STORY:
This container truck is roaming the streets of Manila carrying a lot more than just a complete kitchen on wheels.
這台在馬尼拉街上漫遊的貨櫃車,輪子上承載著的,不只是一套完整的廚房。

The “EntrepBus" is actually a culinary school that dispenses gastronomic skills in the form of short courses in cooking and baking to the unemployed in Manila’s poor communities.
事實上,這台 “事業巴士” 是一個烹飪學校,它以短期的烹調和烘焙課程的形式,傳授烹飪學的技術給馬尼拉貧窮社區失業的人們。

The mobile cooking school’s curriculum includes food preparation and presentation along with the business aspects of setting up restaurants and eateries.
這間行動烹飪學校的課程,包括了食材準備和食物呈現,以及開設餐廳及飯館商業上的各種面向。

“This bus can help people learn how to manage their livelihood and develop their interest in cooking. They’ll be able to learn how to cook various cuisines."

Entrebus has no problem finding students in this time of recession, most of whom are mothers, housewives, unemployed workers, and out-of-school youth.
