【新唐人2012年12月21日訊】山西省19號決定，中共前總理李鵬的長子——李小鵬，將代理山西省省長。海外媒體指稱，李鵬的夙願終於實現了，李小鵬終於在當選「十八大」中央候補委員後，又出任山西省代省長。那麼，李鵬可以送政壇口碑極差的李小鵬多遠呢﹖成為外界關注的焦點。
李小鵬被任命代理山西省省長，是李鵬培養有方，讓李鵬露臉了，還是李鵬刻意培養兒子進仕途，延續了家族的勢力？海外中文媒體認為，其實是老人政治餘波未了﹖
據了解，李小鵬是中國前國務院總理李鵬和妻子朱琳的長子，曾長期擔任中國「華能集團」和「華能國際」的領導職務，被稱為「亞洲電王」。
分析指出，李小鵬的工作經歷十分簡單，並沒有基層的工作經歷，對民生疾苦很難產生共鳴。
近年來，李小鵬的每一次職務變化都會引起外界關注。在「十八大」召開的時候，海外媒體放出消息說，李鵬家族正在準備逃離中國，李鵬的兒子李小鵬、李小勇和女兒李小琳，目前正在積極將財產轉往新加坡和澳大利亞。
而在剛結束的中共「十八大」上，李小鵬首次當選候補中央委員，在171人的名單中，得票倒數第一。
香港媒體曝光，在中央委員選舉時，李小鵬連後補中委也沒有選上，最後中央出面對全體代表「做工作」，最終讓李小鵬在後補中委選舉中，成為了最後一名當選者。
時事評論家文昭表示，李小鵬當代省長，從常理上來看，跟他父親李鵬的活動是不可分割的。
時事評論家文昭：「李小鵬上位是和李鵬的活動，我認為是有密不可分的關係，因為本身李小鵬的官聲並不好，李小鵬、李小琳名聲都不好，他在官場裡面不是太受待見，連中央委員預選都沒有選上，他能夠擠進中央末班車，仕途還能夠往上提，這個正常嗎？不正常。」
時事評論員林子旭分析說，先拋開李小鵬的個人能力、個人素養，一個沒有任何從政經驗的人，直接空降到山西省做副省長，短短幾年又做到了省長的位置，這裏面毫無疑問，是李鵬在背後活動的結果。
時事評論員 林子旭：「李小鵬今年不過才54歲，在未來的十幾年裡，他很有可能問鼎中共的權力核心，我想這個應該就是李鵬，為自己的兒子設計的仕途之路，眾所周知，李鵬家族掌控了中國的電力系統，拿到了巨額的經濟利益之後，現在李鵬家族又要窺探中共的最高權力。」
香港「中國人權民運信息中心」消息，2007年中共「十七大」代表選舉前，李鵬和李小鵬頻頻出動到各省市活動，為李小鵬能進入「十七大」中央候補委員拉票。李小鵬才得以從中央企業系統代表團當選「十七大」代表。
有評論質疑，李小鵬的上位，是否延續了「老人干政」呢？
文昭：「他們這些老傢伙有資歷上和威望上的優勢，他們在關鍵時刻，覺得你要有甚麼動作，可能威脅到他們利益的時候，他們覺得有亡黨亡國危險的時候，會跳出來說話，所以，老人干政一定是會存在的，除非他們這些人都死了，就不會干政了。」
那麼，李鵬還能送李小鵬幾程？李小鵬仕途前景如何呢？
外媒警告，李小鵬的當務之急，是做出業績，取信於民。千萬不要像李小琳那樣，披金掛銀，不問蒼生苦，嚴重損害家族的形象。
林子旭認為，只要中共這個體制還存在一天，這些中共大佬們的觸角，就會藉助這個體制以各種方式伸到中國的各個角落。

The Chinese Communist Party of Shanxi province
made a decision on December 19th
naming Li Xiaopeng,the eldest son of Li Peng, former
CCP Prime Minister the acting governor of Shanxi.
