【新唐人2013年03月15日訊】中共第12屆人大第一次會議，14、15號是「重頭戲」。14號，中共總書記習近平正式「當選」國家主席和軍委主席，如果不出甚麼意外，15號，李克強將「當選」新一任總理，此外，備受矚目的中共中央政治局委員李源潮，也如外界預期，當選了「國家副主席」。這是自1998年以來，中共第一位不具政治局「常委」身份的副主席。
在此之前，英國《路透社》已率先報導，李源潮將出任國家副主席。「英國廣播公司」《BBC》中文網則報導，中國全國人大被西方稱作「橡皮圖章」，但並不表示全國人大沒有看點，需要從字裡行間或風吹草動中來解 讀尋找。14號和15號是重頭戲，新當選的這班人馬將決定中國未來十年的走向。
時事評論員 夏小強：「李源潮此前是中組部部長，人脈廣泛。現在，李源潮當選國家副主席，在中共黨內，他出任外事領導小組副組長，可以幫助習近平管理外交，同時，還介入國家安全小組的工作，並且協助張德江分管港澳事務。這一切都意味著他擔任的不是一個虛職，而是握有實權的。」
時事評論員夏小強分析，從這裏可以看出，中共高層人物的所謂實權和虛職，是根據需要而定，比如王岐山，在政治局常委中位置排在張德江、俞正聲和劉雲山之後，作為習近平的反腐「清道夫」角色，王岐山的實權遠在這三人之上。
時事評論員夏小強：「劉雲山此前擔任中共中宣部部長，一直壓制網路自由、言論自由，被外界稱為『納粹宣傳部長』。劉雲山和前中共政治局常委李長春一樣，都是頑固的中共保守派、江澤民的鐵桿，長期壟斷操控宣傳系統，維護著中共一黨獨裁統治。」
時事評論員汪北稷則表示，中共自定的一套自娛自樂的「兩會」遊戲，中國人民實際並不關心。
時事評論員汪北稷：「中國的普通百姓在政治上是奴隸的身份，所以這個政治的遊戲對中國的老百姓來講，沒有一絲一毫的參與感，所以我想中國的人民更多的關心這個生存的底線甚麼時候改善，破壞生存底線的統治江的集團甚麼時候解體，甚麼時候離開。」
汪北稷認為，中共自欺欺人，欺騙人民的把戲，中國人已經厭倦。因此並不關心當政者到底在演甚麼「戲」。中國人可能更關心黃浦江的豬是哪裏來的﹖北京的空氣是誰搞壞的﹖這些與民眾切身的事情，中國老百姓更關心﹗
連日來，上海黃浦江漂浮的死豬已被打撈起6千6百多隻，事件不斷擴大，死豬數字也持續攀升，網民謔稱，整件事過程根本就是一齣「嘉興豬的奇幻漂流」。
在死豬四處漂流成為笑話流傳的同時，十二屆全國人大一次會議新聞中心，於3月13號上午10點舉行記者會。民政部官員在記者會上回答中外記者的提問。
一名記者問：此次浙江省大規模死豬事件，據說是因為付不起火葬費，所以才把它們江葬了，請問是不是這樣？民政部長李立國回覆說：基本殯葬服務費用是合理的，是比較低的，收費標準是政府定價，政府監管，我們提倡的是文明節儉辦喪事。
而網友發揮幽默，自創對話：
北京人說：「我們北京人最幸福，打開窗子就有免費的煙。」
上海人回答：「那算甚麼，阿拉打開自來水就是排骨湯！」
汪北稷感嘆說，歷史的車輪在不斷的往前推進，中國人需要民主革命，需要打破枷鎖，需要解脫政治上的奴隸身份，跟全世界所有民主國家一樣，擁有公共事務的話語權機會。所以對於中共兩會的做法，汪北稷表示，可能中國人民更關心環境惡化，和中共甚麼時候退出歷史舞臺﹖汪北稷說，到那時候中國人民會非常非常開心。

March 14 and 15 Important Days for the First Meeting
of the 12th Session of the Chinese Communist Party’s National People’s Congress.
On March 14, Xi Jinping, the CCP General Secretary
was elected President and Chairman of the Central Military.
