rice wine
两汤匙生油 2tbsp cooking oil
一百毫升清水 100ml water
