【新唐人2012年6月20日訊】湖南邵陽民主鬥士李旺陽離奇死亡，消息指稱是遭中共政法委設局謀殺，激起了海內外各界人士對政法委的憤怒聲討。曾遭到邵陽政法委跨省追殺，險遭滅口的中國5.12大地震志願者王笑冬向媒體爆料，在邵陽深挖可曝光政法委更大黑幕。分析指出，政法委這個大毒瘤存在一天就禍害一天。
18號，王笑冬在接受《大紀元》新聞網專訪時指出，政法委警官自曝：2千米範圍內殺人，連屍體都找不到，有很多不知名的維權人士就是以這種方式被秘密處決。
王笑冬還透露，他的一位朋友是中共國務院下屬製作《決策內參通訊》的一名主任。最近，這名官員對王笑冬說，「政法委一日不除，國無寧日。」
「權利運動」博客負責人胡軍指出，政法委在中共憲法裡本身就是一個違憲的非法組織。
「權利運動」博客負責人胡軍：「長期以來，特別是江澤民上任以後運用政法委打壓法輪功，使政法委不斷的做大、做實以後，它就像一個毒瘤一樣不斷生長，不但對民間進行打壓、殘酷鎮壓和迫害，而且在它體制內也產生了一種很大的破壞力，它已經凌駕於胡溫之上。」
胡軍表示，李旺陽事件，在世界的聚光燈下，政法委還敢做出如此滅絕人性的事情，如果深挖可能會有更多驚人的黑幕曝光出來。
胡軍：「政法委這一塊殘害中國，一個是法輪功，還一個是維權人士，沒辦法用語言來形容他們所做的惡，已經不能用人的思維去看待他們了。」
王笑冬認為，李旺陽被殺是政法委殺一儆百，在釋放恐怖信號，今後可能會有更多維權人士莫名其妙的死去。
而大陸維權人士和民運人士擔憂自身安危，紛紛在網路上發起了「我絕不自殺」的聲明。
「北大」法學碩士曹順利：「這當然啦，也是好多維權的人要面對的危險和結局。也是對所有參加維權人的一種警示，包括對我自己來說，因為好多人都可能有這種恐懼，在維權的路上，一個是被他們抓起來關到監獄裡頭，另一個是結局可能就『被自殺』了。」
前「山東大學」教授孫文廣指出，中共當局應該儘快撤銷政法委，它存在一天就禍害一天。
孫文廣：「政法委是共產黨內的一個組織，中央政治局常委周永康在分管政法委，那麼這個政法委對全國的公檢法不但是作為一般的領導，而且直接的操縱控制公檢法，它說要抓誰的話，公安就去抓誰，它說把誰判成勞教，公安就把他判成勞教。」
孫文廣表示，在這樣一個沒有司法正義、沒有司法公正的國家，人人都處於一種恐懼之中。
孫文廣：「因為沒有法律能夠保護公民，只要政法委做了個決定就可以任意的抓人，那麼誰還有安全感呢？當然這個官員可能稍微安全一點，但也不一定啊，有的官員要抓的話，要把他『雙規』甚麼的，都是政法委決定的，所以全國就形成一個恐懼之中，不能依靠法制來解決問題。」
胡軍指出，中共這個體制本身就是生長毒瘤的地方，也是一個相互滅殺的體制，如果不儘快「摘掉」政法委這個大毒瘤，不管是中共高層還是平民百姓，都可能被這個毒瘤滅殺。

No Politics and Law Committee, No Harmful Effects
Li Wangyang, a fighter for democracy in Shaoyang (Hunan
Province), died mysteriously.
It is reported that he was murdered by CCP Politics and Law
Committee, provoking anger of the people from all walks of life both home and abroad.
Wang Xiaotong, a China 5.12 earthquake volunteer who
almost died in the inter-provincial killing by CCP Politics and Law Committee in Shaoyang,
said, “if you dig deeper, you will find the bigger picture of
the CCP Politics and Law Committee in Shaoyang.”
On June 18, Wang Xiaodong said during an interview with
the Epoch Times said
a police officer of CCP Politics and Law Committee
in Shaoyang once mentioned,
“if they want to kill someone within a range of 2 km,
you won’t find the corpse.”
Many unidentified human rights activists were executed
secretly this way.
Wang Xiaodong said one of his friends was the director
of the State Council’s, “Internal Strategy Reference” Magazine.
Recently, his friend told him, “If the CCP Politics and Law
Committee exists; there will not be any peace in the country.”
Jun, the manager of “Rights Movement” blog said, the
Politics and Law Committee is an illegal organization even according to the CCP constitution.
Hu Jun, the manager of “Rights Movement” blog: “For a long
time after Jiang Zemin took office, he used the Politics and Law Committee to suppress Falun Gong.
Jiang grew the Politics and Law Committee bigger
and stronger, like a growing malignant tumor.
The Politics and Law Committee not only suppresses people,
but also destroys the CCP itself. It has been above Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao.”
Hu Jun commented that the Li Wangyang incident happened
under the world’s spotlight.
and the Politics and Law Committee dares to do such inhumane deeds,
if you dig deeper, there must be more amazing shadiness.
Hu Jun: “The Politics and Law Committee greatly harms China.
One victim is Falun Gong, the other victim group includes
the human rights activists.
There is no way to use language to describe how evil they are.
I think you cannot view them as human beings.”
Wang Xiaodong thinks the Politics and Law Committee
killed Li Wangyang because he warned others that this is a sign of terrorism.
and that more activists may be killed inexplicably.
Human rights activists and pro-democracy activists
in Mainland are concerned for their own safety and
they released statements like, “I will never commit suicide”
on the Internet.
Cao Shunli, a Master of Laws from Peking University:
“Yes, many human rights activists face the danger.
The Li Wangyang incident can be seen as a warning
to all human rights activists, including myself.
Many people may have the fear that, on the way to defend
their rights, they may be arrested and put into jail,
and they may even be killed and the CCP will claim
that it was a suicide.”
Sun Wenguang, a retired professor at Shandong University
feels that the authorities should remove the Politics and Law Committee, as it exists with harmful effects.
Sun Wenguang: “the Politics and Law Committee
is an organization within the CCP,
and the Political Standing Committee member Zhou Yongkang
is in charge of it.
The Politics and Law Committee is not only a normal superior
organization of the public security institutions in China, but also controls these institutions directly.
If the Politics and Law Committee wants someone arrested,
police officers must obey.”
Sun Wenguang said that in such a country without any legal
justice, everyone is in fear.
Sun Wenguang: “Because there is no law to protect citizens
and the Politics and Law Committee can arrest people arbitrarily, who feels safe?
Maybe the government officers feel safer, but they may also
be detained and interrogated by the Politics and Law Committee.
Therefore, everyone is in fear, and no one can rely on the law.”
Hu Jun said the CCP provides a system that allows
the malignant tumor to grow, and CCP also has a culling system.
If the Politics and Law Committee can not be removed as soon
as possible, anyone, including CCP leadership and normal people, can be killed by this malignant tumor.