If there’s no accident, Li Keqiang will be elected
Prime Minister.
In addition, the most focused member of Politburo,
Li Yuanchao was elected as the Vice President as Expected.
He became the first Vice President who isn’t a member
of the Politburo Standing Committee since 1998.
As expected, British Reuters first reported that
Li Yuanchao will be named as Vice President.
The BBC Chinese website also reported that China’ s
National People’s Congress is a “Rubber Seal” affair.
Saying also that there’s no interesting point in the conference,
people have to analyze the speeches and feel the trend to find meaningful information.
March 14 and 15 are the most important days of the conference,
newly elected leaders will make decisions for the next decade.
Xia Xiaoqiang, political commentator: ”Li Yuanchao was
Minister of the Central Organization Department and has a broad relations net.
Now, he has been elected Vice President.
As vice leader of the CCP foreign affairs’ team,
he will help Xi Jinping handle foreign affairs.
As one of the national security leaders, he will support Zhang
Dejiang to manage the affairs of Hong Kong and Macao.
All of these positions show that he will not sit there
as a vase, but he really does have power.”
Xie Xiaoqiang, the political commentator analyzed that
whether a CCP leader has real power or not is based on need.
For example, Wang Qishan is listed after Zhang Dejiang,
Yu Zhengsheng and Liu Yunshan.
However, as the “scavenger” in Xi’s anti – corruption team,
he has more real power than his other three colleagues.
Xia Xiaoqiang: “Liu Yunshan was the Minister of the Central
Propaganda Department, and he has suppressed internet freedom, for a long time.
He was called “Nazi Propaganda Minister” by many.
Liu Yunshan is the same as Li Changchun who was
a member of the Politburo Standing Committee.
Both of them are stubborn conservatives,
and are solid Jiang Zemin followers.
They have controlled the propaganda system monopoly for
a long time and have maintained the CCP’s dictatorship.”
Wang Beiji, another political commentator said that CCP
formulated a game of “two sessions’ ” to entertain itself,
this game has nothing to do with the Chinese people.
Wang Beiji: ”Ordinary Chinese are slaves in a political game,
which is the reason why they don’t care for politics, they don’t have the sense of participation.
I think Chinese take more care of when the bottom line
of their life can be improved,
when the regime which destroyed the bottom line of
survival can disintegrate, when it can finally leave China.”
Wang Beiji says the CCP deceives itself and
the Chinese people, who are tired of it’s tricks,
and now couldn’t care what kind of drama
the regime still plays on earth.
Chinese people care more about where the dead pigs of
Huangpu River came from!
Who made the air of Beijing so dirty?
They care about what is going on around them.
In the past few days, over 6,600 dead pigs
have been pulled out of Shanghai’s Huangpu River.
The events are expanding, the number of
carcasses retrieved is increasing.
Chinese netizens have poured ridicule on the situation,
with some saying it is like a scene from “Life of Jiaxing Pig”.
The floating dead pigs has became a joke among Chinese,
the first meeting of the 12th session of the National People’s
Congress held a media conference on the morning of March 13.
At this meeting, officials from the Ministry of Civil Affairs
answered questions from Chinese and foreign reporters.
A reporter asked: “As for the Zhejiang dead pigs’ event,
It is said that the reason the farmers dumped the dead pigs is
because they don’t have money to pay for cremation.”
“Is this true? “ Li Liguo, the Minister of Civil Affairs answered
immediately that the basic funeral service price is reasonable and isn’t expensive.
The standard price is given by the government, who will also
monitor execution. “We advocate civilized and thrifty funerals.”
Netizens created a humorous dialogue based on this news.

Wang Beiji sighed that the wheels of history are moving
forward continually, Chinese need a democratic revolution to
break the chain and get rid of the political slave’s identity.
Chinese should be in line with other people in democratic
countries who have the right to speak on Public Issues.
For the CCP’s two sessions, Wang Beiji expressed that
Chinese people care more about the deterioration of
the environment, and when the CCP can finally quit history.
Wang Beiji said that the Chinese people will be
extremely happy on the day that the CCP disintegrates.
