【新唐人2014年09月06日讯】中共人大常委会扼杀香港真普选，引来港人持继多日的抗议浪潮。香港大学学生会发表罢课宣言，呼吁全港学生走上街头抗争。香港“学联”准备9月22号发起大专院校学生罢课行动。“学民思潮”正筹备发动中学生罢课。
香港“学联”不满中共人大常委会决定对香港特首普选的全面落闸，呼吁全港大专学生9月22号开始罢课一周，一周后再决定是否继续罢课。
香港“学联”副秘书长岑敖晖表示，目前各大院校正在各自开会，商讨如何配合罢课。“学联”也正在构思罢课誓师大会期间的活动。
岑敖晖：“发起罢课就是要告诉中共，我们这班大学生，不接受一个没有我们存在、没有我们话事的未来，是为香港新的时代、为香港所谓抵抗的时代，掀起新的一页、掀起第一波。”
香港大学学生会已经在9月3号，发表了一篇名为《行义遵道 匡救香港》罢课宣言，呼吁全港学生走上街头，反对中共人大对香港的“政改方案”。
宣言中说，港大校训是“明德格物”，在香港命运转捩点，学生不能在校园里袖手旁观。决心以罢课明志，如果当权者一意孤行，下一步就是接踵而来的抗命行动。学生别无他选，也无法退让。
宣言同时呼吁院校教授和讲师支持学生，不因罢课处分学生甚至投入罢教声援，也号召市民大众响应准备抗争。
香港中文大学学生会则是在人大决议的第二天，就发表了罢课宣言，指责人大常委完全无视香港民意，罢课只是“不合作”运动的第一步，如果没有得到回应，下一步就是“源源不绝的公民抗命”。
对于香港学生的抗议，中共喉舌《人民日报》海外版9月5号发表评论，呼吁香港学生不要参与罢课行动。
文章声称，香港学生参与罢课和“占领中环”行动是被利用。又说香港“学联”受外国势力操控。
对此，香港中文大学学生会会长张秀贤指出，六四屠城事件以前，中共极力支持“学联”，但现在“学联”反对中共决定，当局就说“学联”被外国势力操控，非常可耻。
张秀贤表示，9月4号，中大学生会举行了第一次罢课会议，学生们对政改方案非常了解，也知道普选对香港的重要性，绝不是任何人能够利用的。
香港中文大学学生会会长张秀贤：“同学对于罢课或是政改的认知，不会低于2012年的‘反国教’。所以我相信数目应该差不多。2012年来讲，参与‘反国教’罢课的8000人，大部分是来自中大，因为是在中大举行。”
发生在前年9月的“反国教”，有8000多名香港大中院校的师生参与。他们在到港府外集会，要求撤回在中小学推行的、被称为“洗脑”的国民教育课。
张秀贤表示，这次学生们的罢课行动也得到了不少老师的支持，这些老师表示愿意为罢课学生补课。
在香港各大学加紧为罢课行动作准备之际，由香港中学生组织的“学民思潮”也开始筹备在两个月内发动中学生罢课。
9月3号下午，“学民思潮”召集人黄之锋、黎汶洛、刘贰龙等人，在九龙沙田的一所教堂，向中学生们讲解“政改”和“公民抗命”。
“学民思潮”召集人黄之锋说，中学生罢课会在9月7号“学民思潮”举行全港中学连校大型会议后，才有初步计划。他表示，不管面对多大的压力，他们绝不退缩。
黄之锋说：“我们去坚持下去，争取公民提名和否决这个政改方案，因为这是我们的平等权利，我们不会害怕 ，我们有信心去争取，因为我们相信，坚持之后一定会有成功的一天。”
香港“学联”和11间大专院校的罢课委员会，在9月6号召开会议，商讨罢课的日期和细节，7号，他们将召开记者会，发布罢课行动的具体情况。

Hong Kong Students Intend to Strike
The CPC Standing Committee has stifled genuine universal
suffrage in Hong Kong, igniting waves of protest
in Hong Kong over several days.
The University of Hong Kong Students’ Union (HKUSU)
has issued a declaration of strike, urging all students
to protest in the street.
