【新唐人2014年05月26日訊】美國「摩根大通投資銀行」前中國首席執行官方方被調查一事持續發酵。大陸媒體報導，方方早前被香港廉政公署拘捕，之後獲得保釋並被限制出境。方方本人有意轉為「污點證人」，並已將「摩根大通」如何招聘中共高官子女一事和盤托出。而方方的背後靠山，普遍認為是江澤民派系二號人物曾慶紅。因此，大陸傳媒對方方案的公開報導，也被外界視為曾慶紅出事的又一徵兆。下面請看報導。
5月21號，大陸《財新網》報導，「摩根大通投資銀行」亞洲區副主席及中國（香港）原首席執行官方方，涉嫌僱傭中共高官子女來獲取利益，日前被香港廉政公署拘捕，之後方方獲得保釋並被限制出境， 面臨進一步的調查和司法程序。
兩位知情人士向中國《第一財經日報》記者透露，方方已被香港廉政公署控告，他本人有意轉為「污點證人」，並已在調查中將「摩根大通」如何招聘權貴子女一事和盤托出。目前，「摩根大通」的投行家紛紛尋找律師，以應對未來可能的法律訴訟。
現年48歲的方方，背景相當複雜，他是現任的中共全國政協委員、和香港「華菁會」主席。而「華菁會」素有「中共太子黨香港分部」之稱。據傳，方方是中共地下黨員——香港特首梁振英的主要支持者。
消息說，方方是中共前政治局常委曾慶紅派系人馬。曾慶紅曾長期主管港澳事務，並涉嫌捲入薄熙來、周永康案。
鑒於方方的特殊背景，因此《財新網》對「摩根」案的公開報導，再加上其他大陸媒體的轉載，這些動作都被外界看作是曾慶紅已經出事的又一佐證。
在此之前，中紀委書記王岐山將駐港澳機構「中聯辦」，納入監管範圍。再加上﹕曾慶紅在香港安插的核心人物——「華潤集團」原董事長宋林倒臺，和曾慶紅兒子曾偉的「魯能案」再度被拋出，以及曾慶紅妻侄女——廣州紀委書記王曉玲被實名舉報等，都讓外界懷疑﹕曾慶紅已經被調查。
美國華府中國問題專家章天亮：「這些消息能夠在大陸報出來，其實也是曾慶紅出事的一個主要標誌。當然我覺得最重要的標誌就是，當周永康被抓之後，大陸頻繁的出現了很多恐怖事件。」
美國《大紀元》新聞網曾獨家報導，這些恐怖襲擊是江澤民、曾慶紅派系有意發起，目地是為了製造社會動盪，趁機將中共領導人習近平趕下臺。同時，江派還對習近平、王岐山、李源潮等人進行過多次暗殺行動。
章天亮：「如果曾慶紅是安全的話，他其實不需要去製造這樣的麻煩，搞這政變活動。因為如果習近平查到周永康為止，那麼相對來說曾慶紅和江澤民還是安全的，他們就不需要再去做甚麼動作了。」
5月14號，曾慶紅在上海公開露面，但這非但沒有洗清他已受到調查和內控的嫌疑，更證實他已經失勢。 《大紀元》獲知，曾慶紅現在的處境，類似薄熙來出事後的「3.19政變」之後的周永康，處於被內部控管的狀態。
北京時政觀察人士華頗：「習近平不會讓曾慶紅東山再起、回過手來。我想對他進行一些內控，肯定是（這樣）的。」
而江派頭目江澤民本人，雖然竭力尋找露面機會來表現自己還有實力，但大陸官方媒體對江澤民露面的冷處理、和現場陪同人員的冷清，都凸顯江澤民勢力已經非常衰弱。
章天亮：「習近平如果想要保共產黨的話，在處理江澤民的問題上就更謹慎。但是江澤民目前這樣，拚命活動的話，江澤民感到了一定程度的威脅。」
章天亮表示，江澤民作為中共前任總書記，他的貪腐、賣國，還有對法輪功的迫害等罪行，如果一旦被揭開來，對中共的衝擊將會非常大。但不管怎樣，中國有句古話：善惡有報，江澤民最終難逃法律的審判。

JP Morgan’s Case Publicly Reported in China:
Is Zeng Qinghong Now in Trouble?
Global attention has been paid to Fang Fang, the former
China CEO of JP Morgan Chase.
According to Chinese media, Fang Fang was arrested
by Hong Kong’s anti-corruption agency.
He was later released on bail but stopped from leaving
Hong Kong.
