【新唐人2012年3月16日讯】重庆市委书记薄熙来15号突然被中共当局宣布免职。此前一天，中共总理温家宝在两会最后一天的记者招待会上，对重庆领导人进行了严厉的批评。中共处理重庆副市长王立军投奔美领馆事件，至此走出了第一步。分析人士认为，薄熙来的倒台，猛力打击了他背后的江派势力，胡温获得了一个擒拿江泽民的良机，但如何运用，就要拭目以待。
14号温家宝在两会记者招待会上严词批评重庆的话语，据说让在场的记者听得目瞪口呆。就在外界还在猜测不已的时候，《新华社》15号发布了薄熙来被免职的消息。同一天被免职的还有重庆市副市长王立军。
接替薄熙来的是中共副总理张德江，而青海省副省长、公安厅长何挺则调任重庆市副市长，接替王立军。
王立军2月6号进入驻成都美国领事馆要求政治庇护事件，触动了中共高层内斗的机关。中共各派为各自利益展开激烈斗争的内幕被撕裂，而首当其中的是胡温与江泽民之间的争斗最为关键。
中国历史学者李元华表示，从目前的结果来看，胡温与江派的角斗，胡温略占上风。
历史学者李元华：“因为毕竟薄熙来是江派扶植起来，和江派勾勾搭搭的一个人物，胡温实际一直在跟江派交易。江派在这次当中可能包括周永康跳出来，都是想力保薄熙来，但是最后没有保住，我想，江派为了自保的时候，可能最后把江派的人物张德江来替换，各方互相角力互相妥协的临时的一个结果。”
李元华指出，中共内部斗争中，不管你如何替它卖命，一旦它想自保，就会把你踢掉，薄熙来就是这样的下场。
而时事评论员蓝述分析，在十八大前夕，薄熙来被免职，给胡温带来的契机是巨大的，将会使十八大格局大洗牌。
时事评论员蓝述：“（胡温）他会不会在抓到薄熙来真正贪赃枉法的资料以后，再往上继续追查下去，追查到周永康以至于追查到江泽民，他有没有这个决心，这个东西我们可以拭目以待。”
今年年初，江泽民曾经提拔的三个主要军头，军委副主席郭伯雄和徐才厚，以及总政治部主任李继耐，都相继表态力挺胡锦涛权威，为胡主导十八大保驾护航。
时事评论员蓝述：“江泽民手边已经没有多少可用之人了，毫无疑问，江系由于过去的十几年，以腐败换发展，特别是对法轮功的镇压，导致整个中共体系大面积的迅速腐败。因为他把整个中共体系摆在‘真善忍’的对立面上。”
外界分析，江泽民背负“迫害法轮功”的血债，在全球范围遭到起诉，这些军头早就开始与江泽民作切割，给自己留后路。
而薄熙来早在担任商务部长期间，就被十几个国家的法轮功学员以“群体灭绝罪”、“酷刑罪”和“反人类罪”起诉，包括美国、加拿大、英国、德国、西班牙、俄国、日本等，其中，澳洲法院2007年宣判“薄熙来酷刑罪成立”。
《维基解密》公布的美国外交电文披露，中共十七大前夕，时任商务部长的薄熙来图谋晋升副总理，但温家宝极力反对，指出薄因迫害法轮功已在多国被起诉。
时事评论员蓝述：“这个血债，胡温有没有勇气去追查江泽民以及他手下的这些高官，整个江系的高官对法轮功的镇压，这是一个试金石。如果他敢去追查的话，那么就超过了江胡斗的中共内部权斗的范围。”
不过，蓝述和李元华都认为，这个可能性不大。
时事评论员蓝述：“中共对法轮功的镇压，它上上下下，各级的官员，大面积的官员，手上都带有血债。在这种情况下，它并不仅仅是一个政法系统所能涵盖得了的。如果说是彻底追查对法轮功的镇压，中共在镇压法轮功过程之中所犯下的罪恶的话，它最后导致的是中共的解体。”
温家宝14号在记者招待会上谈王立军事件时宣称，调查王立军案“将以事实为依据，以法律为准则”，“并且经受住法律和历史的检验”。
蓝述认为，温家宝这番话真的要做的话，他就必须做“中国的叶利钦”。

Jiang’ Faction Down, Hu-Wen’ Gain Momentum
On March 15, Chinese Communist Party (CCP) announced
Chongqing party secretary Bo Xilai’s removal from position.
A day earlier, Premier Wen Jiabao heavily criticized
Chongqing’s leadership during a press conference.
