【新唐人2012年5月21日讯】大陆媒体日前报导周永康“全票当选”新疆十八大代表的消息。评论认为，这对于目前失势的周永康来说，这张十八大的“入场券”不代表他平安无事，不过是可以抓住的最后一根救命稻草，周永康下台的命运不可逆转，他的权力在“边缘化”。周永康摇身一变，成为“新疆十八大代表”，反而让外界关注他对当年“新疆7.5事件”的血腥镇压，为胡温拿下周永康再添上一笔罪证。下面请看报导。
海外媒体报导周永康落选“河北省十八大代表”的消息后，5月18号，《天山网》发布消息说，周永康“全票当选”新疆十八大代表。在此之前，《新华社》还以长篇文章，报导了周永康到新疆考察调研活动的消息。
新疆的主要经济命脉是石油工业，而周永康在石油系统经营多年。有海外媒体披露，周永康一直控制新疆，在“新疆7.5事件”中，周永康曾指使公安人员混入少数民族中，打、砸、抢、烧，故意滋生事端、挑起民族矛盾。
美国哥伦比亚大学政治学博士李天笑：“ 把他（周永康）从河北调到新疆，从那边选出来，给人传递这个信息就是，他曾经对新疆的镇压要负责任。09年有个七五事件，这件事情实际上是周永康从背后挑动，周永康当时跟王乐泉对新疆造成大型流血冲突，这个事情要算到他头上。”
2009年6月26号广东韶关“旭日玩具厂”发生工人群殴，造成118人受伤，2名维族工人死亡，当局对事件处理不公引发维族民众不满。7月5号，近万名维族民众在乌鲁木齐市政府前集会抗议，要求惩办“韶关群殴事件”的幕后黑手，当晚遭到了军方的开枪镇压。官方声称，这起冲突事件造成196人丧生，超过1600人受伤，而维族组织则表示，至少有600维族人被打死。
时事评论员夏小强：“事件发生时，胡锦涛正在欧洲访问。处理新疆事件的最高领导人应该是周永康，如果没有得到中央高层负责维稳的政法委书记的首肯，新疆当局不敢擅自动用武力开枪镇压。”
海外媒体引述知情人士的消息说，周永康有时是故意坐等事态扩大，有时则有意制造事端，挑起纠纷，然后再向上汇报要求调动大批武警，同时索要更多“维稳军费”。
而时事评论员汪北稷认为，周永康虽然是获得了十八大的“入场券”，但是他的权力也在“边缘化”。就像老百姓说的“九大常委出镜”是在“打卡”，跟作秀一样，说明不了什么。
时事评论员汪北稷：“ 首先中共选举从来都是假的，他要让全票就全票，要让谁落选就落选，首先这个新疆选出全票十八大代表周永康，这个事情本身来讲就是没有任何意义，是中共政治上的一个安排。周永康他仅仅是作为一个代表，不代表他就完全平安。”
夏小强也指出，周永康以维稳的名义镇压和屠杀大陆民众，并捆绑胡温一起承担他犯下的罪行，现在胡温一方已经掌控局势，如果能够把周永康“血债帮”迫害民众的罪行公布于众，就可以摆脱这种捆绑政策，给民众一个交代，稳定社会。

Zhou Yongkang’s Admission Ticket to 18th Congress

Recently China’s media reported that Zhou Yongkang was
elected by a unanimous vote as Xinjiang’s deputy of the 18th Congress.
This admission ticket to 18th Congress might be the last
straw for Zhou , who has been losing his power.
However, some commentators think that Zhou’s stepping
down from the political stage is inevitable.
Even if he got the admission ticket to the 18th Congress,
it doesn’t mean that he is safe, because his power has been marginalized.
Because Zhou has been nominated deputy of Xinjiang’s
18th Congress people will pay attention to his bloody crackdown on the “Xinjiang July 5th Event”,
this is yet more evidence of crime that can be used
by Hu & Wen to take Zhou down.
Overseas media reported that Zhou Yongkang was voted
out at the election of Hebei’s deputy of the 18th Congress.
On May 18th, “Tian Shan Website” reported that Zhou was
elected by a unanimous vote as Xinjiang’s deputy of the 18th congress.
Earlier Xinhua News Agency reported in a lengthy article
that Zhou Yongkang inspected Xinjiang.
The petroleum industry is the main economic resource
for XinJiang.
Zhou has managed the petroleum system for many years.
As disclosed by overseas media, Xinjiang has been under the
control of Zhou Yongkang for many years.
In the “Xinjiang July Fifth Event”, in order to
provoke ethnic conflict,
Zhou Yongkang asked policemen to disguise themselves as
minority nationality people and to fight, smash, rob and burn.
Li Tianxiao, Ph.D in Political Science from Columbia University:
“By transferring Zhou Yongkang from Hebei to Xinjiang, Zhou was elected as the deputy of Xinjiang province.
The information conveyed here is that Zhou should be
responsible for the crackdown on Xinjiang.
“July Fifth Event” took place in 2009.
In fact, it was Zhou who provoked the ethnic conflict.
The large-scale bloody conflicts were caused by Zhou
and Wang Lequan. Now Zhou should take full responsibility for the event. ”
On June 26, 2009, workers from “Xuri Toy Factory”
had a brawl in Shaoguan, Guangdong.
118 people were injured and 2 Uighur people died.
The unjust way in which the local authorities handled this
event caused the dissatisfaction of Uighur people.
On July 5th, tens of thousands of Uighur people gathered
in front of Urumqi City Hall and requested punishing the planner of the “Shaoguan Brawl Event”.
In the evening , the military shot at the protesters.
From official reports, 196 people died and more than
1,600 people were injured that night.
However, the Uighur organization claimed that at least
600 Uighur people were shot dead in that event.
Commentator Xi Xiaoqiang: “Hu Jintao was visiting Europe
When the July 5th event happened.
Zhou Yongkang is the senior authority that handled
this Xinjiang Event.
Without the approval of Zhou Yongkang, local officials of
Xinjiang dare not shoot Uighur people without authorization. ”
As quoted from some people with insider information,
overseas media reported that Zhou Yongkang intentionally didn’t take any action until the situation got worse.
Sometimes Zhou even willfully created trouble through
provoking conflicts,
so that he could ask for more armed police and more
“military expenditure for stability maintenance ”.
Commentator Wang Bei thinks that Zhou Yongkang’s power
is being “marginalized” even if he got the admission ticket to the 18th Congress meeting.
Just like people say, when the nine standing committee
members appear in public, it’s just like workers punch in.
Just like a show, it doesn’t mean anything.
Wang Bei: “First of all, the CCP elections are always fake.
They can manipulate anyone to be elected by a
unanimous vote or to be voted out.
Therefore, it’s really meaningless that Zhou Yongkang was
elected by a unanimous vote as Xinjiang’s deputy of the 18th congress.
It’s only the CCP political manipulation. Zhou Yongkang is
not necessarily safe because he is a deputy of the 18th Congress.”
Xia Xiaoqing pointed out that Zhou Yongkang has
cracked down on and massacred a lot of people in the name of “maintaining stability”.
Zhou also “kidnaps” Hu & Wen as accomplices.
Now Hu & Wen have already taken control of China’s
political situation.
If Hu & Wen can publicize the crimes that Zhou has
committed, Hu & Wen will be able to get rid of Zhou’s kidnapping,
then give people an explanation and
promote social stability.
