【新唐人2014年11月08日訊】大陸著名高等學府、上海復旦大學校長楊玉良日前遭到撤職，接任他的原中山大學校長許寧生是毫無準備，彰顯事情的突然。此事引起廣泛關注。有人認為，楊玉良被解職與中共中央巡視組到該校巡視有關，但復旦校方回應說，62歲的楊玉良是正常退休。那麼具體情況是怎樣的呢？請看以下報導。
中共國務院5號發佈人事令，免去楊玉良的復旦大學校長職務，任命原中山大學校長許寧生為復旦大學校長。
復旦大學相關人士透露，其實楊玉良本來可以再當一任校長，雖然他已經62歲，但他是中共科學院院士；相比之下，前任校長67歲卸任，而且還不是院士。
相關人士還說，在楊玉良突然離職前兩週，復旦大學黨委向中紀委提交了一份報告。但報告只移送了實驗動物部幾個人的經濟問題，聽說有關部門很不滿意。
據傳，中紀委專項巡視組先前入駐復旦大學的時候，舉報箱被舉報者塞滿，「得用棍子往裡面戳」。
不過，復旦校方回應說，楊玉良卸任校長是正常退休，與中紀委巡視無關。
上海律師鄭恩寵表示，雖然上海廣播電臺也說楊玉良是因為年齡原因退休，但楊玉良下臺，與進駐復旦大學的巡視組有關，因為復旦大學在房地產專案開發過程中存在問題。
鄭恩寵還表示，現在網上有人就透露，楊玉良擁有的價值500萬以上的房子，就不止兩套，但目前上海市委書記韓正和教育部在保著楊玉良。
上海律師鄭恩寵：「復旦大學，它的腐敗問題不能迴避上海的土地腐敗問題，它是全國性的問題。所以說，它把一個空軍的土地變成它的土地之後，它把農民們趕走，給的補償少。」
鄭恩寵指出，復旦大學在佔據了原空四軍飛機場的地以後，在拆遷、征地和建房過程中，都有腐敗問題，這與上海非常嚴重的「以房謀私」現象是一致的。
鄭恩寵：「2009年的4月份左右，我向胡錦濤寫了一封檢舉信。我就講了，上海局級幹部的70%，上海處級幹部的50%，包括他們的配偶，子女、家屬、秘書、關係、他的部下，都有低價購房。」
鄭恩寵指出，5年過去了，上海的住房腐敗問題依然很嚴重。
事實上，中紀委第十二巡視組今年7月，就曾指出過復旦大學存在的問題：「復旦大學科研經費管理使用混亂，出現違規行為﹔復旦江灣校區基建工程嚴重違規，發生質量事故。」
10月29號，中央第二巡視組組長張文岳向外界承認，「上海領導幹部中『以房謀私』問題尚未得到徹底持續糾正」。
在過去一年中，頻繁的學術造假問題，也讓復旦大學名譽掃地：今年1月，復旦大學王正敏院士被學生王宇澄舉報學術造假，抄襲國外人工耳蝸技術，王宇澄和多個院士一同寫信舉報。楊玉良本人也有較多的負面新聞。最近有人在網上揭露，楊玉良有四篇著作涉嫌造假。還有人揭示，前復旦大學電腦科學技術學院院長張世永因經濟問題被抓，楊玉良也是脫不了干係。
上海政法學院國際事務與公共管理系教授倪樂雄：「儘管還是少數人，學術造假接二連三，也儘管他肯定是在中國高校教師中屬於是少數人，但是已經到了社會無法忍受的地步、普遍擔心的地步。」
上海政法學院國際事務與公共管理系教授倪樂雄表示，復旦大學相當於美國的哈佛大學、普林斯頓大學，但復旦不但已經滲入了社會的腐敗問題，還有學術造假現象。這對社會影響極壞，很多人表達了不滿，強烈要求改變這種現狀。

Why Was Fudan University Principle Abruptly Dismissed?
