【新唐人2015年2月23日讯】第87届奥斯卡颁奖典礼刚结束，电影“筑梦大道”（Selma）以“荣耀”（Glory）一曲拿下最佳电影歌曲，得奖者Common、John Legend的得奖感言迅速成为媒体报导焦点，其中Common也提到了不久前的香港雨伞运动，把占中和美国民权运动做了连结。
以下是本台老外看中国、老外看台湾团队整理的Common中英文得奖感言：
First off, I’d like to thank God that lives in us all.
首先，我想感谢神与我们同在。
Recently, John and I got to go to Selma and perform “Glory” on the same bridge that Dr. King and the people of the civil rights movement marched on 50 years ago.
最近约翰和我到Selma演唱“荣耀”这首歌，就在50年前马丁路德金博士和民权运动群众游行过的同一座桥上。
This bridge was once a landmark of a divided nation, but now is a symbol for change. The spirit of this bridge transcends race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, and social status.
这座桥曾是一个分裂国家的地标，但现在已经成为改革的象征。这座桥的精神超越种族、性别、宗教、性取向及社会地位。
The spirit of this bridge connects the kid from the South side of Chicago, dreaming of a better life to those in France standing up for their freedom of expression to the people in Hong Kong protesting for democracy.
这座桥的精神，把（当年）梦想更好生活的南芝加哥小伙子，和（最近）法国那些为了言论自由挺身而出，以及香港抗议争取民主的人们，给连结在一起。
This bridge was built on hope. Welded with compassion. And elevated by love for all human beings.
这座桥以希望建立，慈悲做连接，然后由全人类的爱所高高筑起。