The CCP made the first step in dealing with the escape
of Chongqing’s vice-mayor Wang Lijun to the US consulate.
Analysts believe the fall of Bo Xilai is a major blow
to Jiang’s faction that supported him.
Hu and Wen gained momentum in the battle against Jiang,
but how are they going to use it is still to be seen.
On March 14, Wen Jiabao heavily criticized Chongqing,
at the Lianghui press conference, stunning the reporters.
On March 15, Xinhua announced that the key Chongqing
leaders Bo Xilai and Wang Lijun are removed from office.
CCP’s Deputy Prime Minister Zhang Dejiang
will take over Bo Xilai’s position.
Former Vice governor of Qinghai Province, Chief of Public
Security Bureau He Ting will take over Wang Lijun’ position.
Wang Lijun escaped to the US Consulate in Chengdu
on February 6, seeking political asylum.
This directly touched upon central secrets of the CCP,
revealing intense conflicts of CCP’s factions.
On focus came the infighting
between the factions of Hu-Wen and Jiang Zemin.
Chinese historian Li Yuanhua expressed that Hu and Wen
seem to be winning by a small margin against Jiang.
Li Yuanhua (Historian): “Bo Xilai has Jiang’s faction
behind him, thus Hu and Wen are trading with Jiang faction.
Those in the Jiang faction including Zhou Yongkang,
wanted to protect Bo Xilai, but didn’t succeed.
I think, seeking self-protection, Jiang’ faction member
Zhang Dejiang became the replacement.
This was a temporary result of the compromise
between the two sides.”
Li pointed out that in CCP’s internal struggles, no matter
how loyal one is, for survival CCP will kick him out.
And this was what happened to Bo Xilai.
Social commentator Lang Shu spoke on the latest
developments of the CCP’s internal srtuggles.
Lang thinks, Bo Xilai’s removal from office on the eve
of 18th CCP’s congress gives Hu-Wen a great chance.
They can now completely reshuffle the leadership
arrangements for the 18th congress.
Lang Shu: “Will they (Hu and Wen) reveal the corruption
behind Bo Xilai, then keep up with the investigation?
Will they investigate Zhou Yongkang and Jiang Zemin? Will
they have a resolution? For these we need to wait and see.”
Earlier, three key generals promoted by Jiang Zemin – Guo
Boxiong, Xu Caihou and Li Jinai showed support for Hu.
With that they have set the stage for Hu’s dominance
during the 18th congress.
Lang Shu: “Jiang Zemin has very few men left,
this is without a doubt.
In the past 10+ years, Jiang exchanged corruption for
promotion, especially during the persecution of Falun Gong.
This led to a rapid spread of corruption
throughout the entire CCP structure.
It placed the entire CCP against the principles
of ‘Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance.’”
Analysts think, Jiang bears the bloody debt of Falun Gong’s
persecution, being sued for it around the world.
Thus those military leaders started to cut ties with Jiang
Zemin a long time ago to protect themselves.
When Bo Xilai was the Minister of Commerce, he was sued
by Falun Gong practitioners in 10+ countries.
He is accused of genocide, torture,
and crimes against humanity, in those law cases.
The counties include United States, Canada, Britain,
Germany, Spain, Russia, Japan, and many others.
Among them, Australia announced in 2007 that charges
of torture against Bo Xilai are justified.
Wikileaks published US diplomatic cables about Bo’s efforts
to gain a vice-premier post before CCP’s 17th congress.
However, the cables state that Wen Jiabao was against it,
pointing out Bo’s Falun Gong cases in many countries.
Lan Shu: “This bloody debt was a test stone, as Hu and
Wen didn’t have the courage to investigate Jiang’s faction.
The persecution of Falun Gong was started
by high officials of Jiang Zemin’s faction.
If Hu was to investigate, then that would exceed
the boundaries of the CCP infighting.”
However, both Lan Shu and Li Yuanhua think,
this is very unlikely to happen.
Lan Shu, “CCP’s persecution of Falun Gong, it’s officials
at all levels, on a large scale, all share this bloody debt.
In this situation, things are not anymore protected
by the political system.
If they investigate Falun Gong’s persecution and all CCP’s
crimes in the persecution, this will cause CCP’s collapse.”
At the press conference on March 14, Wen Jiabao spoke
about Wang Lijun’s investigation case.
Wang’ case will be “based on facts and using the law
as the standard,” and “will bear the validation of the law and history,” Wen said.
Lan Shu believes, if Wen Jiabao is to really act according
to his words, he must become “China’s Boris Yeltsin.”
