【新唐人2012年5月17日讯】正在接受司法调查的原重庆市市委书记薄熙来的妻子谷开来，又被爆料说，她在感情与生意上都和法国建筑师多维尔（Patrick Henri Devillers）关系密切，有证据显示，多维尔帮助谷开来将资金转向海外。但海外学者认为，在薄熙来被免职调查的这个阶段，中共腐败的根源、控制政法委作乱的周永康等背后人物还没有追究的这个时候，这种爆料，除了增加人们闲谈的话题，对中国未来的发展并没有帮助。
《路透社》5月15号爆料，认识谷开来和多维尔的英国商人霍尔说，他认为谷开来与多维尔是情人关系。
报导说，52岁的多维尔是两名与薄熙来家族密切交往的西方人之一，另一位是据说被谷开来参与谋杀的英国商人海伍德。
法国建筑师多维尔的中国籍前妻关洁（音译），不相信他会和谷开来有暧昧关系，而他的父亲并没有反驳。
关于多维尔与谷开来有亲密关系的怀疑，同时也令人猜测，他在与薄熙来家族有关的丑闻中，可能不仅仅扮演着附属性的角色。然而，这个法国人目前行踪诡异，《路透社》的记者试图通过他的律师采访他，但遭到拒绝。
新唐人时事评论员杰森博士：“这个爆料迎合了很多人茶余饭后的谈资的想法，但是对中国的发展没有什么太直接的好处，应该更多的想一想，为什么这个时候还在这些刑事案件上追查着，而不进一步的把所有这些事情幕后的那个人——周永康抓出来？整个政法委体系是不是要彻底的扭转？”
外界舆论分析，谷开来的婚外情和薄熙来私生活淫乱有关。据大量媒体曝光，薄熙来多年来曾包养过很多影星、歌星和模特等，并有性虐待的癖好。他手下多名官员因向他介绍女人而升官发财，而薄熙来又向他的上级、中共政法委书记周永康提供女人，其中28名已经得到确认，包括歌手、女演员和女大学生，两人甚至公用情妇。
新唐人时事评论员杰森博士：“对于中共官员生活糜烂的方式，通过这个事情可以窥见一斑了。从毛泽东时期的一些传记，当时也是用各种方式展现‘伟光正’，但是事实上当他的医生把他的生活揭示出来的时候，他的这个糜烂的方式是一般人无法想像的。像中共它就是这么一个状态。”
据认识薄熙来多年的前香港《文汇报》驻大连记者姜维平表示，薄家专用司机告诉他，薄熙来听从江泽民的劝告，想靠镇压法轮功学员向上爬。而据海外《明慧网》统计，薄熙来所主政过的大连、辽宁和重庆，都是法轮功学员被迫害最惨烈的地区之一。
另外，周永康能够仕途顺利，据传是因为他的原配妻子死于一次车祸，他很快的娶了比自己小28岁的中共前党魁江泽民的侄女贾某，从此周永康常说，“我是江主席身边的人”。
新唐人时事评论员杰森博士：“只有这样的人才可能在中共的体制中最终爬上去，稍微有点良知你就做不了，中共的体制也不能容忍你。越阴险的、越狡诈、越糜烂的人，他越是往上爬，当时薄熙来能上去的原因之一是他在处理法轮功问题上心狠手辣，最后赢得江泽民的信任，必须要达到坏到一定程度你才能被他们内部圈子接受。”
而据中共内部人士透露，薄熙来在被“双规”期间，几次自杀未遂。英国《金融时报》最近爆料，周永康已失去权力，正接受中共内部调查。

British Media: Gu’s French Lover Involved in Scandal
Gu Kailai, former Party Secretary of Chongqing Bo xilai’s wife, who is subject to judicial investigation, is said to have a close relationship with French architect Patrick Henri Devillers both in business and personal relation.
Evidence shows, Devillers helped Gu transfer money overseas. But overseas scholars believe that, during the process of investigating Bo, and of the root of the CCP (China’s Communist Party)’s corruption-Zhou Yongkang who is not pursued, this news will help China’s future development, and will only arise in gossip.
On 15th May, “Reuters" broke the news that, British businessman Hall who knows both Gu and Devillers, said he believes Gu and Devillers are lovers.
It was reported that 52-year-old Devillers is one of the two close western contacts to Bo’s family. Another one is said to have been murdered with the involvement of Gu, the British businessman Haywood.
French architect Devillers’s Chinese ex-wife Guan Jie, does not believe Gu and Devillers were having an affair. However, his father would not refute this.
Devillers is suspected to have acted not only a subsidiary role in Bo’s family scandal. However, the Frenchman’s whereabouts was rather strange recently.
A Reuters’reporter tried to interview him through his lawyer but was rejected.
NTDTV news commentator, Dr. Jie Sen: “This breaking news catered to many people’s interests of gossip, but it has no direct benefits for China’s development. We should think more about this at this time, why not trace the persons behind, Zhou Yongkang? Are the whole Politics and Law Committee going to completely change?"
The outside world public analysis, Gu’s extramarital affair relates to Bo’s promiscuous private life. According to a large number of media reports, Bo ‘nurtured’ many movie stars, singers and models, and has a habit of sexual abuse. Officials under him got promotions by introducing women to him. Bo provided women to his superior, CCP’s Politics and Law Committee Secretary- Zhou Yongkang. 28 women have been confirmed, including singers, actresses and female college students. Zhou and Bo even have the same mistress.

According to Jiang Weiping, former reporter of Hong Kong Wei Hui, and who has known Bo for many years, said that, Bo’s family driver told him, Bo listened to Jiang Zemin’s advice, tried to climb up by suppressing Falun Gong practitioners. According to ‘Ming Hui’, Dalian, Liaoning and Chongqing are
the worst places of the persecution on Falun Gong practitioners where Bo was in charge.
In addition, it is reported that Zhou Yongkang’career owes its success because of his marriage to Jiang Zemin’s niece Jia, who is 28-years younger than Zhou.
Zhou’s first wife died in a car accident. Since then, Zhou always says “I am part of the people around President Jiang".

CCP insiders revealed that when Bo was under investigation, he tried to commit suicide several times. “Financial Times" recently reported that Zhou Yongkong
has lost his power and is under investigation from the CCP.
