【新唐人2012年5月3日訊】日前各大媒體紛紛報導，薄熙來和陳光誠案，是解體中共的契機，5月1號《大紀元時報》獨家報導了未經證實的，北京消息人士透露的消息，傳中共中央政治局核心領導人，已經達成四點共識，將在18大宣佈重大決定。請看專家對此的分析解讀。
據了解，所傳的四點共識為：組成新憲法籌備委員會，制定自由的新憲法；宣佈作為執政黨的中共的歷史使命已經完成；為「六‧四」、法輪功和致力中國實現民主制度的其他一切團體和冤死者、受難者平反和給予國家補償；實現軍隊國家化等。
對此獨立評論員洪劍表示，如果這個傳言是真的話，將是一個非常好的消息，是深得民心的，也是中國人都願意看到的。
洪劍：「我覺得能真正做到這四點，將能夠結束中共邪黨一黨專制獨裁的局面，能真正站在國家和民族的角度去考慮問題，維護的是國家和人民的利益，而不再被某個黨派，或個人的意見所左右，而一意孤行，做一些事情，像平反『六‧四』和法輪功，那麼我覺得他這樣做，人民的心中能起到一些撫慰的作用。」
美國「喬治梅森大學」教授章天亮表示，這種傳言是有可能的。
章天亮：「因為現在沒有比這個更好的棋了，對於胡溫來講，如果是他們不走這步棋的話，如果他們不做《大紀元》所提到的這四個方面的事情，那麼共產黨的高官，等於是把自己的命運和共產黨捆在一起了，等到共產黨一旦被民眾清算的時候，那麼共產黨的高官也會面臨著被清算。」
《大紀元》的報導說，目前北京「中國科學院動物研究所」的科學工作者，已經開始自組「中國科學家自由民主黨」，並透露，「中國科學院」已有31名學者，自組了推進中國民主制度實現和參與的小政黨——「中國科學家自由民主黨」。
但章天亮認為，目前中國的轉型存在兩方面的阻礙，一個是來自官僚體系本身，而更大的障礙則是以周永康為幫主的「血債派」。
章天亮強調，在十八大之前，胡溫只有拿下周永康，這四點共識才有可能變成現實。
章天亮：「所以等到中共垮臺的時候，他們的罪惡是一定要清算的，所以他們和胡溫有一個關鍵的區別就是欠的血債太多了，所以這些人一定會拚死的抵抗，他們還可能拉攏軍隊裡邊的一些人，在這種情況下，如果不能夠拿下周永康，包括整個以周永康為幫主的血債幫，如果做不到這一點，其實我們剛才說的四點共識，其實是根本就不現實的。」
國際時事評論專家李天笑博士表示，胡溫要抓住機遇，否則當斷不斷，反受其亂。
《大紀元時報》報導指出，周永康的下臺，絕非是一個中共高官因為年齡到期而退休這麼簡單的問題，隨著失去權力的「血債派」大佬們的下臺，一直被暴力掩蓋的重大真相會被揭開，真相一旦公布，中共垮臺是必將發生的現實。
時事評論員夏小強：「我想現在胡錦濤、溫家寶和習近平這一方，他們已經看到了，如果他們不在十八大之前，動手徹底清洗血債幫這種罪惡的話，那麼可能將來中共隨時可能會解體，那麼就將造成他們也一樣，和江澤民、周永康揹負迫害民眾的罪行，而遭到歷史的清算，我想他們現在已清楚的看到這一點。」
有分析指出，中共高層正面臨著歷史的重大抉擇。此刻的中國時時都會發生巨變。

and Chen Guangcheng’s case are the opportunities to forward the disintegration of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
On May 1, the “Epoch Times” exclusively reported
a message from a Beijing resource.
Although it cannot be verified, it was said that the high-level
leaders of CCP central committee have reached four points
of consensus, and will announce a big decision during the
18th National Congress Conference.
The following is analysis by experts.
The reported four consensuses are to form a new Constitution
Preparatory Committee to make a freely constitution;
announce the end of the ruling party and that
the CCP has finished its so-called historic mission;
redress and pay compensation to “June 4," & Falun Gong,
and all groups who have been wrongly persecuted in the process
of devoting themselves to China’s realization of democracy; and nationalize the military.

Hong Jian, an independent commentator, stated that
if this is true, it’s what all Chinese want to see.
Hong Jian: “I think that if these four points can be reached,
it will stop the CCP dictatorial situation and
will put the leadership into a mode of thinking about
benefiting the country and the nation.
The leaders will protect the benefit of the country and people,
and will not be controlled by one party or be interfered by any person.
Redressing “6`4″ and Falun Gong,
I think this kind of action will pacify the people."
Professor Zhang Tianliang from U.S.’s George Mason
University said this news may be true.
Zhang Tianliang: “There’s no better step for the leadership.
If Hu-Wen don’t take this step, and don’t realize the four
points that the Epoch Times reported, the CCP senior officials will tie their fate.
When the people abandon the CCP, those senior officials
will face destruction together with CCP."
The Epoch Times reported that the scientists of Beijing
Zoology Institute of China Academy of Sciences have formed “Chinese Scientists’ Liberal Democratic Party."
It reported that 31 scholars in the Academy formed a new
party to push democracy in China.
Professor Zhang Tianliang expressed that there are two
obstacles blocking China’s transition.
One is the bureaucratic system, and the bigger obstacle
is the “Blood Debt Faction" which is led by Zhou Yongkang.
Zhang Tianliang emphasized that Hu and Wen must remove
Zhou Yongkang before the 18th National Congress Conference in order to realize the four points.
Zhang Tianliang: ”When the CCP collapses, it’s sure that
their evil deeds will be liquidated.
The key difference between them and Hu-Wen is they have
too much blood on their hands.
So those people must defend themselves desperately,
and they may also get some support from the military.
In this kind of situation, if Hu and Wen don’t remove
Zhou Yongkang and the whole ‘Blood Debt Faction,’
if they can’t make this happen, the four points
we just discussed can’t be realized fundamentally.”
Dr. Li Tianxiao, an international affairs commentator,
mentioned that Hu-Wen must seize this opportunity.
Otherwise, they will be interfered by it.
A Chinese proverb says, “You will be troubled by it
if you don’t remove the evil things."
The Epoch Times report pointed out that the stepping down
of Zhou Yongkang is not as simple an issue as a senior CCP official retiring when he’s old.
The leaders of the “Blood Debt Faction" are losing power,
and the truth which was hid by violence for a long time will be unveiled.
Once the truth disclosed, the CCP will definitely disintegrate.
Xia Xiaoqiang, a current affairs commentator: “I’m thinking
that Hu Jintao, Wen Jiabao and Xi Jinping have seen the end result
if they don’t remove the evil of Blood Debt Faction
completely before the 18th National Congress.
And that is, the CCP will be disintegrated any time, and they
will be treated (the same as) the very violent Jiang Zemin and Zhou Yongkang,
and they will fall as well.
I think they are now clear about this fact."
Analysts pointed out that the senior level of the CCP
is facing a major historical choice.
China can have a dramatic change in any moment.
