【新唐人2014年07月04日訊】近日，原中共中央軍委副主席徐才厚被開除黨籍和移交司法，對此原中國軍事學院出版社社長辛子陵表示，徐才厚參與了前中共中央政治局常委周永康和前重慶市委書記薄熙來的「政變」計劃，因此為了完整掌握軍權，習近平必須將他拿下。同時他表示，前中共領導人江澤民和曾慶紅也都參與了「政變」計劃。
軍委副主席徐才厚倒臺，國內外輿論一致叫好。「上海政法學院」國際事務與公共管理系教授倪樂雄對《新唐人》表示，習近平敢於動這樣一個大老虎，把徐才厚揪出來，是一個鼓舞人心的消息。他認為，從中國的歷史上看，中華民族和國家最大的敵人是內部的貪官污吏。
上海政法學院教授倪樂雄：「中國最大的敵人，是中國內部的，那些混進管理層的那些貪官污吏。它們對民族和國家從內部攻克堡壘，破壞力最大。因為你這樣把內部搞亂了以後，對外就沒有了力量。」
原《中國軍事學院出版社》社長辛子陵對《新唐人》表示，這件事情應該說是習近平接任以後，對建設軍隊方面一個重大的轉變。他說徐才厚這些年把軍隊搞得腐化墮落，戰鬥力大大下降。
原中國軍事學院出版社社長辛子陵：「你想軍官是掛牌買官，軍官花幾百萬元錢買個將軍，打仗他有犧牲精神嗎？你想。所以徐才厚他這一屆把軍隊搞得實在是不像話。部隊的戰鬥力，士氣受到很大的影響。」
辛子陵又指出，徐才厚倒臺不是一個孤立的事情，他涉及薄熙來和周永康的政變。習近平將他拿下，好比是挖除一顆定時炸彈。
辛子陵：「你看有一次開會，他和薄熙來，『一薄一厚』坐在一塊，薄熙來在最傷心的時候，他上去安撫。薄熙來、周永康他們這個政變陰謀，徐才厚是參與其中的。因為他們搞政變，沒有軍隊的參加是搞不成的。這個問題非常嚴重，這樣徹底解決，就把軍隊的定時炸彈給卸掉了。」
今年農曆新年期間，徐才厚曾經跟習近平在給老幹部拜年的活動當中同時現身，引來外界猜測他可能已經軟著陸。但是辛子陵分析，習近平必須拿下徐才厚，否則他不能完全的掌握軍權。
辛子陵：「你想很多軍官是通過徐才厚買的官，他在那當軍長當市長，他內心裡怎麼想？凡是買官的，他對誰負責？他對交錢買這個官的這個人負責，因為這個人給了他軍權，給了他將軍牌子。」
辛子陵認為，「政變」這麼大的事情，薄熙來和周永康都不敢輕舉妄動，作為前朝核心的江澤民也一定參與其中。徐才厚一案會不會延燒到江澤民不好說，但是他底下的勢力必須徹底剷除，否則，習近平的班子無法運作。
辛子陵表示，現在好多事情都是江派勢力在搗亂，特別是像宣傳部門打擊新聞自由，是政治局常委劉雲山在搗亂。
辛子陵：「這股勢力不動，這就很危險了。國家不穩定。所以習近平堅決要動他們的關鍵原因，一個周永康，一個徐才厚。」
辛子陵透露，周永康貪腐上千億，當局肯定會就周永康的問題，給全國人民和全世界一個交代。他也透露，中共前政治局常委、國家副主席曾慶紅目前失去自由。眾所周知，曾慶紅是江澤民的「大內總管」和軍師。
近80歲的傳記文學家辛子陵，在軍中服役期間和退休後，曾出版多部人物傳記專著。其中記述毛澤東和軍隊中的人物，如:朱德、彭德懷、賀龍、劉伯承、林彪等元帥的書籍和文章，都被認為具有史學學術價值。

Xu Caihou Involved in Coup must be Taken Down
Xu Caihou, former vice chairman of the Military Commission,
has been removed and handed over to prosecutors.
The public and military scholars say
that it’s good news.
Xin Ziling, former publishing director of China’s
military institution says that Xu Caihou has been involved
in a military coup plotted by Zhou Yongkang and Bo Xilai.
In order to seize total power over the military,
Xi Jinping had to take him down.
Xin Ziling says that the former leader Jiang Zemin and
Zeng Qinghong were also involved in the coup.
Professor Ni Lexiong of Shanghai University School
of Politics and Law spoke to NTD Television about
Xu Caihou’s removal.
He says that Xi Jinping bravely taking this “big Tiger” down,
is inspiring news.
Chinese history shows that China’s biggest enemy
is internal, corrupt officials.
Ni Lexiong: “China’s biggest enemy is inside China:
those corrupt officials at the administrative level.
They have brought great damage internally
to our nation and country.
They messed up inside, so they don’t have enough power
to deal the outside unrest.”
Xin Ziling told NTD that this event was the important turning
point in military development since Xi Jinping took office.
He says that Xu Caihou led the military to corruption, thus
badly damaging the army’s capability.
Xin Ziling: “Military officers are not qualified,
they spent several million yuan to buy the title of General.
Do they have the spirit to sacrifice in battle?
Xu Caihou has messed up the military during his term,
badly affecting its capability.”
Xin Ziling says that Xu’s downfall
was not an isolated matter.
He has been involved in Bo Xilai and
Zhou Yongkang’s coup.
Xi Jinping took him down,
as if rooting out a time bomb.
Xin Ziling: “Once in a meeting, Xu Caihou and
Bo Xilai sat next to each other.
Xu comforted Bo at a sad time for Bo.
Xu has participated in Bo and Zhou’s coup.
It wouldn’t work if they plotted a coup without
the military’s involvement.
The coup was a very serious issue.
Completely removing Xu in this way, has defused
the military time bomb.”
During Chinese New Year, Xu Caihou and Xi Jinping
appeared together at a party to greet retired senior leaders.
Observers speculate that Xu likely has a “soft landing”.
Xin Ziling analyzes that Xi Jinping must take down
Xu Caihou, otherwise he couldn’t grasp military power.
Xin Ziling: “Many military officers purchased
their ranks via Xu Caihou.
Then they became Commanders.
What would he think about it?
Those officers paid money for their rank.
Who would they be loyal to?
To the one they paid money to,
because this person gave them military power
and high rank.”
Xin Ziling analyzes that although the coup, is such a big issue,
Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang yet haven’t been touched.
Jiang Zemin must also have been involved.
Will Xu Caihou’s case expand to Jiang Zemin?
It is hard to say.
However, Jiang’s faction must be completely eliminated.
Otherwise, Xi Jinping will find it hard to run the country.
Xin Ziling says that many current incidents
were manipulated by Jiang’s faction,
especially suppression of press freedom.
Liu Yunshan, Politburo member was behind it.
Xin Ziling: “It would be dangerous without
dealing with Jiang’s faction.
The country would be in a state of unrest.
This is the main reason why Xi Jinping
determined to remove them.
The two key persons were Zhou Yongkang
and Xu Caihou.”
Xin Ziling reveals that Zhou Yongkang
took billions in bribes.
The regime certainly could give the nation
his corruption as an explanation.
Xin says that Zeng Qinghong also currently lost his freedom,
Zeng, has been described as Jiang Zemin’s
“hatchet man” and “military counselor”.
Xin Ziling is nearly 80, a biographer,
retired from the military.
He has published several biographies.
including disgraceful leader Mao Zedong and
military figures such as Zhu De.
His works are recognized as valued
academic historical studies.
