【新唐人2014年03月27日讯】核安全峰会正在荷兰召开，俄罗斯因克里米亚入俄，被踢出了八大工业国集团（G8）。俄驻华大使馆官方微博，周二突然用天安门事件后中国受西方制裁，来比喻俄国目前的处境，意图拉近中俄距离。俄罗斯自愿跟“六四屠夫”为伍，引发大陆舆论哗然。大陆学者担心，中共和俄罗斯这两个国家联手抗美，将会再次形成世界的冷战格局。
俄罗斯驻华大使馆25号在官方微博说：“目前俄罗斯的处境多少类似中国在1989年事件后所遇到的处境。当时美、欧在中国违反人权的借口下，开始禁止向中国出口武器和军事技术。”文章引述专家的意见认为，在这种条件下，西方制裁应让俄、中两国走得更近，俄国“有必要更加认真研究如何加强俄中合作”。
而最近“中国天安门事件”此类敏感词在微博没有被屏蔽，令大陆网民大感意外。有网民装傻问：“天安门什么事件啊？”“是军队用机关枪扫射学生，用坦克辗压学生那次（6、4）事件是吗？”“老毛子，你不提那事，中国人都快忘了！”
浙江“杭州师范大学”法律史教授范忠信表示，这篇微博把俄罗斯和中共政治领导集团绑在了一块。他说，俄罗斯现在的做法有一点恢复到以前苏联体制。俄罗斯民族主义和苏联体制残余影响的叠加，在这次克里米亚事件上体现出来。
范忠信表示，他最担心的就是中、俄亲密联手去对抗美国，和整个西方，这是重回冷战状态。
杭州师范大学法律史教授范忠信：“我觉得很可怕。因为过去几十年的冷战已经表明，那是人类文明进步历史上的一场大劫难，全球性的劫难。两大阵营对抗，从热战到冷战，这场劫难太可怕了。经过后来整个世界分化组合，美、苏关系的转化，东欧的变化，使世界重新恢复了相对自由，相对和谐的世界关系。”
但是近期“北约东扩”及俄罗斯的恐惧和反对，中共跟俄罗斯联手抗拒美国，现在西方的制裁又使中、俄更加联手，令人感觉世界又要回归两大阵营的对抗的态势。
原中共“中央经济体制改革委员会”干部曹思源认为，中共跟俄罗斯非正式结盟，是在外交上的失策和近视。中、俄之间的基础其实存在着很大的利益冲突。
原中共中央体改委干部曹思源：“俄罗斯占了中国很多领土。俄罗斯跟中国领土就有很大的矛盾分歧。而且中国自古以来的外交思想就是‘远交近攻’。俄罗斯是近处，是跟中国的外交矛盾更加明显，我们放弃‘远交近攻’，还那么热乎，或者傻乎乎的热乎，可笑！”
范忠信认为，从历史看，俄罗斯是经常引起中国噩梦的一个国家。一方面因为原来俄国沙皇侵略成性的国家本性。俄罗斯是侵占中国土地最多的国家。另外就是，苏联向中国输出了革命，直到今天中国人民还在遭受共产主义意识形态所带来的折磨。
但过去一段时间，俄罗斯跟中共之间走得越来越近。范忠信认为，因为过去历史上中、俄的社会制度和意识形态一致，抵抗西方的目标也一致，加上现实中，美国和整个西方对中国的人权问题，和意识形态问题，不懈的批评施压，而让中共领导集团决定联俄抗美、抗欧。
原英国外交官，中国问题专家蒂姆•科拉尔，曾撰文质疑中共联俄的策略是否符合中国的利益。他指出，俄罗斯在边境周围造就多个极不稳定的区域，最明显的例子就是车臣。如今克里米亚也有可能变成另一处黑帮横行之地。他指出，中国并不需要另一个全副武装、借民族主义掩饰自身弱势的邻国。一个北韩就够了。

Russia Out of the G8 – Makes Horrifying Embassy Faux Pas
The 2014 Nuclear Security Summit is held in Netherlands.
Russia was kicked out of the Group of Eight industrialized nations
(G8) supposedly because of the Crimea.
In the Russia official microblog, they dubiously compare the
current Russian backlash to the punishment meted out to China
after the Tiananmen massacre.
This faux comparison it appears is to bring China and Russia
closer together.
Russia’s voluntarily comparing itself with the horrifying
June 4th butchery triggered a public outcry in the mainland.
Mainland scholars worry that the CCP and Russia together
will form a world Cold War structure again against the
United States
March 25, Russian Embassy said in the official micro-Bo:
“The current Russia situation is much like China after the
1989 incident.
At that time the United States and Europe banned the export
of arms and military technologies to China under the pretext
of human rights violations in China.
The article quoted the expert’s opinion that the Western sanctions
should allow the two countries come closer together under such
conditions.

co-operation between Russia and China."

Hangzhou Normal University legal history professor Fan Zhongxin
said this micro-Bo tied the political leadership of Russia and CCP.
He said that it seems that the current Russia has returned to the
old Soviet style system. Russian nationalism and the residual effects
of the Soviet system are reflected in the Crimea event.
Fan Zhongxin said he worried most about the Russia and China
together against United States and the West will take it back to
the Cold War status.

“I feel terrible because the Cold War in the past few decades
has shown it was a big catastrophe in the progress of
human civilization, a global catastrophe.
The catastrophe was horrible that the two camps’ confrontation
went from from hot war to the Cold War.
Later, the whole world accepted the differences.
The relationship changed between the United States and the Soviet
Union and the change in Eastern Europe made the world relatively
free and harmonious. “
But NATO continued the enlargement and Russia grew fearful
and opposed the expansion The CCP together with Russia
resisted the United States.
And now Western sanctions have brought the CCP and Russia
even closer and make us feel that the world will return to the two
camp model.
Former CCP Central Commission for Economic Restructure
cadres Cao Siyuan believes that;
the informal alliance of the CCP and Russia is a diplomatic
misstep and myopic.
There are significant interest conflicts between Russia and
the CCP.

“Russia occupies a lot of Chinese territory and there is great
disagreement and conflict on territory between Russia
and the CCP.
The CCP’s diplomatic strategy is to associate with the distant
countries and attack the near ones for ever.
Russia is close to us and there is an obvious diplomatic
contradiction between us.
We abandoned the previous diplomatic strategy but keeping
warm with them is so silly."
Fan Zhongxin sees that from history, Russia is a country that
often caused nightmares for China.
On the one hand the original Russia was an aggressive country
under the Tsarist government and Russia is the country which
occupied most Chinese territories.
On the other hand the Soviet Union exported the revolution to
China until today the Chinese people are still suffering from
the communist ideology torture.
In the recent past, Russia and the CCP are getting closer and closer.
Fan Zhongxin believes that it is because in the past history Russia
and China had the same social system and ideology;
the target of resistance to the West is also consistent.
Plus now, the United States and the West criticism of China’s
human rights issues and ideological issues have made the CCP
leadership decide to go anti-US, anti-European Union with Russia.
Former British diplomat and China expert Tim Corral wrote an
article questioning whether the strategy of the CCP with Russia
conformed to China’s interest.
He pointed out that Russia has created a number of very unstable
areas around the border; the most obvious one is the Chechen.
Today Crimea is also likely to become another gang rampage land.
He pointed out that China does not need another neighbor armed
and disguised by nationalism.
