【新唐人2015年01月09日訊】歐洲議會議員譴責建三江當局
黑龍江建三江當局迫害法輪功學員和辯護律師事件，再次受到國際社會關注，1月7號，歐洲議會人權委員會議員克勞斯•布赫訥（Klaus Buchner）在自己的臉書上，對建三江當局進行了譴責，
布赫訥以「聚焦中國」為標題在臉書上寫道：「法輪功學員因為他們的信仰而受到中共政府的迫害與關押。他們的辯護律師甚至會被關押一段時間，期間還受到酷刑折磨。必須保護法輪功學員應享有的、中國憲法明文規定的信仰自由。」
布赫訥還表示，他已經針對建三江農墾法院，1月8號企圖走過場式的非法庭審法輪功學員，與中共當局進行了書面交涉。
中國科學院上海分院官方網站在1月8號報導，中科院上海分院在6號召開了領導幹部調整宣佈大會，宣佈中共前黨魁江澤民的長子江綿恆，因為年齡的原因，不再擔任中科院上海分院院長，由上海科技大學黨委書記朱志遠接任。
由於江澤民一家三代新年登海南東山嶺的消息，剛剛遭到中共海內外媒體全面封殺，海外媒體又紛紛報導，中共當局的反腐大刀將指向江澤民，因此江綿恆卸職的消息，格外引人關注。
據海外媒體報導，今年64歲的江綿恆，雖然在學界任職，但是在中國大陸民間卻有「電訊大王」的稱號，他替江澤民家族掌控的「電信王國」，包括了中國網通、中國聯通還有中國移動等。
中共以危害國家安全罪迫害異見者
總部設在美國的人權組織「對話基金會」，1月7號發表報告說，根據中共檢察院的統計數字，2013年，中國共有2318人因為政治罪名被逮捕或起訴，其中絕大多數都是秘密進行的。
「對話基金會」說，這些人被控涉嫌「危害國家安全」，他們中只有31人的名字被公開，而「危害國家安全罪」已經取代20世紀90年代前的「反革命罪」，成為中共當局鎮壓持不同政見者的一個主要罪名。

Members of European Parliament Condemn Jiansanjiang Authorities
The persecution of Falun Gong practitioners and their defense
attorneys by the Heilongjiang Jiansanjiang authorities has
again attracted international outrage.
January 7, a member of the European Parliament Human
Rights Committee Mr. Klaus – Bu Hena (Klaus Buchner)
through his own facebook condemns the Jiansanjiang authorities.
Bu Hena used “Focus on China" as a title on facebook: “Falun
Gong practitioners were persecuted by the Chinese government
because of their belief.
Their defense lawyers were also detained and tortured.
We should protect Falun Gong practitioners to enjoy their
free belief as provided by China Constitution.
Bu Hena also said that he has discussed with the Chinese
Authorities,
the Jiansanjiang court’s attempt to trample upon the rights of
Falun Gong practitioners, in written representations.
Jiang Mianheng Stepped Down at a Sensitive Time
It Attracted Concern
January 8, Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Branch
official website reported that the Chinese Academy of Sciences
Shanghai Branch announced:
hat the former Chinese leader, Jiang Zemin’s son will no longer
serve as the president of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,
Shanghai Branch, due to his age, on January at the 6th cadres
adjustment meeting.
The Secretary of the Party committee in Shanghai University
of Science and Technology, Zhu Zhiyuan takes over.
Because the Jiang Zemin family three generations’ Dongshan
mountain tour was fully blocked by Chinese Communist Party
CCP) Media inside and outside.
The foreign media have also reported the CCP’s anti-corruption
will target Jiang Zemin.
Jiang Mianheng’s resignation particularly attracted attention.
According to a foreign media report, 64-year-old Jiang Mianheng
has the name as the King of telecommunications in the mainland
although he served in the educational arena.
He controlled the telecommunications kingdom for the Jiang
Family, including China Netcom, China Unicom, China Mobile, etc.
Chinese Government Persecute Dissidents in Name of
State Security
Headquartered in the U.S., human rights organization the
Dui Hua Foundation issued a report on January 7th.
According to the statistics of the CCP Procuratorate, in 2013,
a total of 2318 Chinese people were arrested or prosecuted on
political charges.
Most of them were processed in secret.
The Dui Hua Foundation said these people were accused of
endangering state security but only 31 names were disclosed.
The so called crime of endangering national security has
replaced counter-revolutionary crimes of the 1990s to become
a major cover for the government to repress dissidents.
