【新唐人2014年06月30日訊】港全民投票結束 真普聯方案勝出
歷時10天的香港民間政改方案全民公投6月29號結束，香港大學民意研究計劃總監鍾庭耀公布，剔除一萬多張重復選票後，初步投票人數達787,767人。鍾庭耀表示，民間投票在有限資源下，仍有近80萬人參與，是香港人的驕傲。
三個普選方案中，支持真普聯方案的約有33萬票，佔42%，是得票最多的方案﹔人民力量方案有8萬多票，佔10%﹔學界方案有30萬票，佔38%﹔投棄權票及不投票的有9%。
台灣「太陽花學運」領袖陳為廷，6月29號持臺胞證乘飛機抵達香港，準備參加「七一遊行」，遭到香港入境管理局遣返。
陳為廷所屬的「島國前進」組織隨後發表聲明，「抗議中共、香港政府阻撓港澳臺公民團體交流」，同時也表示，將持續堅決支持港人落實真普選、爭取民主的抗爭訴求。
聲明認為，陳為廷被遣返，顯然是北京和香港政府對異議人士的政治打壓。
建三江事件未了 網友再起訴公安局
繼大陸律師唐吉田6月21號起訴黑龍江建三江公安局非法拘留之後，大陸網友張焱、遲進春等人，也於6月23號前往黑龍江省高級法院、及黑龍江省農墾中級法院、和建三江農墾法院，遞交起訴狀，狀告建三江公安局於今年4月對他們實施非法拘禁。
據大陸《維權網》報導，三家法院互相推諉，當場表示拒絕受理。張焱一行在建三江再次遭到不明身份的人跟蹤，和大批警察監視。
今年4月3號，張焱和其他大陸網友一起，在建三江聲援被當地公安非法拘留的唐吉田、江天勇、王成、張俊傑四位律師時，被建三江公安局抓走，警方沒有出示任何法律文件，就將他們行政拘留15天。
福建村民圍堵PX廠 遭千警鎮壓
6月29號，福建省、漳州市、漳浦縣、古雷鎮、杏仔村村民，圍堵當地PX化工廠，抗議工廠在村民還未搬走的情況下開工投產，日夜排放致癌有毒氣體和塵埃，及強烈噪音。
據《中國茉莉花革命》網站報導，當地政府出動上千警力包括武警、特警、協警、民警，進行武力鎮壓，多位村民被打傷，20多人被捕。

Netizens Sue Public Security Bureau Again
Mainland lawyer Tang Jitian prosecuted Heilongjiang Jiansan-
jiang Public Security Bureau on June 21for his illegal detention.
Following that mainland netizens Zhang Yan, Chi Jinchun
and others sued for illegal detention on June 23.
They had been held in Jiansanjiang Public Security Bureau in
April and went to Heilongjiang Superior Court, Heilongjiang
Land Reclamation Intermediate People’s Court and JianSan-
jiang Farm reclamation court to file their suits.
According to a Human Rights Defenders report, the three
courts passed the buck and rejected the cases.
Zhang Yan and the others were tracked by unidentified
people and monitored by large number of police.
In April, Zhang Yan and netizens were illegally detained for
15 days without any documents by Jiansanjiang Public Security
Bureau for supportting illegally detained lawyers Tang Jitian,
Jiang Tianyong, Wang Cheng and Zhang Junjie.
The Alliance for True Democracy Proposal Wins The
Hong Kong Referendum
The 10-day long Hong Kong civil political reform referendum
ended on June 29.
The director of the Public Opinion Program in Hong Kong
University, Robert Chung announced initial numbers of voters.
These reached 787,767 after eliminating
ten thousand repeated ballots.
Robert Chung said Hong Kong people should be proud of the
numbers supporting the civil referendum with limited resources.
Out of the three proposals in universal suffrage, The Alliance
for True Democracy (ATD) Proposal had the most supporters;
330 thousand people, accounted for 42% of the voters;
Hong Kong Democratic Foundation had more than 80
thousand supporters, accounting for 10%;
The Students’ Proposal has 300 thousand supporters,
accounting for 38 %;
Those abstaining from voting and not voting accounted for 9%.
Taiwan Student Movement Leader Chen WeiTing Repatriated
Taiwan Sunflower student movement leader Chen WeiTing
was repatriated by Hong Kong immigration on June 29.
He had arrived in Hong Kong for the July 1 march.
Chen WeiTing is part of TAIWAN MARCH which issued a
statement, protesting at communication between Hong Kong,
Macao and Taiwan citizens groups being obstructed by the
Chinese Communist Party and Hong Kong government.
They said they will keep strongly supporting implementation
of universal suffrage and the democracy appeal in Hong Kong.
Chen WeiTing’s repatriation is political suppression of
dissidents by Beijing and Hong Kong governments.
Fujian Villagers Surrounding PX Plant Suppressed by Police
On June 29, Fujian villagers surrounded PX chemical plant to
protest at the plant starting without moving villagers away.
They are worried at the plant discharging cancer-causing
toxic gases, dust and strong noise.
According to Chinese Jasmine Revolution website report,
the local government suppressed them.
It dispatched thousands of police including armed police,
special police, and the Police Association.
Several villagers were injured and 20 arrested.
