【新唐人2012年5月31日訊】臨近「六四」，貴陽巿人民廣場舉辦「六四23週年紀念」活動，百多名參與民眾拉起橫幅標語，高喊口號，還在現場放映有關「六四事件」的影片。活動舉行了近兩個小時，期間沒有受到當局的阻撓。但不知道是否會遭到秋後算賬？參與人員認為，活動能夠順利進行可能與「政法委失勢」有關。
「八九六四二十三週年祭、追查兇手、停止政治迫害」活動，28號下午在貴陽巿人民廣場舉行，現場的觀眾很多，都非常支持這次紀念活動。
大陸民眾劉建國表示，當年「六四」的大學生是為了反腐敗，為了這個國家而犧牲的，作為大陸民眾都應該紀念他們。
劉建國：「作為六四，不管（當局）它們定甚麼罪？他們是大學生，他們是為了我們祖國進行的反腐敗，他們付出了熱血，每個人都應該哀悼，紀念他們是應該的。」
不過，參與活動人士表示，每年臨近六四，異見人士都受到國保的打壓或被公安毆打，今年貴州的許多異議人士也同樣接到國保的通知：「這幾天會被傳喚」。奇怪的是，這次活動當局卻沒有干涉。
在小學任教的敬老師認為，出現這種情況可能與溫家寶要平反「六四」有關。
大陸教師敬老師：「我個人認為，在往年的過程當中，這種情況是不容易出現的。」
他也表示，「六四」真相當局掩蓋不住，早晚大家都會知道。
而「貴州人權研討會」成員吳玉琴說，4、5天前她和廖雙元被國保通知，30號要被帶走軟禁，所以，為了不影響這次活動舉行，她沒有參加。
「貴州人權研討會」成員吳玉琴：「我們由於被他們守住，我們沒去，因為我們去反而把國保帶去，他們反而還完不成這個紀念活動。」
吳玉琴還說，貴陽「六四23週年紀念」活動發起人靡崇標，以往在公園賣突破網路封鎖的光碟，警察都會到現場干涉，想不到這一次打橫幅，喊口號等，國保和公安竟然沒有干涉。
吳玉琴：「這種情況我們認為，薄熙來這一塊的問題，對於國保和公安有所影響。所以他們這一次就沒有打壓我們。」
參與當天活動的貴州人士田祖湘說，國保沒有干涉活動，這是國際社會和正義人士共同努力的結果。
貴州人士田祖湘：「國際形式對國內有一定影響，陳光誠事件發生以後，政府它們肯定有一定的壓力，所以對於我們來說還是好的。」
吳玉琴還透露， 國保和公安現在拿不到維穩經費了。
吳玉琴：「就是說把我們帶走，現在也不是那麼容易拿到經費，就是維穩經費，要是不帶走，好像又不敢說，不執行上級的命令，不監控我們。所以，我們感到他們也是很為難的。」
不過，從29號下午，靡崇標的電話一直打不通，田祖湘表示，靡崇標這幾天可能會被帶走。參與人員雍志明表示，已接派出所通知，要求他去報到。
另外，浙江部分民主黨人士、知識份子及維權律師，原定在28號晚上聚餐談論「六四」問題，卻被國保阻止出席。許多異議人士家門外都有警察看守。

Guizhou is Not Blocked for Commemorating the"4th June"
Now it is close to the 4th June."The 23rd Anniversary of
4th June"was held on Guiyang People’s Square.
More than a hundred people joined the activity
with banners and shouted slogans. They also showed “June 4″ movies.
The event was held for nearly two hours and not interfered
with by the authorities.
Participants believe that the activity could be carried out
smoothly may be due to the “loss of power" of the Political and Law Commission.
Activity “4th June 1989, 23rd Anniversary,
Track the Murderer, Stop the Political Persecution"
was held on Guiyang People’s Square
in the afternoon of May 28.
Many people were very supportive of
this commemorative activity.
Liu Jianguo from China said, the students sacrificed for
this country by fighting against the corruption on 4th June.
People from mainland China should all commemorate them.
Liu Jianguo: “No matter how the authorities convicted
those students, they paid with their blood to fight against corruption for our country.
Everyone should be mourning and commemorate them."
However, participant said that each year
when the 4th June approaches,
dissidents are subjected to suppression or beaten up by the
Domestic Security Detachment and Public security Bureaus.
This year many Guizhou dissidents also received
the following notification: “will be summoned these days".
It is very strange that this activity was not interfered with
by the authorities.
Primary school teacher Jing believes that, this situation
may be related to Prime Minister Wen Jiabao’s willingness to rehabilitate the “4th June".
Mainland teacher Jing: “I personally think that this situation
was unheard of in previous years."
He also said that the truth of the “4th June"cannot be concealed.
Sooner or later everyone will find out.
Wu Yuqin, member of"Guizhou Human Rights Seminar"
said, Domestic security and interior affairs issued her and Liao Shuangyuan with a notice
that on the 30th, they will be taken away and put
under house arrest.
Hence, she did not participate in this activity
in order not to affect it.
Wu Yuqin: “We did not attend the activity because we were
kept by them (Domestic security department).
On the contrary, if we were to go there, we would bring
them trouble, and the commemoration could not be completed."
Wu Yuqin also said, the promoter of this “23rd Anniversary of
June 4th", Mi Chongbiao, sells CDs about the breakthrough of the internet blockage in the park.
Usually the police will interfere with this.
But this time they put up banners and shouted slogans,
it is unexpected that the Domestic Security Department and Public Security Bureau did not interfere.
Wu Yuqin:"We believe in this case, Bo Xilai’s incident has
had some impact on the Domestic Security Department and Public Security Bureau.
So they did not suppress us this time."
Tian Zuxiang, who participated the activity said,
the Domestic Security Department has not interfered with us.
Tian added, it was the result of joint efforts in the international
community and the righteous people.
Tian Zuxiang: “The international situation has had some
impact on the domestic situation.
After Chen Guangcheng’s incident, the government feels a
certain pressure, which is good for us."
Wu Yuqin also revealed that Domestic Security Department
and Public Security Bureau have no maintenance funding now.
Wu Yuqin: “It means if they arrest us,
it is not easy to obtain maintenance funding now.
If they refuse to arrest or monitor us,
it seems they are not taking orders from their superiors.
So we feel that it is also difficult for them."
However, from the afternoon of the 29th,
Mi Chongbiao’s phone cannot be reached.
Tian Zuxiang believes that Mi Chongbiao might have been
taken away in the last few days.
In addition, part of the Democrats, intellectuals and
human rights lawyers from Zhejiang,
were prevented from attending a dinner about
“June 4th" on the 28th.
Many dissidents’houses were monitored by police.
