【新唐人2013年06月26日讯】日媒:郭永祥案或预示中共新权斗
日本多个主流媒体,连日报导中共四川文联主席郭永祥涉嫌严重违纪,被中纪委调查的案件,认为这是继前重庆市委书记薄熙来案后,中共新一轮权斗前兆。
日本《产经新闻》报导的标题是:“江泽民派系高官因腐败下台,或是新权力斗争的前兆。”
报导引述中共内部的消息说,北京高官的秘书们之间,从今年5月起流传郭永祥违纪,正接受中纪委调查的消息,现在终于公布,表示嫌疑已基本确定。
报导还说,郭永祥是众所周知的中共前领导人江泽民派系的重要人物、前政治局常委周永康的心腹,知道很多周永康的秘密,是周永康最信赖的人之一。
中国7成中药材含剧毒农药
国际环保组织“绿色和平”的北京和香港分会,6月24号同时发布调查报告披露,中国九大中药品牌抽检结果显示,有超过7成中药含农药残留。
报告说,“绿色和平”去年7月至今年4月,在北京、昆明、香港等9个城市的中药店,抽检65个中药材样本,结果发现48个样品中含有残余农药,甚至有已被禁止生产、销售和使用长达10年以上的剧毒农药。
根据报告,所抽检的中药店都是各地著名的连锁中药店,包括同仁堂、云南白药、胡庆余堂、特安呐、九芝堂、天士力、采芝林、宏济堂、张仲景等。
访民坚守外交部 要求参与人权报告
已经在北京外交部门口坚守了近10天的几十位北京访民,6月25号继续在那里表达他们的诉求。
这些访民从6月17号开始,轮流24小时坚守在北京朝阳门外交部门口,要求当局让他们参与国家人权报告的编撰工作。四年一度的国家人权报告将会递交给联合国。
据《美国之音》报导,一些访民去年10月向外交部寄送了一份申请书,要求中共当局允许访民参与国家人权报告的编撰工作、采用维权人士所写的人权状况调查,作为人权报告的信息来源、并向当局申请安排时间和地点,让维权人士与公安部、法院、司法部等代表沟通。
不过,中共外交部至今没有回复他们的诉求。

Japanese Media: Guo Yongxiang Case May Show New
Chinese Communist Party Internal Struggle
Some Japanese media reported the case of Guo Yongxiang,
Chairman of Sichuan’s provincial Arts and Literary Federation
who was involved in a serious disciplinary violation.
They thought this is possibly a new internal power struggle
after Bo Xilai’s case, the former secretary of Chongqing city.
Japan’s Sankei Shimbun newspaper said “High-ranking
official of Jiang Zemin’s faction is dismissed for corruption.
It’s likely the indicator of a new internal struggle of the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
The report quoted CCP internal sources of rumors spread
among secretaries of high-ranking officials in May that
Guo was investigated by the Central Commission of
Discipline Inspection.
Now the rumor is announced officially confirming that
suspicions were valid.
The report also said that Guo is an important person
for the Jiang Zemin faction.
He is also a close ally of Zhou Yongkang,
a former member of the Standing Committee.
Guo knew Zhou Yongkang’s secrets,
as he is one of Zhou’s most trusted persons.
70% Of Chinese Herbal Medicine Contain High Levels Of Toxic Pesticides
On June 24, Greenpeace (international environmental NGO)
issued an investigation report from branches in Beijing and
Hong Kong, which exposed that from inspection on China’s
nine major herbal medicines, over 70% contained pesticides.
The report said that from July 2012 to April this year,
Greenpeace took 65 samples from traditional Chinese
medicine shops in nine cities, including Beijing and Hong Kong.
The results shows that 48 samples contained pesticide remains.
It even contained high toxic pesticides which were
forbidden to be used 10 years ago.
According to the report, the samples are taken from famous
Chinese medicine chain shops, including Tongrentang, Yunnanbaiyao, Huqingyutang etc.
Petitioners Appealed To Ministry Of Foreign Affairs
Requesting To Participate In Human Rights Report
Many Beijing petitioners stayed at the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs for over a week. On June 25, they continued to appeal.
From June 17, these petitioners began their 24 hour vigil in
appeal outside the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Beijing.
They requested the right to participate the
preparation of theChinese human rights report.
The report is issued every four years and
submitted to the UN.
Voice of America reported some petitioners sent an
application to Ministry of Foreign Affairs in October 2012.
They asked that petitioners be allowed to participate
in the preparation of the national human rights report and
adopted human rights investigation written by
civil right activities as sources of the report.
They asked the Chinese Communist Party to arrange
a time and place for human rights activists to speak to
the Ministry of Public Security, courts and
Ministry of Justice.
However, petitioners haven’t heard from
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs yet.atch their wallets.