Overseas media alleged that the long-cherished wish
of Li Peng has come true: Li Xiaopeng has been promoted
to acting governor after being elected alternative member
of CCP Central Committee during the 18th Congress.
Then, how far can Li Peng send Li Xiaopeng who
has a very bad political reputation in his career?
It’s one of the focuses of the
outside world’s media.
Is Li Xiaopeng’s appointment as acting governor of Shanxi
due to the good home education by Li Peng his father?
Or is it Li Peng’s arrangement that has extended
his family’s power in the regime.
The oversea Chinese media belives that the real reason
is the continuing political impact of Li Peng 『s time in office.
It’s widely known that Li Xiaopeng is the eldest son of
the former Prime Minister Li Peng and his wife Zhu Lin.
He used to be the leader of China’s “Huaneng Group”and
“Huaneng International”. He has been called an “Asian Power King”.
Analysts have pointed out that Li Xiaopeng’s working
experience is simple, he has never worked at grass root level.
It will be difficult for him to understand poor Chinese.
In recent years, every change of Li Xiaopeng’s position
has attracted the attention of the outside world.
During the CCP’s 18th Congress, oversea media reported
that Li Peng’s family is preparing to escape China.
His sons Li Xiaopeng, Li Xiaoyong and his daughter Li Xiaolin
are moving their assets to Singapore and Australia.
In the just closed CCP 18th Congress, Li Xiaopeng
was elected alternate member of the Central Committee for his first time with the lowest votes.
Hong Kong media have exposed that Li Xiaopeng
hadn’t been elected the alternative member when voting.
The members of Central Committee tried to convince
all the representatives which helped Li Xiaopeng to finally be elected as the last alternative member.
Political commentator Wen Zhao said the reason
that Li Xiaopeng was promoted acting governor is his close connection with his father Li Peng.
Wen Zhao: ”I think Li Xiaopeng’s promotion is closely
connected with Li Peng’s activities
because Li Xiaoping doesn’t have a good reputation,
neither does Li Xiaolin. Neither of them are welcomed by officialdom.
Li Xiaopeng even hadn’t been elected member of
central committee in the pre-election,
He still entered Central Committee and was promoted.
Is this normal? It’s abnormal.”
Political commentator Lin Zixu analyzed that if we don’t
think about personal capability and personal quality,
in a person without any political experience,
Li Xiaopeng parachuted to Shanxi and was pointed
Vice Governor a few years ago, and promoted to Governor now.
There’s no doubt that it’s the result of Li Peng’s direction.
Lin Zixu: “Li Xiaopeng is just 54 years old this year.
In the future 10 years, he is very likely to enter
the core leadership group.
I think this must be what Li Peng planned
for his son’s political career.
As all the people know, Li Peng’s family has a monopoly
on power generation and the distribution system.
After achieving huge economic benefit, his family
is casting greedy eyes on the CCP’s highest power.”
The Hong Kong “Information Centre for Human Rights
and Democracy” published information that
before the 17th Congress selected the representatives,
Li Peng and Li Xiaopeng visited many provinces and cities
to find support to vote Li Xiaopeng alternative member of CCP central Committee.
Finally Li Xiaopeng was selected for the 17th congress
as representative of central enterprises.
Some commentators questioned Li Xiaopeng’s assignment
As confirmation of the continuation of the “elderly intervene in politics"?
Wen Zhao: “These elderly have advantages
in qualifications and prestige.
In critical moments, if they think you will take some action
that may hurt their benefits or
if they feel there’s a risk that the party may disintegrate,
they will jump out and say something.
So, the elderly are forced to intervene in politics
to stop their line being wiped out.”
Then, how far can Li Peng send Li Xiaopeng?
And how is Li Xiaopeng’s political career shaping up?
Foreign media have warned that the top priority of Li Xiaopeng
must be performance, which can win the trust of the public.
He shouldn’t be like Li Xiaolin who has a luxurious life and
doesn’t care how poor Chinese live, this has damaged the family’s image.
Lin Zixu thought as long as the CCP exists, those elderly
will control every corner of China by the CCP system.
