【新唐人2012年4月18日讯】因王立军事件曝出“图谋政变”的中共政法委书记周永康，在薄熙来被拿下之后，成了中共下一个处理的目标。4月17号，海外《明镜》新闻网援引“北京政治圈的人士”的话说，中共中央政治局日前举行了两天的秘密扩大会议，作出了两项决议：一、对政治局常委周永康展开秘密立案调查；二、延期召开中共十八大。北美的《博讯网》也报导说，有来自军方的消息说，周永康很快会被正式调查。
同一天，《博讯网》还发表署名樵夫的爆料文章说，据非常可靠的消息人士透露：周永康已经就薄熙来问题，向中共高层和中共几位大佬，递交了书面检查。
周在检查中承认，他向薄熙来透露了王立军出逃美领馆的情况，并要求薄熙来立即将王立军弄出美领馆。但反复否认参与谋杀英国商人海伍德。
消息说，周永康的这一书面检查，是否能为中共高层和中共大佬们所接受，还是一个未知数。
周永康星期二在北京会见了全国司法所工作人员并发表谈话，《BBC中文网》援引评论人士的分析指出，他的露面不能说明他没有受到调查。
外界还分析，周永康犯有贪腐、杀人、谋反、淫乱、迫害人权、迫害信仰自由（法轮功）、封网封杀言论自由、妨害法律公正等罪，一旦胡温下决心清算，周永康难逃法网。
法广：传温家宝政改方案获通过
4月17号，《法国国际广播电台》引述海外华文网站《纵览中国》15号的文章说，“北京文化人聚集地万圣书园的老板娘‘醒客张’昨在新浪微博说：看到确切消息，温的改革建议、平反建议已被确认了！保佑中国，保佑占世界人口20%的中国人! ”
北京资深媒体人高瑜也表示，从体制内部听闻了相关消息。
海南抗议建电厂 万人砸佛罗镇政府
海南省莺歌海镇上万村民流血抗议当局兴建燃煤发电厂后，“中国国电”决定把发电厂向北移到邻近的佛罗镇，并且决定4月16号在佛罗镇政府大院举行发电厂剪彩仪式。
当天早上，上万名佛罗镇和邻近乡镇的村民举着“反对煤电 保护环境”的旗帜，包围镇政府大楼，抗议兴建发电厂。
数小时后仍没有领导出来会见村民，愤怒群众冲入大楼，烧毁档案文件，政府门口的招牌也被砸烂。晚上，大批防暴警察、武警进驻佛罗镇，形成对峙，局面紧张。
Zhou Yongkang Written Confession: He Will Be Investigated
The head of the Political Legislative Bureau Zhou Yongkang
has become the next target after Bo Xilai lost power.
The Wang Lijun incident revealed Zhou’s plan
to overthrow the current leaders.
On 17th April, overseas media ‘Mingjing’ news site quoted
words of the ‘Beijing political circle’.
The Chinese Communist Party’s Politburo held
a two-day extended secret meeting recently. Two decisions have been made:
A secret investigation will take place against a member
of the Central Politburo Zhou Yongkang.
Secondly, the 18th CPC National Congress
has been postponed.
Boxun in North America also reports news from the military
that Zhou Yongkang will be investigated soon.
On the same day, Boxun also published an article written by
Qiaofu from reliable source.
Zhou Yongkang has handed in a written confession
regarding the Bo Xilai issue.
Zhou admits he leaked the news of Wang Lijun’s defection
to American Consulate and also required Bo Xilai to get Wang Lijun out of the American Consulate.
Zhou, however, refuted that he participated in the murder
of English businessman Neil Heywood.
It is also said that it is still unknown if Zhou’s confession
will be accepted by the top CCP leaders and veteran CCP tycoons.
Zhou Yongkang met with ‘Excellent Staff’ of local offices
of the Political Legislative Bureau all over the country. He also delivered a speech.
BBC Chinese Website quotes critics analysis that Zhou’s
appearance doesn’t mean that he is not being investigated.
Analysis from outside also points out that Zhou Yongkang
has committed corruption, murder, subversion, fornication,
persecution of human rights, persecution of religious belief
(Falun Gong), blocking internet and freedom of speech.
He has also obstructed legal justice.
Zhou Yongkang will not escape from justice once
Hu-Wen are determined to liquidate him.
Radio France Internationale: Rumours said Wen Jiabao’s
proposal of political reform was passed.
On April 17th, Radio France Internationale quoted articles
of overseas Chinese website, “Overview of China".
It said: “XingKeZhang, female boss of Wansheng Book
Garden where Beijing intellectuals gather, said yesterday
in Sina microblogging that she got an exact message that
en’s reform and vindication proposal have been confirmed.
Bless China, bless Chinese people,
20% of the world’s population.”
Gao Yu, Beijing-based senior media person, also said that
she heard about the news from the inner system.
Ten thousand people smash the government of Foluo Town
in Hainan, protesting the construction of a power plant.
After nearly 10 thousand villagers protested against the
construction of a coal-fired power plant in Yinggehai Town
of Hainan, China, State Power decided to move the
power plant to Foluo Town nearby.
It was decided to hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the
power plant in the compound of Foluo Town on April 16th.
In that morning, nearly 10 thousand villagers of Foluo Town
and neighboring towns held banners:
“Against coal power plant to protect environment”.
They surrounded the government building and protested
against the construction of the power plant.
After several hours, no officials came out to
meet the villagers.
The angry crowds rushed into the building,
and burned the archive files.
The signs in front of the government
have also been smashed.
In the evening, a large number of riot police
and armed police were stationed in Foluo Town.
There were confrontations, with a tense situation.