Famous Fudan University, Shanghai recently dismissed its
principal Yang.
He was replaced with the former principal of
Sun Yat-sen University, Xu Ningsheng.
The abrupt dismissal has caused widespread concerns.
Some people believe that Yang＇s dismissal is related to
the central inspection team＇s visit to the university.
Fudan University responded that 62 year-old Yang just
had a normal retirement.
What are the details of the situation? Let＇s see the report.
The State Council published a personnel order on Nov. 5,
dismissing Yang＇s position of Fudan University principal.
They assigned Xu Ningsheng, former principal of
Sun Yat-sen University, to take Yang＇s place.
Inside sources at Fudan University said that Yang could
have served in the principal position for another term.
Although he＇s 62, he is a fellow of Chinese Academy
of Sciences.
The previous principal resigned at 67, and he wasn＇t a
fellow of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
The source said two weeks before Yang＇s dismissal, the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) committee at Fudan
University handed in a report to the Central Commission
for Discipline Inspection.
But the report only included financial issues of several staff
at the Department of Experimental Animals.
The central department was very unhappy about it,
the source said.
Rumor says when the central inspection team settled at
Fudan University, the report box was full of letters.
It was so full that it “needed a stick to push everything in.”
But Fudan University responded that Yang＇s dismissal is
regular retirement, not related to the central inspection.
Shanghai lawyer Zheng Enchong indicated that although
Shanghai radio says Yang was retired due to his age, his
stepping down is related to the inspection of the university,
because the university has issues in its real estate project.
Zheng said leaks on the internet show Yang owning at
least two houses valued at over five million yuan each.
However Shanghai city party secretary Han Zheng and
the Ministry of Education are all protecting Yang.
Zheng Enchong, Lawyer in Shanghai: “Fudan University
can＇t avoid the land corruption issue in Shanghai.
It＇s a national issue.
After it turned the lands of the air force into its own land,
it also drove away the farmers with little compensation.”
Zheng indicated that Fudan University occupied the land of
the airport which previously belonged to the 4th Air Group.
Corruption happened during the demolition, land acquisition,
and construction process.
It＇s a serious phenomenon of using houses to
gain private interests in Shanghai.
Zheng Enchong: “I wrote a letter of accusation to [president]
Hu Jintao in April 2009.
I said that 70% of bureau level officials, 50% of cadre level
officials in Shanghai, and their spouses, children, family,
secretaries, networks, and subordinate all bought houses
with cheap purchase prices.”
Zheng pointed out that 5 years has passed, but Shanghai＇s
housing corruption is still severe.
In fact, the central inspection team raised the issue of
Fudan University in July, saying, “The management and
use of research funding in Fudan University is chaotic,
and shows violation of the rules.
The infrastructure project of the campus in Jiangwan
severely violates the rules, and has many accidents.”
The leader of the 2nd inspection team Zhang Wenyue
admitted to the public on Oct. 29 that “Using houses to
gain personal profit hasn＇t been thoroughly corrected.”
Frequent academic fraud cases in the past year have
also discredited Fudan University.
Student Wang Yucheng and several academicians wrote
a letter in January reporting academician Wang Zhengmin
of fraud over foreign cochlear implant technology.
Yang also has many personal scandals.
Four papers of Yang＇s were revealed on the internet
to be fake.
Someone also exposed that Yang was involved in the
financial issues of former dean of Computer Science
and Technology in Fudan University, Zhang Yongshi,
who was already arrested.
Ni Yuexiong, professor at the Department of International
Affairs and Public Administration in Shanghai University of
Political Science and Law said, “Although just a few people
had academic fraud cases, it＇s still frequent…
It＇s already the standard that the society can＇t tolerate
any more, and it has attracted widespread concern.”
Ni indicated that Fudan University is like Harvard University
and Princeton University are to the U.S..
But Fudan not only has social corruption issues, but also
has academic frauds.
It has an extremely bad impact on society, with many people
expressing their discontent, and urging for change.
