【新唐人2014年12月30日訊】貴州化工廠洩毒氣 40村民昏倒
貴州省桐梓縣大型國企「桐梓煤化工」，12月23號發生毒氣洩漏，附近40多位村民因吸入毒氣昏倒，附近小學也因為學生流鼻血一度停課。
據《自由亞洲電臺》報導，當地村民透露，事發後，當地政府要求醫院隱瞞村民因為吸入化工廠毒氣而昏倒的事實，而化工廠則仍然在排出難聞的氣體。
報導說，貴州桐梓縣燎原鎮的「桐梓煤化工」，長期排放有毒氣體，污染環境，導致周邊的莊稼、樹木枯死，人、畜死亡，今年8月到11月，工廠附近村莊至少有7人死於癌症。
勞工界千人聯署 抗議暴力打壓
廣東民間勞工維權機構「番禺打工族服務部」主任曾飛洋，12月26號在辦公室遭到四名不明身份的人毆打，導致眼鏡損壞、顴骨附近受傷。27號，大陸勞工界發起聯署聲明，譴責針對勞工公益人士的暴力行為，要求警方警方儘快破案。短短三天時間，已經有22個大陸勞工組織和1380多人簽名。
前不久，曾飛洋曾幫助廣東利得鞋廠工人維權。據說，曾飛洋在這次遭到暴力對待之前，還曾被警方非法限制人身自由，並遭到死亡威脅。
女訪民被一絲不掛趕出派出所
河北省秦皇島市女訪民曹紅，12月27號，在拘留期滿後，被一絲不掛的趕出了派出所。
據《自由亞洲電臺》報導，曹紅2011年到當地的醫院接受瀾尾切除手術，醫生卻將紗布留在她體內，曹紅因此多次到秦皇島衛生局抗議，要求醫院幫她從身體內拿走紗布，但不獲受理。
12月16號她再次到衛生局抗議，卻被抬到派出所，行政拘留10天。
27號期滿釋放時，曹紅不滿派出所無理拘留，拒絕離開。結果，警察將沒有穿衣服的她，抬出拘留所，扔到她家的樓下。

40 Guizhou Villagers Collapsed After Breathing Poisonous
Air Leaked by Chemical Factory.
On Dec.23, a poisonous chemical gas leak occurred at state-
owned Tongzi Coal Chemical enterprise at Guizhou Province.
About 40 villagers in the vicinity fainted after breathing
poisonous air.
Primary schools were also closed as students got nosebleeds.
A Radio Free Asia report quoted local residents;
They said the local government required hospitals to
conceal that villagers collapsed due to the leakage.
On the other hand, the chemical factory has not stopped
emitting gases with unpleasant smells.
The report said, Tongzi Coal Chemical is located at
Liaoyuan Town, Tongzi County.
The factory has a long history of poisonous gas emission
and air pollution.
Crops and trees around the factory have all withered
and there have been reports of human and livestock deaths.
Between August and November, at least 7 people
died of cancer in villages around the factory.
Thousands Signed Statement to Protest at
Violence against Labor Rights Workers.
Zeng Feiyang is president of Panyu City Laborer Service
Center, a Civil Labor Rights Group in Guangdong Province.
On Dec. 26, Zeng’s office was invaded by four
anonymous men.
Zeng was beaten and injured around his cheekbones.
His glasses were also broken.
On Dec.27, the mainland Chinese laborer community
made a statement.
They condemned the violent act against
labor rights workers.
They demanded police track down the criminals
as soon as possible.
In less than 3 days, 22 labor groups and 1380 people
signed the statement.
Some time ago, Zeng Feiyang helped workers of Lide
Shoe Factory defend their rights.
It is said that Zeng was illegally detained by police before
the incident, and even received death threats.
Female Petitioner Nakedly Driven out of Police Station in Hebei Province
Cao Hong is a female petitioner from Qinhuangdao City,
Hebei Province.
On Dec.27, when her detention ended, Cao was driven out of
the police station although she had nothing on at the time.
According to Radio Free Asia, Cao Hong received an
appendectomy in a local hospital in 2011.
However, the doctor had left gauze sponges in her body
after the operation.
Cao hence petitioned many times to the municipal heath
Bureau.
She demanded the removal of the gauze sponge from her
body, but received no response.
On Dec.16, Cao petitioned to the heath bureau once again.
This time she was sent to the police station and was
detained for 10 days.
On Dec.27, Cao’s detention term was over. She felt resentful
of being illegally detained and refused to leave.
In the end, police officers forcibly left her at the entrance
of her apartment, despite the fact that she was still naked.
