【新唐人2012年5月13日訊】中共總理溫家寶日前到北京南站，青島女訪民林秀麗成功衝破警戒線，親自將上訪材料交給了溫家寶，並且與溫家寶握手，溫家寶答應幫助她。然而，當溫家寶離開後，林秀麗則被當局帶回山東青島，被警方限制在一所賓館內。林秀麗告訴本臺記者，當局要給她做精神鑑定，陷害她是精神病。外界認為，這是周永康手下長期的違法作為，為了掩蓋真相，阻撓溫家寶過問。大陸民主人士認為，中共體制下，百姓很難討回公道。
5月9號下午2點多鐘，青島訪民林秀麗正在北京南站二樓候車大廳，突然看見一行人當中，中共總理溫家寶正在和一位小女孩交談，她當時不顧一切衝過了南站警方臨時設置的警戒線，直接衝向溫家寶，把她的上訪材料交給了溫家寶，溫家寶答應會幫助她。
林秀麗：「他說你放心，一直很親切、一直注視著我，走了很遠了還注視著我，回過頭來跟我說，要我放心。」
拄著雙拐的北京訪民葛志慧表示，當天她也在現場，當她看到林秀麗到了溫家寶跟前時，她也想過去，沒想到站起來剛走了一步，就被後邊的便衣拽住。
葛志慧：「拽住我，我一看我怎麼都到不了跟前，然後就開始喊，冤枉…總理…冤枉，我就喊這個，後來我估計總理聽見了。因為他那人非常非常得多，一下嘩啦都圍上我了，然後摀住我的嘴，然後掐著我的喉嚨，差點給我掐死。」
林秀麗告訴《新唐人》，溫家寶走了以後，警察就把她帶到房間，把她的上訪材料要下，之後就給青島駐京辦打電話，把她帶回當地，還要給她做精神鑑定。
林秀麗：「那你知道我沒有精神病，他給我做精神鑑定不是就想迫害我嘛？因為溫家寶總理接到了我的材料，他們想趁著中央下來調查之前，就把我這一次關到精神病醫院，或這一次給我鑑定個精神病，然後我就沒有話語權了嘛。」
對於林秀麗現在的處境，外界認為，這種打壓是以周永康為首的政法委系統所為。
大陸民主人士鄒巍：「溫家寶收了她的材料，又怎麼辦呢？還是沒辦法改變對民眾救贖的這麼一種現象。信訪的朋友還是像大多數信訪的朋友一樣，仍然遭到了打壓和迫害。」
鄒巍表示，要想扭轉由於制度原因造成的這種對民眾的打壓，靠一個人的善意是不夠的。
大陸民間維權律師李向陽也認為，中共是一個邪惡的利益集團，而溫家寶是在這個體制內部，因此林秀麗的事情沒有辦法處理。
李向陽：「有一個林秀麗，千百萬個林秀麗你怎麼處理呢？沒法處理。」
林秀麗呼籲，有可能這次她的問題不但沒有解決，反而她被害了，她希望媒體給予關注。

Petitioner Crosses Cordon to Meet Wen Jiabao:
Facing False Mental Disorder Claim
Chinese Communist Party Premier Wen Jiabao
recently visited Beijing South Railway Station.
During his visit, a Qingdao female petitioner Lin Xiuli
successfully crossed the cordon.
She handed her petition materials to Wen himself.
Wen Jiabao shook hands with her and promised to help.
However, after Wen left, Lin Xiuli was brought back
to Qingdao and detained inside a hotel.
Lin told NTD that the authorities planned to make a false
identification to claim she had mental illness.
Outsiders remarked Zhou Yongkang and his subordinates
had been illegally acting this way for a long time;
they always thwarted Wen Jiabao’s
involvement to hide the truth.
Chinese democrats said that civilians could hardly
receive justice under the CCP’s regime.
At 2pm on May 9, Qingdao petitioner Lin Xiuli was staying
at the waiting hall of Beijing South Railway Station.
She found CCP Premier Wen Jiabao talking with a girl
among a group of people.
At that time, she did all she could to pass through
the temporary guard line and rushed to Wen Jiabao.
She managed to give her materials to him.
Wen has promised to help her.
(Lin Xiuli) says: “He told me to not worry.
He kindly looked at me throughout.
Even after he has walked far away from me he still
looked back and told me not to worry.”
Ge Zhihui, a handicapped petitioner from Beijing said that
she was also on the spot during Wen’s visit.
After finding that Lin Xiuli managed to talk with Wen,
she had attempted to do the same.
However, right after she made the very first step, she
was dragged back by plain-clothes police behind her.
Ge Zhihui: “I found that I could not get close
to the Premier after being dragged away.
Then I began to cry out “Premier! I was unjustly treated!”
I thought the Premier had heard me since a large group
around him suddenly came to me.
They blocked my mouth and held my throat.
I was almost suffocated.”
Lin Xiuli told NTD that police brought her to a room
after Wen left.
They took away her petition materials and called
the Beijing office of the Qingdao local government.
She was then sent back to Qingdao. She was also told
that she would be identified as having mental illness.
Lin Xiuli: “They clearly know that I have no mental disorder.
Therefore, it’s an obvious for them to make a false identification.
Since the Premier has received my materials, they planned
to diagnose me with a mental disorder.
They want to detain me into some psychiatric hospital
before my case is put into investigation.
After that, I will have no more rights to speech.”
Analysts remarked on Lin Xiuli’s case.
Such suppression was carried out by the Law and Political
Committee, led by Zhou Yongkang.
Zou Wei, Chinese democrat: ”What can Wen do even
after he received her materials?
There’s still little way to change the suppression
of ordinary people.
Most petitioners are still suppressed and persecuted
as usual.”
Zou Wei remarked that one person’s kindness is far from
eliminating suppression on civilians, which was supported by the whole regime.
Zou Wei: “To completely change the regime, more
people need to stand out.
With the efforts from only one or several people, even from
Wen Jiabao, I don’t think this will utterly solve the problem.”
Li Xiangyang, a Chinese lawyer and activist, remarked that
the CCP is an evil group, protecting its own interests.
Since Wen Jiabao was also inside the regime,
he had no solution to Lin Xiuli』s problem.
Li Xiangyang: “Even if Lin Xiuli’s case were solved,
how about the millions of other similar unjust cases?
There is no way to handle with all of them.”
Lin Xiuli had said that it was probable she would be
persecuted rather than receiving just treatment.
Therefore she called for more media attention on her case.
