【新唐人2012年2月16日訊】據海外網站爆料，中共已成立專案組，調查中共重慶市委書記薄熙來。中共政治局九名常委，只有一人對立案調查薄熙來態度勉強，外界猜測是周永康。學者認為，王立軍骨牌效應波及周永康，而周永康、薄熙來的同謀關係使薄熙來膽大妄為，薄「謀反」的背後黑手就是周永康。
海外網站爆料，中共政治局九名常委一致通過成立專案組，調查薄熙來。其中八名常委態度堅決，只有一人勉強，原因是他的家族在重慶和四川擁有龐大的經濟利益，調查薄熙來恐怕會惹火上身，但在黨內最高層的強大壓力下，最終他也無奈同意。
消息沒有透露這名常委是誰。美國「喬治梅森大學」教授章天亮表示，這個人就是周永康。
因為在九名常委中，只有賀國強和周永康曾經在重慶或四川任職。而且，如果賀國強對徹查薄熙來有所保留的話，「王立軍案」就不可能已經移交給了賀國強主持的「中紀委」。
據說，北京正在調查是誰洩露王立軍在成都美領館的消息給薄熙來。傳聞當時周永康曾在重慶。
此前，薄熙來「唱紅打黑」被質疑時，周永康曾高調力挺。這次周永康之所以不願意徹查薄熙來，章天亮認為，因為薄熙來是接替周永康的不二人選。
章天亮：「迫害法輪功已經12年了，法輪功每次在抗議的時候都會要求懲辦江澤民、羅幹、劉京和周永康四大惡人，這大惡人裡面江澤民馬上就要死了，大家都知道他已經病入膏肓了，劉京是得了癌症，羅幹的話是已經退休了，周永康的話是即將退休。」
章天亮說，他們需要找到一個人，既心狠又手黑，以便把鎮壓進行到底。
而時事評論員唐柏橋認為，目前誰保薄熙來，誰遭殃，現在大家都開始為自己解套。
唐柏橋：「誰也保不了他（薄熙來），因為誰保他誰會遭到人民的唾棄，也就是現在相互揭露這個醜行呀，各種東西會慢慢披露出來。隨著權利的內鬥，現在已經有些人殃及了，四川公安廳廳長已經下臺了。」
「王立軍事件」一下子使薄熙來成為眾人矚目的焦點，在中國，數億不同階層的人們以不同的心情關注著薄熙來；在國外，薄的政治前途也受到眾多主流媒體的議論。
時事評論員唐柏橋：「因為王立軍手上掌握著薄熙來呀，一些致命的手上一些犯罪的材料，如果那些材料一披露出去的話，可能誰也保不了薄熙來，比方說他活摘器官呀，可能還有準備佔山為王呀，就像林彪571（工程）紀要呀，篡黨奪權的了，還有有的東西就是說披露出來以後，無論在國際、國內、黨內他都沒法站住腳，可能還會有殺生之禍。」
美國哥倫比亞大學政治學博士李天笑認為，王立軍闖入成都美領館後，薄熙來指派重慶市市長黃奇帆率70輛警車（包括裝甲車）越界包圍領館。這是一次極其嚴重的威脅中央和破壞維穩的「謀反」行動。也就是說，王立軍手中掌握著薄熙來生死存亡的重大機密，薄情願冒「 謀反」的罪名也要追回王立軍。

Wang Lijun’s Domino Effect Hit Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang
An official task force was set up for the probe on Bo Xilai,
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Secretary of Chongqing.
Only one of the CCP’s nine-member Politburo Standing
Committee reluctantly nodded, who was speculated to be Zhou Yongkang.
Scholars commented that the domino effect of Wang Lijun
hit Zhou Yongkang, who was deemed an ally of Bo Xilai.
Bo’s reckless daring was backed up by Zhou, the latter is
the black hand behind the scene of Bo』s “rebellion".
Overseas media reported that an official probe into Bo Xilai was
adopted by consensus by the CCP’s Politburo Standing Committee.
Eight Politburo standing members showed resolve,
while the remaining one nodded reluctantly.
The reluctant member’s family reportedly has
bulky economic benefits in Chongqing and Sichuan.
An investigation into Bo may be looking for trouble for the
member himself.
Under strong pressure from within the CCP,
this member was finally forced to agree, according to reports.
The news did not reveal the name of this standing member.
Zhang Tianliang, a professor at George Mason University,
reflects that the person is Zhou Yongkang.
Among the nine CCP Standing members, only He Guoqiang
and Zhou Yongkang have worked in Chongqing or Sichuan.
Zhang Tianliang analyzes that if He Guoqiang has a reservation
about the probe on Bo Xilai,
the case of Wang Lijun would not be handed over to the CCP’s
Central Discipline Inspection Commission led by He Guoqian.
Sources said that the Beijing regime is investigating
who leaked Wang Lijun’s US consulate visit to Bo Xilai.
The latest rumor says that Zhou Yongkang was in Chongqing
at that time.
Earlier, when Bo Xilai’s red-culture and anti-vice campaign
were questioned, Zhou Yongkang supported Bo in high-profile.
Now Zhou shows reluctance to investigate Bo Xilai, because
Bo is the default choice to succeed Zhou, says Zhang Tianliang.
Zhang Tianliang, “the CCP’s persecution of Falun Gong has
lasted for 12 years.
Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang are the
four major villains that command the persecution.
The four are always demanded to bring to justice at
protest rallies of overseas Falun Gong practitioners.
Jiang nears death; everyone knows he is beyond cure.
Liu Jing has got cancer, Luo Gan has retired from duties,
and Zhou Yongkang is near retirement. “
The four want to find one who is wicked and merciless to
carry through the persecution of Falun Gong, Zhang analyzes.
Commentator Tang Baiqiao comments that the CCP officials
have begun to distance themselves from Bo Xilai.
Because anyone who protects Bo Xilai will get himself burnt,
Tang thinks.
Tang Baiqiao: “Nobody is capable of protecting him (Bo Xilai),
for anyone who protects him will be spurned by the people.
That is to say, now they are exposing others’ scandals and
more inside stories are being revealed to the public.
The infighting within the CCP has burnt one person,
the Director-General of the Public Security Bureau of Sichuan was sacked."
All at once, the Wang Lijun incident drew the world’s eye
on Bo Xilai.
Hundreds of millions of Chinese people from different walks
of life follow the latest news about Bo.
Overseas, Bo’s political career has become a hot topic for
mainstream media.
Commentator Tang Baiqiao: “Wang Lijun possesses
fatal evidence linking Bo to the crimes.
If those materials are disclosed, nobody can protect Bo.
For instance, his harvesting of organs from live Falun Gong practitioners;
his ambition to be a local despot and to usurp CCP leadership.
Along with some exposure, Bo won’t be able to find a footing
within the CCP, in China or in the world. Perhaps a fatal disaster will be bestowed upon him."
Li Tianxiao, Ph.D. in political science at Columbia University,
reviews Bo Xilai’s acts in the Wang Lijun incident.
After Wang Lijun entered the US consulate in Chengdu,
Bo ordered Chongqing’s armed police to besiege the consulate.
Chongqing mayor Huang Qifan took 70 police vehicles including
armored vehicles and armed police to surround the diplomatic unit.
Bo’s out-of-bound act can be viewed as a “rebellion"
to the CCP, according to Li Tianxiao.
It is an extremely serious threat to the CCP’s Central
Committee and destroys the regime’s maintenance of stability.
In other words, Wang Lijun controls fatal secrets about Bo,
the latter would rather risk a criminal charge of “rebellion" by retrieving Wang Lijun.