Hong Kong Federation of Students (HKFS) has prepared
to launch college student strikes on Sept. 22.
Scholarism is preparing to launch secondary school
students’ strikes.
Hong Kong Federation of Students was dissatisfied
with the decision of the CPC Standing Committee
that universal suffrage of Hong Kong Chief Executive
dashed.
They urged all Hong Kong college students to begin
a week-long strike starting from Sept. 22.
They will decide whether to continue the strike
in the next week.
The vice secretary of HKFS, Lester Shum, has stated that
every major institution is holding meetings to discuss
how to organize a joint strike.
HKFS is also planning activities during the strike period.
Lester Shum: “The purpose of the strikes is to tell the CCP
that we, the college students, will not accept a future
without our existence or our rights.
We will set off a new page and the first wave for Hong Kong’s
new era, the so-called Hong Kong’s era of resistance."
HKUSU has issued a strike declaration called “Follow
righteousness and save Hong Kong" on Sept. 3 urging
all students to take to the streets to protest CCP NPC’s
political reform in Hong Kong.
The declaration said that The University of Hong Kong’s
motto is Sapientia et Virtus, and students cannot stand idly
on campus at this turning point of Hong Kong’s fate.
If the authorities continue to act against the public’s will,
more disobedience will follow.
Students have no choice and will not compromise.
The declaration also urged professors and lecturers to support
students by not penalizing them for their absence,
and even join the strike to amplify the voice.
It also called on all citizens to participate
and prepare to protest.
The HKSUS issued a strike declaration the following day
of the Standing Committee’s decision.
They accused the CCP of totally ignoring the Hong Kong
public’s will.
The strike is just the first step
of the noncooperation campaign.
If there is no response, the next step
will be “endless civil disobedience."
In response to Hong Kong students’ protests, the CCP
mouthpiece People’s Daily published reviews on its overseas
edition on Sept. 5 urging Hong Kong students
not to participate in the strike.
The article said that the Hong Kong student strike
and the Occupy Central campaign are being used,
claiming the Hong Kong Federation of Students
was controlled by foreign powers.
In this regard, Tommy Cheung, chairman of HKUSU,
pointed out that the CCP was extremely supportive
to the Federation of Students before the June 4 Incident.
But now the authority claimed that the Federation of Students
was controlled by foreign powers when it opposes
the CCP’s decision, and this is really shameful.
Tommy Cheung said that HKUSU held its first strike meeting
on Sept. 4.
Students know the political reform very well,
as well as the universal suffrage’s importance to Hong Kong,
and no one can take advantage of them.
Tommy Cheung: “The amount of students who understand
the strike or political reform is not less than
(those who understood) ‘Against the National Education’
in 2012.
I believe the number is similar.
In 2012, most of the 8,000 people who participated
in the ‘Against the National Education’ strike were from
the Chinese University of Hong Kong
because it was held here."
There were more than 8,000 college students and teachers
participating in the “Against the National Education" in 2012.
They held rallies outside the Hong Kong government,
and requested to withdraw the brainwashing national
education class in primary and secondary schools.
Tommy Cheung commented that many teachers supported
the students’ strike, and were willing to make up classes
for those students.
While all Hong Kong colleges are preparing for the strike,
the Scholarism organized by the Hong Kong secondary school
students is also beginning to prepare to have a secondary
school students’ strike in the next two months.
On the afternoon of Sept. 3, conveners of Scholarism
such as Joshua Won explained the political reform and civil
disobedience to secondary school students in a church
in Sha Tin, Kowloon.
Joshua Won said that the secondary school students’ strike
will only have a preliminary plan after Scholarism held
a joint conference with Hong Kong’s secondary schools
on Sept. 7.
He commented that they will never back down no matter
how much pressure they face.
Joshua Won: “We will persevere in fighting for citizen
nomination and reject this political reform, because this is our
right, we are not scared, we will fight with confidence,
because we believe that one day we will succeed."
Scholarism and the strike committees of 11 colleges
had a meeting on Sept. 6 to discuss the details
and the date of the strike, and they will hold a press
conference on Sept. 7 to release details of the strike.
