【新唐人2014年06月13日讯】港大律师公会声明 反驳中共白皮书
中共日前发表的香港《白皮书》，继续遭到香港各界的抨击。6月11号，香港大律师公会发表声明，反驳白皮书将法官及司法人员被视为“治港者”或治港团队的说法。
香港大律师公会指出，香港的法官及司法人员不应被视为“治港者”， 或是政府团队的一部分，公会认为，《白皮书》将香港法官及司法人员公开而错误的定性为“治港者”，会对港人、内地人民和广大国际社会发出错误讯息，令人误以为法院是政府机器的一部分，并且同声同气，相互配合。
公会表明，香港现行普通法制度，法院不需听命于任何人的“一锤定音式最终解读”。
声明强调，根据《基本法》，香港司法制度，独立于行政及立法制度。
浙江强拆十字架引发警民冲突
浙江省强行拆除基督教教堂和十字架的行动，最近两天又开始加剧。
据美国《美国之音》报导，6月11号，浙江当局派出一百多名警察和城管人员，强行拆除温州乐清白象镇的琯头教堂的十字架，被闻讯赶到的信徒阻止，双方发生冲突，多名教徒被警察打伤。
从信徒提供的现场照片可以看到，数十名持盾牌、戴头盔的特警在教堂外筑起人墙，不准信徒进入，其中一位老人躺倒在地，另有许多信徒推着特警盾牌，往教堂冲。教堂外墙，悬挂着写有“十字架，永远是我的荣耀”、“强烈要求尊重我们的信仰”等条幅。
据报导，从三月至今，浙江省至少已有几十座教堂被责令拆除十字架。
重庆公民传天安门照片被送精神院
重庆綦江区公民刘伟（网名“介子”）今年5月下旬，因为上传了一张他在天安门前拍摄并写有“北京欢迎你”的照片到网上，而被綦江当地警察从北京带回当地，刘伟日前被送进了重庆歌乐山精神病院。
大陆《维权网》6月12号报导，据知情人士反映，重庆警方以欺骗和恐吓的手段对付刘伟的父母，将刘伟送进了精神病院。目前，刘伟的妈妈也被带走，他家门口有警察守候。

Hong Kong Bar Association Respond to The White Paper
The white paper on Hong Kong published by the Chinese
Communist Party (CCP) continues to be condemned.
On June 11, the Hong Kong Bar Association objected to the
wording “judiciary as Hong Kong rulers” or “ruling team”.
The Bar Association said a judge or judicial officer shouldn’t
be regarded as a ruler or part of the government team.
The Bar Association believes the white paper sent the wrong
message to Hong Kong people, mainland Chinese and the
international community by its characterization of Hong Kong
judges and judicial officers.
They believe it will lead people to think the court is part of the
government machine and has the same voice as government.
The Bar Association said the court doesn’t need to listen to a
final interpretation according to the Hong Kong current law.
The statement said, according to the Basic Law, The Hong
Kong judicial system is independent from other systems.
Zhejiang Forcible Demolition Triggers Conflicts
Zhejiang province intensified the forcible removing of the
Christian church and the cross recently.
According to the U.S Voice of America report on June 11,
Zhejiang authorities sent more than a hundred police and
urban management officers who forcibly removed the cross
from Guantou church in Wenzhou.
Worshipers came to stop the action and came into conflict
with the police, resulting in many people injured.
Images of the scene showed special police in riot gear acting
as a blockade at the entrance to the church.
An old man was lying on the ground while many people
rushed at the church by pushing aside the SWAT shields.
There are some banners outside saying “cross is my glory
forever”, “strongly urged to respect our faith”.
According to the report, at least a dozen churches in Zhenjiang
were told to remove their crosses from March this year.
Chongqing Citizen Sent to Mental Hospital For
Uploading Tiananmen Picture
Chongqing citizen Liu Wei (NetID “Jiezi") was taken to a
local mental hospital recently.
He only uploaded a Tiananmen picture with the title
“You Are Welcome to Beijing”.
On June 12 Mainland Human Rights Defenders website said
Chongqing police sent Liu Wei to the mental hospital by lying
and intimidating his parents. Liu’s mother was
taken away with the police at his door.
