Japan Arrests Chinese Boat Captain off Disputed Isles
日本在争端岛屿外海逮捕中国船长

On Wednesday, Japan arrested the captain of a Chinese fishing boat that collided with two Japanese coast guard boats near the disputed islets in the East China Sea.
周三，日本在中国东海附近的争端小岛，逮捕了与两艘日本海岸巡防船碰撞的中国渔船船长。
Japan’s top government spokesman explained the arrest at a news conference.
日本高层发言人，于新闻发布会上说明逮捕的始末。

“The Japanese Coast Guard issued an arrest warrant to the captain of the Chinese vessel anchored nine kilometers north of Uozuri islands on September 8th for obstructing the performance of a public duty."
日本海岸防卫队在九月八日，对停泊在钓鱼岛外海九海里处中国船只的船长，发布逮捕令，因为妨碍公务执行。
The incident took place near a group of East China Sea islets – called Senkaku in Japan and Diaoyu Island in China. Tokyo, Beijing and Taiwan each claim the islands as their own.
事件发生在中国东海群岛的附近，在日本它们称做尖阁诸岛，在中国称为钓鱼台群岛，东京、北京及台湾都宣称这些群岛归他们所有。
A spokesman from Japan’s coast guard says that no one was injured during the arrest.
日本海岸防卫发言人表示，没有人员在逮捕过程中受伤。
He added the captain of the Chinese boat has been transported to the southern Japanese island of Ishigaki for questioning.
他强调，中国船长将会转送至日本南方石垣岛屿进行询问。
