【新唐人2013年07月30日訊】中共前重慶市委書記薄熙來一案最近又有新進展。據香港媒體報導，山東省濟南市的檢察機關已經把起訴書送達薄熙來本人，預計薄案最早在8月初就可以開庭審理， 10月底之前宣佈判決。下面請看本臺記者的報導。
繼大陸官方媒體7月25號對外發佈薄熙來案在濟南提起公訴之後，日前，濟南市檢察機關已經把訴訟文書送達薄熙來本人。專家推測，如果濟南中級法院儘快完成立案手續，最快的開庭日期將在8月初。
旅美中國社會問題研究人士張健：「在中共目前這種情況下，習近平當權之後，首先要搞穩定，那麼薄熙來這個案子早辦總比晚辦要好。越拖著薄熙來案，將會導致中國太子黨內部一個血拼，應該是血雨風翻的一個結局。」
根據濟南市檢察院的起訴書，薄熙來涉嫌受賄罪、貪污罪和濫用職權罪，但起訴書對於外界普遍指證薄熙來所涉及的謀殺、陰謀政變、活摘法輪功學員器官、並販賣屍體等更嚴重的罪行，卻只字未提。
張健：「對活摘器官這一塊、跟他們王立軍當時搞的這些事情，這個無論是在任何的審判情況下，都不可能披露的。因為中共如果披露了，就等於向全世界所有人承認了，中共它所幹的罪行。」
身在美國的中國社會問題研究人士張健表示，如果中共公開薄熙來所犯的這些罪行，就會使所有人、包括所謂的毛左們徹底覺悟，從此再沒有人會相信中共，因為這些罪行是在挑戰人類本性的底線。張健同時談到，雖然薄熙來的罪行罄竹難書，但中共不可能判處薄熙來死刑。
張健：「如果薄熙來一旦被判死刑的話，那麼中共所有的秘密將可能在某一時刻在海外,會有一個大起底，有一個公開。薄熙來手中掌握了太多太多別人不知道、外界現在還正在猜測的這些秘密，而這些秘密、所有的秘密都是中共的死穴。」
與上述觀點不同的是，海外網站時評人士牛淚，引述北京某高層人士的分析，撰文認為，現在就斷言薄熙來不會被判死刑，還為時過早，他列出了薄熙來可能被判死刑的6個理由。
第一、薄熙來陰謀篡權，案件的政治影響太大、太壞。
第二、習近平要藉薄熙來案在黨內立威，為反腐敗祭旗。
第三、習近平要處理太子黨貪腐問題。
第四、習近平要摘掉毛左帽子。
第五、薄熙來案背後的政治派系因素。
第六、貪污罪的性質和受賄罪不一樣。貪污罪性質更為惡劣，所以即便起訴書中沒有特別巨大這個詞，也足以有機會讓薄熙來面臨死刑。
也有分析指出，不管薄熙來最終是否被判處死刑、量刑如何，都是中共內部各派政治交易的結果，應該公開審判薄熙來，還司法正義與公平。
中國民主運動海外聯席會議主席魏京生：「肯定背後隱藏了很多其他貪官污吏的故事。把很多的罪行給隱瞞了，所以我們要求這個審判應該是一個透明的、公開的。而且是比較公平、不是做政治交易的這種，是真正的法律的審判。」
按大陸有關規定，公開審判的案件應在開庭3天以前公布案件情況、被告人姓名、開庭時間和地點。但至今為止，濟南市中級人民法院的官網上，還沒有公布薄熙來案的開庭公告等信息。
而半官方的香港《中通社》報導，大陸法學專家估計，最晚在10月底之前，濟南中級法院才會對薄熙來作出宣判。

Bo Xilai’s case hearing likely to be scheduled in August
The case of former Communist Party Secretary of
Chongqing Bo Xilai, is said to be in its early process.
According to Hong Kong media reports, Jinan City
People’s Procuratorate of Shandong Province,
has delivered the indictment to Bo Xilai.
Bo’s case hearing is likely to schedule in August and
sentencing by the end of October.
The following is our report.
The Communist regime mouthpiece reported on July 25 that
Bo Xilai’s indictment was delivered to Jinan City
Intermediate People’s Court that day.
It is analyzed that upon filing of the case,
Bo’s case hearing is likely to occur as soon as early August.
China social issue researcher, Zhang Jian:
“Stability is the priority for the new leader, Xi Jinping.
Bo Xilai’s case is better taken care of as early as possible.
Dragging on Bo’s case could lead to blood shed in the princelings."
Bo Xilai is charged with taking bribes, embezzlement and
abuse of power, according to Jinan City People’s Procuratorate.
However, none of the serious crimes Bo is widely known
to be involved with,
such as murder, conspiracy coup, live organ harvesting
from Falun Gong practitioners and the
selling of corpses, were ever mentioned.
Zhang Jian: “There is no way they will disclose
the crimes of live organ harvesting,
which both Bo and Wang Lijun were heavily involved in.
If it is exposed, that means the Communist regime
recognizes its own crime to the world."
Being a Chinese social issue researcher, Zhang Jian does not
believe the regime will ever make these crimes public.
Because this is a crime that challenges the
bottom line of human nature,
exposure of this crime will wake up everyone,
including the Maoist’s.
Zhang Jian also does not believe Bo Xilai will receive
the death penalty even though he’s charged with multiple & serious crimes.
Zhang Jian: “Once Bo gets sentenced to death, all of the
Communist regime’s secrets will get exposed overseas.
Bo Xilai has in his hands way too many secrets
that will bury the regime."
However, overseas commentator Liu Lei stated
in his on-line statement,
that it’s too early to assert Bo will not get
the death sentence.
Liu has listed 6 reasons why Bo could receive
the death sentence.
First, Bo’s conspiracy to usurp power
is a politically bad & influential case. Second, Xi Jinping will use Bo’s case to establish
his own anti-corruption authority.
Third, Xi Jinping needs to deal with
the corruption within the princelings.
Fourth, Xi Jinping needs to remove the Maoist cap. Fifth, Bo’s case is associated with political factions factors.
Sixth, the nature of corruption and bribery is not the same.
The crime of corruption is bad enough to put Bo to death.
Other analysts believe that the final sentence & conclusion
is merely a result of a political deal within factions.
Therefore, for justice and fairness, an open trial is necessary.
Overseas Chinese Democracy Coalition president Wei Jingsheng:
“There are certainly many other corrupt officials and crimes
hidden in Bo’s case.
We demand a transparent, open, equitable and
legal trial, not a political one."
It is regulated that a public trial will make available the
circumstances of the case, the defendants name,
court time & place, three days before the hearing.
To date, Bo’s case hearing announcement has not been seen
on Jinan Intermediate People’s Court official website.
Hong Kong China News Agency, a semi-official media
reported, Chinese legal experts have estimated,
by the end of October, Jinan Intermediate
People’s Court should conclude Bo Xilai’s case.
