【新唐人2014年10月21日訊】對話前夕 港法院頒令禁佔旺角金鐘
香港民眾爭取民主普選的抗議活動已經持續23天，在港府與學聯即將舉行對話的前夕，又有人出手，向香港高等法院提出申請，要求禁止示威者堵塞馬路。
10月20號，香港高等法院法官批准申請，並頒發禁制令，禁止示威者繼續佔領亞皆老街、登打士街、通菜街和砵蘭街的交界處，以及金鐘附近的龍匯道及添美道3個出入口。
不過，佔領人士表示，他們尊重法治，但是不會撤離，願意承擔被捕的風險。
香港各界反駁梁振英外力介入說
10月19號，香港行政長官梁振英與中共喉舌《人民日報》，在同一天發表言論，指責香港「佔中」行動，有「外來勢力」介入。相關說法引起外界普遍質疑，香港各界紛紛要求梁振英拿出證據。
香港「學聯」和「學民思潮」召集人黃之鋒回應說，梁振英的說法別有用心，只會激化矛盾。
香港立法會議員梁國雄表示，梁振英的這個說法，是對逼不得已上街抗爭的香港人一種侮辱。他要求梁振英拿出證據，不能只發表不負責任的言論。
佔中發起人之一的陳健民也表示，這個說法讓他覺得，港府愈來愈大陸化，當沒有辦法對付民間力量時，就「空口說白話」，採取抹黑方法對付。
美國駐港總領事館也對香港《蘋果日報》表示，梁振英這樣說，是想轉移視線。
追查國際：追查迫害王治文的責任人
10月19號，「追查迫害法輪功國際組織」發出通告說，他們將對北京法輪功學員王治文被迫害一案，進行立案追查。
通告說，原北京「法輪大法研究會」的義務聯繫人王治文，1999年被這個非法判刑後，被非法關押在北京前進監獄。期間，王治文因拒絕放棄法輪功信仰，曾被帶上28公斤重的手銬、腳鐐，並被長時間剝奪睡眠，一閉眼就打醒，他的鎖骨曾經被打碎，牙齒也被打掉。監獄獄警還曾經指使犯人用腳踩住王治文的手指，然後把牙籤從十個手指的指縫裡插入。
10月18號王治文出獄後，又被直接劫持到北京市昌平區「洗腦班」繼續迫害。
追查國際表示，將對15年來迫害王治文的所有責任人，進行徹底追查，直到將他們繩之以法。通告指出，迫害法輪功是群體滅絕罪、反人類罪，與納粹戰犯同罪，任何執行命令的託詞，都不能作為豁免的理由，所有參與者必須承擔個人責任。

Mongkok and Admiralty Occupation Ban on Eve of Dialogue
It has been 23 days for Hong Kong people’s democratic protest
for universal suffrage.
On the eve of dialogue between Hong Kong Government and
Hong Kong Federation of Students (HKFS), someone requested
a High Court ban on demonstrators blocking the road.
October 20, the Hong Kong High Court judge approved the
application and issued an injunction to prohibit protesters
continuing to occupy the junction of Argyle Street, Dundas
Street, Tung Choi Street and Portland Street, the Lung Wui Road
close to Admiralty and the three entrances of Tim Mei Avenue.
However, the participators said they respect the law, but will
not leave.
They will face the risk of arrest.
Hong Kong All Circles Refute Leung Chun-ying’s Accusation
of External Intervention
October 19, both H K Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying
and Communist mouthpiece People’s Daily criticized external intervention in Hong Kong Occupy Central, on the same day.
All circles in Hong Kong asked Leung Chun-ying for the
evidence as related claims caused widespread questioning.
HKFS and Scholarism convener Huang Feng responded that
Leung Chun-ying has ulterior motives and will only
intensify the conflict.
H K Legislative Councillor Leung Kwok-hung said,
Leung Chun-ying’s saying is an insult to the forced protestors.
He asked Leung Chun-ying to show evidence, not just
make irresponsible remarks.
One sponsor of Occupy Central Chan Kin Man said this
argument makes him feel the Hong Kong government
is more and more like the mainland.
When there is no way to deal with non-governmental forces,
they use empty talk to discredit.
US Consulate General in Hong Kong also told H K
Apple Daily that Leung Chun-ying is trying to divert attention.
World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun
Gong: Investigate the Main Responsible Person For the
Persecution of Wang Zhiwen
October 19, International Organization to Investigate the
Persecution of Falun Gong issued a circular that they will
investigate Falun Gong practitioner Wang Zhiwen’s case.
Notice that former duty contact of Beijing Falun Dafa
Research Society, Wang Zhiwen, was detained in Beijing Qianjin
jail after the illegal sentence in 1999.
He was put on 28 kg handcuffs, leg irons and deprived of sleep
long term because he refused to give up Falun Gong.
He was beaten awake whenever he closed his eyes.
His collarbone was broken, and teeth knocked out.
Prison guards ordered inmates to step on Wang Zhiwen’s fingers
and insert toothpicks into them.
October 18, Wang Zhiwen was transferred to Changping
brainwashing center for continuous persecution after the
release.
International Organization to Investigate the Persecution of
Falun Gong said they would investigate all responsible people
who persecuted Wang Zhiwen in 15 years and bring them to
justice.
Notice said the persecution of Falun Gong is the same crime as
the Nazis including genocide and crimes against humanity.
There is no excuse for exemption, all participants must take
personal responsibility.
