【新唐人2013年08月12日訊】最近，海外中文媒體連續放風聲稱，中共高層正在北戴河閉門惡鬥，而對前中央政法委書記周永康不利的傳聞接連爆出。評論認為，周永康將作為承擔中共體制多年來血腥維穩的棋子被拋出，打破「入常無罪」的做法或許能暫時紓緩一下中共所面臨的巨大壓力。但是，薄熙來、周永康和江澤民等主導的活摘法輪功學員器官的更大罪惡，遲早會被全面曝光，好戲還在後頭。
近期，對周永康不利的傳聞不斷湧現在各個海外中文媒體，中共政壇宛如出現「高溫火熱」的盛夏狀況。
《德國之聲》撰文指稱，對薄熙來的「世紀審判」在即，他的盟友周永康或「攤上大事」。
香港《蘋果日報》報導又爆出，周永康的兒子周斌已經三次攜老婆長期離境避風頭，輾轉於香港、新加坡與馬來西亞之間，現在下落不明。
《希望之聲國際廣播電臺》則引述獨家來源透露，一位匿名曝料人士從大陸公安高層得知，周斌已經被捕快2個月，一同被抓的還有四川富豪、周家的「金主」鄧宏。
中共十八大後，以前四川省委副書記李春城為開端，包括四川政商兩界，以及政法委系統內大量官員相繼被調查，調查的職位逐漸被引向中央政法委高層。
到目前為止，周永康三大親信李春城、湖北政法委書記吳永文與前四川省副省長郭永祥已經被剪除，近日又有消息傳出，涉嫌為周永康家族侵吞數百億國有資產的四川商人吳兵在北京被捕。
時事評論員夏小強認為，雖然現在中共高層還沒有釋放明確信號拿周永康「開刀」，但是目前，中共政權危機四伏，民怨民憤將要爆發，周永康被「絞殺」這種輿論氣氛正在形成。
時事評論員夏小強：「由於周永康充當了中共劊子手的角色，利用政法委維穩系統對中國民眾犯下了無法償還的罪惡，可以說是血債纍纍，這樣的人物角色，往往是政權統治者在政權危機時拋出充當替罪羊來緩解民怨和壓力的首選。
外界普遍認為，中共高層每年7月底到8月中例行召開的北戴河閉門會議正在進行中。
《蘋果日報》此前發表評論文章認為，今年北戴河會議的紛爭有一明一暗兩條主線：今秋三中全會的經濟改革方案是明線﹔而暗線則是薄熙來案。
時事評論員劉國華表示，薄熙來案審結之際，對他的政治同盟周永康的問罪傳言，應該不是空穴來風。
時事評論員劉國華：「他（周永康）主要是兩點，一個是參與薄熙來政變。他不僅是參與，而且是政變的一個重要的主使人物。另一點是他擔任政法委期間，對中國法制的破壞是相當嚴重的。他眼中根本沒有法律，在他手裡製造的冤案相當多。
中共歷次的北戴河暑期辦公都是重大政治鬥爭和重要決策出籠的時候，香港《東方日報》發文分析，鑑於近期湧現「公知」對中共體制的激烈批判和喉舌媒體極力否定憲政、民主的反應，預感這次的北戴河會議必有「疾風暴雨」。
美國紐約城市大學政治學教授夏明：「這種反周永康的呼聲，包括有的人挺薄熙來，有的人反溫家寶，另外有的人直指習近平，這些東西反映出中共內部目前權力鬥爭的激烈程度。同時也反映出中國國內意識形態上矛盾衝突達到白熱化的程度。
夏小強還表示，如果周永康被中共拋出，很可能將以貪腐名義治罪。這種做法雖然暫時能緩解一部分當局所面臨的壓力。但是，被掩蓋的薄熙來、周永康、江澤民活摘法輪功學員器官的罪惡和真相，遲早會被全面曝光。夏小強強調，該來的遲早要來，好戲還在後頭。

Rumors Over Fate of Zhou Yongkang During CCP Beidaihe Meeting.
Overseas Chinese media has recently reported on the
Communist regimes inner struggle taking place in Beidaihe.
