【新唐人2013年06月24日訊】日前，遼寧省大連市13名法輪功學員，因為安裝衛星電視接收器，收看《新唐人電視臺》節目被非法庭審。11名辯護律師受到中共當局的惡意騷擾和威脅，其中有兩名律師被禁止進入法庭，一名律師被暴力扭出法庭。評論認為，辯護律師的正義之舉值得尊敬，中共以暴力加謊言封堵輿論的惡行，也越來越被更多的民眾認清，真相終將大白。
大連法院原定在4月12號，非法庭審13位安裝收看《新唐人電視臺》衛星電視接收器的法輪功學員。但是4月11號晚，法院突然通知律師取消開庭。後來，法院將開庭日期押後到了6月21號。
但是到了20號晚上深夜，11名律師在當地一家酒店內遭到警察的突擊查房騷擾。21號開庭前，辯護律師李蘇濱和郭海躍被禁止進入庭內，無法為被告辯護。律師唐天昊更是被法警以暴力方式扭出法庭。
據了解，開庭過程當中，13名法輪功學員有3人無法站立、或坐不住，其中兩人經醫生急救，但是法院還想繼續開庭，最後，在11名律師的強烈抗議之下，法院最終宣佈休庭，擇日再審。
14年來，中共持續打壓法輪功，時事評論員林子旭表示，在中國這樣敏感的巨大壓力下，這11位律師還願意接手法輪功案件，他們正義的行為不但值得人們尊敬，他們的勇氣更值得稱道。
時事評論員林子旭：「11位專業的法律從業者，能夠同時為法輪功學員做無罪辯護，法輪功學員有沒有違法﹖大家就應該清楚了。從另一個角度看，包括這些正義律師在內的越來越多的中國民眾，已經開始從對中共的恐懼中擺脫出來了。」
據辯護律師介紹，21號當天，大連市西崗區法院周邊戒備森嚴，停放了很多警車，都是警察和便衣。
時事評論員邢天行：「律師本身就是一個維護法律的群體，他們對法輪功群體遭受的這樣一個明顯的國家犯法的迫害，如果視而不見，他們從自己的良心上來講，作為一個從業的律師是不合格的。這是一個有良知的律師必然採取這樣一個行動，就是要維護法律的尊嚴。」
法院突然通知律師取消開庭審理13名法輪功學員的4月12號早晨，還發生了代理律師程海及打算前往法院旁聽的法輪功學員家屬，被大批警察綁架及毆打事件。
法輪功發言人張而平：「所有的中國人…按《憲法》的規定有言論、表達和了解真相的自由。他們被抓、被審判，是因為履行了《憲法》賦予他們的權利，就是想要了解自己的國家，了解真相和客觀事實。而在中共的法庭上被審判，這是一個天大的笑話，也譏諷了中國現在沒有法制和社會公正。」
法輪功發言人張而平認為，在中共壟斷媒體資源的情況下，大陸民眾當下最缺的就是：真實的資訊和不被歪曲的報導。
張而平：「從這個事情可以聯想到中國大陸由於對法輪功的迫害是被掩蓋的，包括活體摘取器官這樣的罪惡。它也就說明：現在這種罪惡還在進行，對法輪功的迫害和對信息的掩蓋也還在進行。」
林子旭還表示，現代網路技術的飛速發展，把見不得陽光的中共搞的焦頭爛額。因此，不管是安裝還是收看《新唐人電視》的民眾，應該說，都是在做非常有意義的事情。
林子旭：「《新唐人電視臺》的很多節目應該說辦的非常成功，比如《石濤評論》、《大陸新聞解讀》等等，那真的是把話說到了人的心裡面了，這樣的電視節目，中國人看上一段時間，中共是個甚麼貨色﹖大家自然就都清楚了，所以中共能不害怕嗎？」
林子旭相信，中共封堵輿論的大壩，必然隨著歷史的潮流和民眾的覺醒坍塌，真相也終將大白。

11 Courageous Lawyers Defend Falun Gong Practitioners
Recently, 13 Falun Gong practitioners
went on trial in Dalian, Liaoning
for installing satellite receivers to watch New Tang
Dynasty TV (NTDTV).
The 11 defense lawyers in the case were harassed and
threatened by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
Two of the lawyers were blocked outside the court on trial day
and one lawyer was violently driven out of the court.
Some commentators think that the courage and justice
of the lawyers is very respectful and laudable.
The CCP’s evilness and violence will be recognized by
more and more people. Truths will come to light eventually.
As planned, the Dalina municipal law court initiated an illegal
court hearing against 13 Falun Gong practitioners on April 12.
However, on April 11, the court notified the defense lawyers
that the planned court session was cancelled.
Later, the court postponed it to June 21.
The night before the court hearing on June 21,
the lawyers were harassed by the police in a local hotel.
On June 21, defense lawyers Li Subin and Guo Haiyue
were blocked outside the court.
Consequently they couldn’t defend their clients at court.
Lawyer Tang Tianhao was driven out violently by the police.
It’s learned that three of the 13 Falun Gong practitioners
weren’t able to stand or sit since they were severely tortured.
Two Falun Gong practitioners went through first aid.
Nevertheless, the court still tried to continue the trial.
Eventually at the 11 lawyers’ strong protest, the court
suspended the hearing and will resume on another day.
For the past 14 years, the CCP has continuously
persecuted Falun Gong practitioners.
Commentator Li Zixu thinks these 11 lawyers
are so worthy of respect since
they are willing to take cases of Falun Gong
practitioners under such tremendous pressure.
Their courage is indeed laudable.
Li Zixu: “11 professional legal practitioners
are willing to defend Falun Gong practitioners.
Did Falun Gong practitioners really break the law?
It’s crystal clear.
On the other hand, more and more Chinese people including
righteous lawyers have got rid of their fear toward the CCP. ”
The defense lawyer said a lot of police cars surrounded
the court in Dalian on April 21.
The court was heavily guarded by uniformed and
plain clothes police officers.
Commentator Xing Tianxing:
”Lawyers are supposed to uphold the law.
If lawyers ignore the illegal persecution of Falun Gong they are
not a qualified lawyer and their conscience should be blamed.
A lawyer with conscience would take actions
to safeguard the dignity of the law.”
At the original court hearing of April 12 the court announced
the cancellation of the hearing against the practitioners.
lawyer Cheng Hai and Falun Gong practitioners’ families
who were planning to attend the trial were kidnapped and beaten by the local police.
Zhang Erping, Falun Gong Spokesperson:
”Based on the Constitution, all Chinese people have the freedom of speech, expression and learning of truth.
People were arrested and sentenced because
they followed the Constitution to learn about their own country, the truth and the objective facts.
It’s such a joke they were brought to trial in the CCP’s court.
Ironically, it shows that China is not ruled by law
and there is no social justice at all.”
Zhang Erping stated that what people in China need most
are truthful information and un-distorted news.
The CCP has monopolized and censored media resources.
Zhang Erping: “From this incident, we know that
the severe persecution executed on Falun Gong practitioners
by the CCP has been covered up too,
including sins like live organ harvest.”
Li Zixu states that the CCP has been burned by the flames
ecause nowadays information technology grows so fast.
Installing and watching NTDTV is a
very meaningful thing to do.
Lin Zixu: “Many programs from NTDTV
have been running very successfully, for example
“Shi Tao"s Commentaries’ and “China News Analysis".
If people in China can watch those programs for a while,
everybody will know what the CCP is.
Wouldn’t the CCP be scared by NTDTV? ”
Lin Zixu believes that the dam the CCP use to block
truthful information will collapse eventually
when more and more people wake up.
The truth will come to light.
