Taro Rice Easy Recipe. a great heartwarming dish.
材料/Ingredients:
二百克芋头,切丁粒 200g Taro, diced
二十五克虾干或虾米,浸腍去肠 25g dried shrimp, rehydrated and deveined
一百五十克梅头猪肉,切丁粒 150g diced pork
三只冬菇,切粒 3 shiitake mushroom, diced
一粒干贝,拆丝 1conpoy, shredded
潮州炸花生 Fried peanuts
二十克甜菜脯,切幼粒 20g preserved sweet radish, diced
三个红葱头,切片 3 shallots, sliced
三瓣蒜头,切碎 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
半茶匙幼盐 1/2tsp salt
半茶匙砂糖 1/2tsp sugar
适量生抽(随意)Soy sauce (optional)
二百二十毫升浸泡冬菇和干贝的水 220ml water
适量芹菜和芫茜葱 Chinese celery, coriander, scallions
胡椒粉 Ground pepper powder
二百克粘米 200g jasmine rice
猪肉腌料Marinade for pork:
两茶匙生抽 2tsp soy sauce
半茶匙砂糖 1/2tsp sugar
胡椒粉 Ground pepper
六分一茶匙五香粉 1/6tsp five spice powder
半茶匙生粉1/2tsp starch
一茶匙麻油1tsp sesame oil
一茶匙生油1tsp soy sauce