In particular, rumors circulated regarding Zhou Yongkang,
former secretary of the Central Politics and Law Commission.
Zhou is thought to be one of the first standing
committee members to be punished for his crimes.
The purpose for this is to maintain the stability of the regime.
This signals that it may only be a matter of time before
the truth is revealed about Bo Xilai, Zhou Yongkang,
and Jiang Zemin being involved in live organ harvesting.
Rumors have circulated recently in overseas
Chinese media about Zhou Yongkang.
It seems the Communist officials
are in a heated state of struggle.
Deutsche Welle comments that while Bo Xilai’s
“trial of the century" is around the corner,
his ally Zhou Yongkang is also in trouble.
Hong Kong based Apple Daily reports that Zhou Yongkang’s
son, Zhou Bin, has brought his wife overseas three times.
This is thought to be in order to
escape from the political storm.
They’ve been to Hong Kong, Singapore and
Malaysia, and now he’s reported missing.
Sound of Hope Radio reported from an exclusive source,
that Zhou Bin ha been detained for nearly 2 months.
According to a high official in the Chinese public security,
along with Zhou Bin’s arrest, it also involves Zhou’s
financial supporter Deng Hong, as well as Sichuan tycoon.
Since the 18th CCP National Congress,
investigations began on former deputy
secretary of Sichuan, Li Chuncheng.
Both business and political circles are involved.
Along with many investigations within the
Politics and Law Committee, the Central
Political Committee are now being investigated.
So far, three of Zhou Yongkang’s
supporters, have been removed;
Li Chuncheng; Wu Yongwen, Hubei Secretary
of the Politics and Law Committee; and
Guo Yongxiang, Vice Governor of Sichuan.
Sichuan businessman Wu Bing, alleged to have
embezzled tens of Billions of state assets for
Zhou Yongkang, is also under arrest in Beijing.
Political commentator Xia Xiaoqiang indicates that the
regime has not issued the arrest for Zhou Yongkang.
However, the regime is endangered by domestic anger, and
is forming an opinion to strangle Zhou Yongkang for relief.
Xia Xiaoqiang: “Zhou Yongkang
was an executioner for the CCP.
He has carried with him countless bloody crimes with
his leadership role in the Politics and Law Committee.
A person like him is often the top choice for a scapegoat
for the regime, to ease domestic discontent and stress.”
The annual closed-door CCP meeting held in Beidaihe
between July and August is currently taking place.
Apple Daily pointed out the two potential subjects in
the Beidaihe meeting this year are the Third Plenary
Session of economic reforms, and the Bo Xilai’s case.
Political commentator Liu Guohua believes that
while Bo Xilai’s case is in trial, the rumors about his
political ally Zhou Yongkang are not groundless.
Liu Guohua: “Zhou Yongkang has two main issues.
One is that he was not only involved, but also the
main initiator of Bo Xilai’s plan for a military coup.
The other is with regards to his role as
Secretary of the Politics and Law Committee.
He used the legal system, and
created countless injustices in China.”
Historically, the CCP’s political movements and struggles
have taken place during the Beidaihe summer retreat.
Hong Kong based Oriental Daily analyzed
the growing “storm” in Beidaihe meeting.
They highlighted the recent domestic criticisms
of the CCP and the regimes official media’s
statements on anti-constitution and anti-democracy.
Xia Ming, Professor of Political Science at New York
University: “The inner struggle of the CCP is getting serious.
This is reflected in various voices, some of which are
anti Zhou Yongkang, while others are pro Bo Xilai.
Some are anti Wen Jiabao, and even are against Xi Jinping.
This also reflects that the intensity of domestic
ideological conflicts has reached a peak.”
Xia Xiaoqiang believes that if Zhou Yongkang
is arrested, he will be charged with corruption.
This will help to relieve the pressure on the authorities.
However, the live organ harvesting of Falun Gong
practitioners conducted by Bo Xilai, Zhou Yongkang,
and Jiang Zemin will not remain hidden for long.
Xia Xiaoqiang stresses that it’s only a matter of time.
