visited Gao in Shaya jail, Xinjiang.
Gao’s wife, Geng He expressed relief after learning that
Gao is truly alive.
However, Geng He said Gao’s suffering is not over yet,

Commentators believe that Gao appeared suddenly, relating to
the CCP’s intensified infighting, and falling of Zhou Yongkang,
the head the Political and Legislative Committee,
who had been a long-term persecutor of dissidents.
The Global Times, under the umbrella of the CCP mouthpiece,
People’s Daily newspaper, reproduced an article on 27th March.

comment on “reform".