It was reported that Fang Fang would intentionally become
a cooperating witness and he had revealed all details about
JP Morgan’s recruitment of children from Chinese Communist
Party (CCP) senior officials.
Fang Fang is widely believed to be backed by Zeng Qinghong,
the No.2 boss of Jiang Zemin’s faction.
The news has been publicly reported in China, and is
regarded by many as another sign that something has
happened with Zeng.
On May 21, Chinese financial media Caixin.com reported
the news that, Fang Fang, former Asia vice president and
and China executive of JP Morgan Chase, was arrested .
Fang Fang was then released on bail.
He is unable to leave Hong Kong and will face
further investigation and legal charges.
Two sources told China Business News that after being
charged in Hong Kong, Fang Fang intended to become a
“tainted witness”, and he had disclosed all details
about how JP Morgan recruited children of CCP bigwigs.
Currently, many investment bankers at JP Morgan are hiring
lawyers for protection against possible future legal charges.
Fang Fang, who is 48 years old, has a complicated
political background.
He is a delegate to the CCP’s Political Consultative Conference
and the chairman of Hua Jing Society, which is famous as “the
Hong Kong branch for CCP princelings”.
Fang Fang is also said to be a major supporter of Hong Kong’s
Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying, a possible underground
CCP member.
Sources said, Fang Fang belongs to the faction of Zeng
Qinghong, a former Politburo Standing Committee member.
Zeng had been in charge of Hong Kong and Macau affairs
for a long period, and is currently involved in Bo Xilai and
Zhou Yongkang’s cases.
Despite his very special background, the arrest of Fang Fang
had been reported by Caixin.com and other Chinese media.
All these are regarded as evidence that something has
happened with Zeng Qinghong.
Recently Wang Qishan, secretary of CCP Central Commission
for Discipline Inspection put the Hong Kong Liaison Office
under his supervision.
Also, former chairman of Huarun Group, Song Lin was recently
investigated and was a key figure of Zeng’s faction in Hong Kong.
Zeng’s son, Zeng Wei was again involved in Luneng’s
corruption case.
Zeng’s niece and Guangzhou Discipline Commission Secretary
Wang Xiaoling was also charged by real-name whistleblowers
for corruption.
Many have been convinced by these signs that Zeng
has been placed under investigation.
Zhang Tianliang, China Affairs Expert:”The fact that those
reports could be publicly released in China is an important
sign that Zeng Qinghong is now in serious trouble.
Personally I think the key evidence are frequent terrorist
attacks in China after Zhou Yongkang was arrested.”
The Epoch Times has exclusively published reports, claiming
that it is Jiang Zemin and Zeng Qinghong’s faction that plotted
those terrorist attacks.
Their goal is to create social turbulence and to seek
opportunities to overturn Xi Jinping’s leadership.
Jiang’s faction has made many assassination attempts against
their “enemies”; Xi Jinping, Wang Qishan and Li Yuanchao.
Zhang Tianliang: ”If Zeng is safe now, he won’t take
the trouble of taking risks such as plotting a coup.
If Xi Jinping stops after arresting Zhou Yongkang, then Zeng
and Jiang should be relatively safe and won’t need to do
anything in that case.”
On May 14, Zeng publicly showed up in Shanghai.
However, this failed to put off any doubts of his situation,
and even further proves that he has lost power in China.
The Epoch Times was informed by sources that Zeng’s
freedom is now under the party’s “internal control”.
Which is similar to Bo Xilai or Zhou Yongkang’s
situation previously.
Hua Po, Beijing political observer:”Xi Jinping won’t
give Zeng any opportunity to fight back.
I believe that is why he put Zeng’s freedom into
internal control.”
Although Jiang Zemin himself had spared no efforts in
“showing up” his political power recently, most Chinese
media did not hype up reporting him.
Also only a few unimportant officials accompanied Jiang’s
activities. All these clearly show that Jiang’s faction has been
greatly weakened.
Zhang Tianliang: ”If Xi Jinping still intends to save the CCP,
he will be more cautious in handling Jiang Zemin.
Recently, Xi must have made Jiang feel threatened in some
tangible way, otherwise Jiang won’t have fought so hard.”
Zhang Tianliang commented that, as former CCP secretary-
general, it would be a huge strike at the party if Jiang’s major
crimes were revealed, especially his corruption, treason and
persecution of Falun Gong.
Zhang said, Chinese believe that “Good and Evil will always be
rewarded” and therefore in any case Jiang Zemin will never
escape trial by law and justice.
