【新唐人2013年11月14日讯】三中全会闭幕 大陆股市大跌
11月13号，中共三中全会闭幕后的第一个股市交易日，中国股市出现七个星期以来的最大跌幅。市场分析人士说，这表明投资者对三中全会并不看好。
截至当天收盘，上证综指收报2087.94点，下跌38.83点，跌幅1.83%，深证成指收报8111.00点，下跌168.31点，跌幅2.03%。
据美国《大纪元》新闻网分析，这次股市大跌，可能是中共内部江泽民政治派系在背后操纵，以对习、李阵营施压。
报导说，中共前党魁江泽民为维护他在中共的统治地位，以贪腐治国收买官员。同时以亲信控制油水最丰厚的领域和部门，形成的利益集团攫取大量国民财富。尤其在金融界也聚集他的势力，不许习、李动这个“乳酪”，于是制造“股灾”进行施压。
外媒：中共设国安会“以对内为主”
中共十八届三中全会宣布成立“国家安全委员会”，引起外界注意，分析人士认为，中共的这个举动重点在于对内维稳。
据“英国广播公司《BBC》”报导，在香港的新加坡《海峡时报》高级评述员程翔表示，中共当局在三中全会公报中，先阐述了中国国内的问题，再宣布成立“国安会”，显示中共主要考虑的并非国际局势。
美国《华尔街日报》也引述专家的分析说，“国安会”可能会更加侧重于国内安全，而且可能增加习近平对国内政法部门的掌控。
香港《商业电台》评论员潘小涛表示，国安会如果成事，将不仅会取代中共政法委，甚至可能凌驾于中央军委之上。
三中闭幕日 3女子国宾馆割腕自杀
11月12号，中共十八届三中全会闭幕的当天下午，河北于振云、张春花、张梦颖等三位女访民，集体在北京钓鱼台国宾馆门前，割腕自杀。
当天下午，五名河北访民前往钓鱼台国宾馆撒传单，三人绝望自杀，一人心脏病发作，还有一人割腕没有成功。
三名割腕者随后被送往医院抢救，没有生命危险。目前，这几个人已被当地政府截回原籍。
据了解，这几位访民分别因被暴力拆迁、土地强征和亲属权利得不到保障，而上访多年，他们表示，上访被政府带回当地不是挨打就是拘留，因而感到绝望。

China’s Stocks Hit by The Third Plenum
On November 13, China’s stock market dropped more than in
the past 7 weeks.
This was on the first trading day following the closing of the
Third Plenary meeting of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
Market analysts indicate that investors are discouraged by the
outcome of the Third Plenum.
The Shanghai Composite Index dropped to 2,087.94 at the
close, down 38.83 points, or 1.83 percent.
The Shenzhen Component Index on the Shenzhen Stock
Exchange closed at 8,110.99 points on Wednesday, down
168.31 points, or 2.03 percent.
The Epoch Times analyzed that this stock crash could be a
political manipulation of Jiang Zemin’s faction to put pressure
on the leadership of Xi Jinping and Li Keqiang.
It is reported that former CCP leader Jiang Zemin secured
his ruling role with corruption and controlled resources and
departments with his cronies to collect national wealth.
His forces in the financial sector would not allow Xi and Li
to share the pie, and so created this stock disaster for them.
Foreign Media: China’s State Security Committee Actually
Targets Domestic Issues
Since the conclusion of the Third Plenary Session, the set up
of a state security committee has caused massive discussion
from international media.
It is analyzed that this committee is mainly for internal
stability maintenance .
Ching Cheong, senior commentator of the Straits Times told
the BBC Chinese network that passing the message was set
up in such as way where China’s domestic issue was firstly
discussed, followed by the state security committee set up.
It suggests that the main concern to the Chinese Communist
Party (CCP) is not the international issue.
Wall Street Journal also quoted experts analysis that the
committee would be more focused on internal security and
give Xi Jinping greater control over domestic security services.
Commercial Radio Hong Kong commentator Mr. Pan
indicated that the committee will not only replace the CCP
Politics and Law Commission, but also even prevail
over the Central Military Commission.
Five Petitioners Attempted Suicide on
The Plenum Closing Day
On November 12, the closing day of the Third Plenary Session,
three female petitioners from Hebei Province committed suicide
outside of the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing.
They were Yu Zhenyun, Zhang Chunhua, and Zhang Mengying.
In the afternoon, five Hebei petitioners handed out leaflets in
front of the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing.
Later, three of them, in deep despair, attempted suicide.
The fourth one had a heart attack, and the fifth attempted
suicide without success.
The three women attempted suicide by cutting their wrists
and were subsequently rushed to hospital.
They are now in recovery and have been sent back by their
local officials.
It is understood that the five of them have tried to petition to
Beijing for years over violent demolition, land seizures and
deprivation of rights.
They have indicated that they had been beaten and detained
by local government once their petition was intercepted.
They have lost their hope.
