【新唐人2012年5月3日訊】隨著薄熙來事件的持續發酵，以往的案件細節很多都被媒體翻出，一一曝光。其中，薄熙來與王立軍爆發矛盾後，薄熙來團夥設計了三套方案來除掉王立軍，自己則避走雲南，在洱海邊「餵海鷗」。而薄熙來被中共中央宣佈立案調查，那一刻的內幕細節，也被媒體披露出來。
王立軍出逃美領館之前，薄熙來與王立軍翻臉後，薄熙來就對王立軍動了殺機，但王立軍畢竟是重慶市副市長，市公安局長，如何讓「王立軍之死」順理成章，又不讓人起疑，薄熙來煞費了苦心。
香港媒體《新維月刊》5月號封面故事以「薄熙來設局殺王立軍」為題，讓外界見識到了中共內部鬥爭你死我活的一幕。
報導說，以徐鳴、車克民為主的薄熙來智囊團隊，為「王立軍之死」設計了3套方案。一是被黑社會報復致死，也就是「被犧牲」，最後給他一個英雄稱號；二是畏罪自殺；三是因為精神憂鬱症而自殺。
最後，經過權衡利弊，選擇了第三套方案，讓王立軍「患上憂鬱症自殺」。接著，一套王立軍患憂鬱症的病歷、醫院證明等，也隨著秘密出爐。
香港《動向》雜誌主編張偉國認為，王立軍事件後，外界主流媒體都在跟進報導、揭黑，讓中共造假的空間越來越少。
香港《動向》雜誌主編張偉國：「它不能再像以前那樣一手遮天，至少有一點像擠牙膏一樣一點點的擠出來。只要它那個前後邏輯沒有互相矛盾地方，能夠作為一個證據，連貫的串通起來，那麼它的真實性就應該是可行的。」
《動向》雜誌也首次將薄熙來被宣佈立案調查時的細節內幕曝光。
報導這樣描述，4月9號下午2點，中紀委副書記何勇及中組部副部長張紀南，以及四名軍官來到薄熙來北京的家中。他們通知薄熙來到人民大會堂開一個會。窮途末路的薄熙來還要作最後的困獸鬥，他要求給自己的親戚打電話，但所有線路已被切斷。
報導說，薄熙來是被一輛黑色房車載走。在抵達人民大會堂後見到了中紀委書記賀國強、和中組部部長李源潮、以及中央辦公廳主任令計劃。其中一人向薄熙來宣讀了中央對薄熙來和谷開來的處理意見。
香港《動向》雜誌主編張偉國：「細節的力量是巨大的，它能揭穿共產黨給自己偽造的這樣一種假象。使老百姓、國際社會、整個輿論能夠真正看清楚，像薄熙來這樣一類共產黨的政治領袖的本來面目。」
「全球自由信息運動」網站創辦人張新宇分析，這是官方自己放出來的消息，是在很巧妙的進行宣傳。
「全球自由信息運動」網站創辦人張新宇：「它所說的東西，宣傳部也好或者各種消息、放消息，它的目地不是叫你知道甚麼，而是為了它的政治目地，編造也好，然後做一些策略性的一種手法。」
英國《星期日泰晤士報》與張新宇的看法相近，報導引述中國分析家的話說，這些細節和使用的語言聽起來像是「正版」，有人解讀為是中共黨內「自由派」在有意「放風」，來影響公眾輿論。

Bo’s Plot to Kill Wang Lijun
The Bo Xilai event continues to develop; the details of many
cases in the past are revealed through the media.
After the start of conflict between Bo and Wang Lijun began,
Bo’s group came up with three ways to get rid of Wang Lijun.
Details of how the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Central
Committee announced the criminal investigation of Bo are also disclosed by media.
Before Wang Lijun fled to the U.S. Consulate, Bo and Wang
had already turned against each other.
Bo wanted to kill Wang. After all, Wang is the Vice Mayor of
Chongqing,and Director of Municipal Public Security Bureau.
How to make “the death of Wang" look natural and not make
people suspicious? Bo did it painstakingly.
Hong Kong media, Xinwei Monthly’s cover story in May issue,
was titled Bo setup to kill Wang Lijun.
It revealed the life and death struggles within the CCP.
It is reported the think-tank team of Bo Xilai, mainly Xu Ming
and Che Kemin, designed three proposals for Wang’s death.
First, the lethal triad revenge, i.e., being sacrificed, and give
Wang a title of Hero in the end.
Second, commit suicide; third, suicide because of mental
depression.
Finally, after weighing the pros and cons, they selected the
third proposal, ‘suicide because of mental depression’.
Later on, medical records and hospital certificates showed
details of Wang’s mental depression leaked out secretly.
Zhang Weiguo, the editor in chief of Trends magazine in HK,
believes after Wang Lijun incident, mainstream media had
all followed up reports and exposed inside stories, so that the
CCP has less and less space for fraud.
Zhang Weiguo: “The CCP can’t hoodwink the public as before.
At last like squeezing toothpaste, (the truth) is squeezed out.
As long as it has no logical conflicts, can be used as evidence
and form a coherent conclusion, its authenticity should be ok."
Trends magazine also exposed for the first time details of Bo
having a criminal investigation against him.
The report describes how on April 9th 2pm,, He Yong, deputy
secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection,
Zhang Jinan, Vice Minister of the Central Organization Dept,
and four officers went to the home of Bo Xilai in Beijing.
They noticed Bo Xilai to go for a meeting in the
Great Hall of the People.
Bo Xilai wanted to to call his relatives, but all the
telephone lines had been cut off.
Arriving in the Great Hall of the People, Bo met He Guoqiang,
Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection,
Li Yuanchao, Minister of the Central Organization Department,
as well as Ling Jihua, director of the Central Office.
One of them read out to Bo Xilai how the CCP
Central Committee plan to deal with Bo Xilai and Gu Kailai.
It is reported Bo was then taken away in a black RV.
Zhang Weiguo: “Details have huge power. They can expose
the illusion forged by the CCP, and let Chinese people,
the international community and the public opinion clearly
see the true colors of CCP political leaders like Bo Xilai."
Zhang Xinyu founder,website Global Freedom of Information
Campaign said the officially released news is clever publicity.
Zhang Xinyu: “What it (CCP) says through the Propaganda
Department, or other routes, the purpose is not to tell you news,
but manipulate for its own political purpose. It can fabricate
news, and then use some strategic practices."
The UK’s Sunday Times newspaper has similar views
to Zhang Xinyu.
It quoted Chinese analysts saying details and language
used sounded genuine;
some interpreted it as releasing news by the CCP liberals
intentionally to influence public opinion.
