【新唐人2013年01月02日訊】中共官員的雷人語錄，從2009年的「你是替黨說話，還是替老百姓說話」，變成了2012年的「不能把黨逼到牆角」。不過，中共黨校教授蔡霞的這句話一出，立即引起了社會的巨大的反響。接下來請看報導。
中央黨校蔡霞日前說「不能把黨逼到牆角」，現在重要的不是左右共識，而是朝野共識！上下共識！要給執政黨一個迴旋的空間、餘地！不能把它逼到牆角！把黨逼到牆角，黨就會把社會逼到牆角！大家都逼到牆角，就沒有一個和平轉型！最後必然要走向一個對立！
上海市民談蘭英：「共產黨把我們老百姓逼到牆角，並不是老百姓把它擠到牆角。再說共產黨自身性質就是流氓、土匪強盜，它根本不能領導我們老百姓的。我希望共產黨馬上就滅亡，滾出這地球，地球上不能存在共產黨。」
獨立評論員邢天行指出，共產黨從當政後，就一直在整個中國大地上呼風喚雨、生殺予奪、任意所為，何止有一個迴旋的餘地！
獨立評論員邢天行:「在中國，中共掌握了一切黨政軍、警察。這樣一個強權的政治之下，誰有能力把它逼到牆角呢？是他自己作惡多端。就像一個殺人放火犯似的，他最後引起公眾的憤怒了，向他逼近，他自己想負隅頑抗，他才感覺到自己被逼到牆角了。」
邢天行認為，從蔡霞的話中能夠看出，中共感到了危機，意識到它們確實已經窮途末路了，認識到了中共正在面臨生死存亡。
發明這一新雷人語錄的蔡霞，被網友稱為「最荒唐教授。」
有網友憤怒的還擊蔡霞，說：扒掉你的房，讓你無家可歸﹔砸爛你的攤，讓你無以為生﹔堵死你的路，讓你無處可逃﹔搶光你的錢，讓你沒法活﹔打掉你的胎，讓你沒後代﹔吸乾你的血，讓你難投生﹔繩以獄，囚以牢，榜掠以火，敲剝以刀。然後，他說：給我一條生路，不要把我逼到牆角。
事實上，中共官員創造了無數「雷人語錄」，「替黨說話，還是替老百姓說話」，就極為典型。
《山西晚報》曾經指出，這些「雷人語錄」之所以對公民權利表現出不可一世的輕蔑，並非純粹出自權力的傲慢，更多的是「屁股坐歪了」，成為某些特殊利益群體的代言人，「官聲」成為一種喧囂和訓示，「民生」則成為被貶抑和被訓誡的對像。
旅美「中國民主黨全委會美國委員會」主席張健：「以前剛剛出現雷人話語這種事情時候，大家可能從另一個角度還有一種嘲諷心態，哎呀，這些官員怎麼都這個樣子呢﹗現在你會發現越來越多中共官員他們在講這些話，你才發覺中共體制就是這樣：他雷人、他做雷人的事情，說雷人的話，不是今天，而是在它開始那一天，有了中共那個體制之後。」
民運領袖、旅美「中國民主黨全委會美國委員會」主席張健表示，他在西方受到教育以後，才覺得中共官員正像媒體宣傳那樣：「共產黨員不是普通材料做成的」，真是沒有了一點人性。張健表示，中共黨員或許是從小受到黨文化的洗腦教育，多數喪失了人性最基本的概念和做人的良知，也完全沒有了道德感。
而邢天行表示，之前共產黨標榜自己是代表人民利益，但現在它連這層偽裝也揭了下來，要和人民對立，拒絕融入到世界主流，拒絕對社會和人民放權。
不過，邢天行指出，從中共官員雷人話語的變化，和民眾對利益集團代言人的反擊和譴責，反映出中國老百姓的覺醒，和中共勢力的沒落。

‘Chinese Communist Party Cannot Be Pushed into a Corner’
Shocking quotes have come recently from
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials.
These include a quote in 2009; “do you speak
on behalf of the party, or on behalf of the people?”
In 2012, this turned into, “you
cannot push the party into a corner".
However, remarks of CCP School professor Cai Xia
has immediately aroused great social repercussions.
We look in more detail.
Cai Xia of the Central Party School has said,
“You cannot push the party into a corner.”
This is not a consensus from people in society,
but a consensus from the ruling party.
In other words, people are being asked to give
some room for the ruling party to maneuver.
This infers that if we push the CCP into a corner,
it will push society and everyone into a corner.
This means it cannot have a peaceful transformation.
In the end, it will move toward a final confrontation.
Tan Lanying, Shanghai resident: “It’s the CCP
pushing people into a corner, not the other way around.
Besides, the CCP itself is a rogue and
a thief. It cannot lead the Chinese people.
I hope that the CCP disappears from the face
of the earth. The Earth cannot contain the CCP.”
Independent commentator Xing Tianxing
has said that since the CCP came to power,
it has killed and robbed at its own whim.
It has left no leeway for anyone.
Xing Tianxing: “In China, the CCP controls
the party, government, military, and police.
Under such a powerful political party, do
you have the ability to push it into a corner?
It has done too many bad deeds, being a murderer
or arsonist, and has finally aroused the public’s anger.
It would like to put up a desperate struggle,
as it feels being backed into a corner.”
Xing Tianxing goes on to say that from Cai Xia’s words,
one can see the CCP senses its crisis, and its end is near.
It recognizes that the Communist
China is facing life and death.
Netizens called Cai Xia, owner of the shocking
quote, “the most absurd professor.”
One angry netizen commented that the CCP
demolishes your house, so you become homeless.
The CCP smashes your stall, so you
have no means to make a living.
They block your way, so you have nowhere
to escape, stealing your money, so you cannot live.
They destroy your unborn baby, so you have no offspring.
They suck your blood dry, so you cannot live.
They tether people with the law, confining people in prisons,
burning people with fire and cutting people with knives.
And then, he still says, ‘give me a way
out, and don’t push me into a corner’.
In reality, the CCP officials have
made countless ridiculous quotes.
For example, a typical remark is “Do you speak
on behalf of the party, or on behalf of the people?”
The Shanxi Evening News pointed out that these ridiculous
quotes show their mighty contempt towards civil rights.
They did not come solely from the arrogance of power.
They are from the misconceptions of spokespersons
from certain special interest groups.
Thus, the “official voice" becomes a hustle and
instruction and “people’s livelihood" becomes
a target for derogatory and admonished words.
Zhang Jian, Chairman of China Democratic National
Committee in the US:" In the past, people had
a mocking attitude toward shocking quotes.
Why did they talk like that? Now you find that
more and more CCP officials talk like that.
You can realize that it is the CCP system;
they have said ridiculous words.
They have done ridiculous things since day
one of its existence, and not only just recently.”
Zhang Jian, Chairman of China Democratic National
Committee in the US commented that
after his education in the West, he recognized that
the CCP officials are exactly what the media described them to be.
『The CCP members are not made of ordinary
Material’, and they are totally lacking in humanity.
Zhang Jian said, the CCP party members have
been brainwashed since their early childhood.
Most of them have lost the concept of the most
fundamental human nature and human conscience.
They do not have a sense of morality.”
Xing Tianxing thinks that the CCP claimed previously
to be a representative of the people’s interests.
Now, it has taken off its mask and is confronting people.
It is refusing to merge into the mainstream world,
and return the power to society and the people.
However, Xing Tianxing also comments on the
changing remarks of the CCP officials,
and the counterattacks from people towards
the public interest group spokesmen.
It reflects the awakening of the Chinese
People, and the decline of the CCP forces.
