牡丹江法院非法庭審 刁難律師
2月13號早上9點，黑龍江牡丹江市愛民區法院，對黑龍江牡丹江法輪功學員關日安、張玉堂的所謂「破壞法律實施案」，進行非法開庭審理。法院拒絕關日安70多歲的母親進庭旁聽，還對襲祥棟和石伏龍律師進行非法安檢，並給他們作筆錄，要求律師放棄辯護，遭到拒絕。
去年4月2號，張玉堂和關日安等人被綁架迫害致病危﹔7月份，李春富與李敦勇律師作為張玉堂、關日安的代理律師，遭多方刁難﹔8月，他們因要求會見權遭抓捕﹔12月，關日安委託唐吉田、江天勇做辯護律師遭法院拒絕﹔今年1月，襲祥棟與石伏龍律師接手此案。
維權人士胡佳再遭軟禁
2月13號，北京著名維權人士胡佳再次被北京市維穩人員軟禁在家。胡佳說，當天他剛要出門時，發現樓下增加了許多維穩人員駐守，這些人禁止他出門。經了解得知，今天有歐洲外交官可能要來找他敘事，因此北京警方將他軟禁在家。
重慶農民工攔路討工資 遭特警鎮壓
2月12號，重慶市渝北區禮嘉鎮康師傅公路上，有150名農民公攔斷公路，向龍湖地產開發公司討要一年的工資回家過年，遭到近40名手持盾牌的特警和60名警察以及保安的鎮壓，多位農民工被打傷打暈。
成都200多人強行施工 扣押4人
2月13號下午3點，四川雙流縣九江鎮政府官員陳小宇，綜治辦劉勇帶領200多人在失地農民李紅家的宅基地強行施工，遭到李紅全家4人阻止後，他們把李紅全家連拖帶抬的綁架到車上帶走，並打傷李紅和其父母。

of the repressed Chinese people.
Mudanjiang Kangaroo Court Spites Defense Attorneys
At 9 am of Feb. 13, Aimin District Court of Mudanjiang City,
Heilongjiang Province, conducted an illegal trial against
Falun Gong practitioners Guan Rian and Zhang Yutang.
They were charged with the so-called “crime of sabotaging
legal enforcement."
The court refused the attendance of Guan’s 70-year-old mother
and went through illegal security checks on defense attorneys
Xi Xiangdong and Shi Fulong.
The court also did recordings of the lawyers and required
them to give up the defense, but was rejected.
Last April 2, Zhang and Guan were in a critical condition
after being kidnapped and persecuted.
Defense attorneys Li Chunfu and Li Dunyong met multiple
difficulties during the counseling and were finally arrested
in August when they demanded to meet their clients.
The court rejected attorneys Tang Jitian and Jiang Tianyong’s
qualifications as the defense attorneys.
This January, attorneys Xi Xiangdong and Shi Fulong finally
took over the case as the defense lawyers.
Hu Jia Is under House Arrest Again
On Feb. 13, Beijing’s famous human rights activist Hu Jia was
again placed under house arrest.
Hu realized the number of agents stationed by his apartment
had increased as he made his way out.
He was forbidden to go out.
It was understood that some European diplomats
may meet him that day.
Therefore, the Beijing police put him under house arrest.
SWAT Team Suppresses Migrant Workers’ Protest
On Feb. 12, about 150 migrant workers blocked the road
in Yubei District of Chongqing City to demand a year’s wage
arrears from a local developer.
About 40 members of SWAT and 60 police and security guards
were present to suppress the protest.
Many migrant workers were injured and lost consciousness
from the beating.
Chengdu Local Government Forcibly Conducts Construction
At 15:00 on Feb. 13, Jiujiang Town officials of Sichuan Province,
Chen Xiaoyu and Liu Yong, led 200 people to start construction
on landless farmer Li Hong’s residential land.
The resistance of the Li’s had the entire family abducted
by the police.
Li Hong and his parents were also wounded.
