材料 Ingredients:
三百克猪腿肉 300g Pork collar meat
八十克甜梅菜 80g Chinese preserved vegetables
一茶匙蒜蓉 1tsp chopped garlic
两片姜,切幼丝 2 slices of ginger, shredded
少许葱花 some chopped scallions
调味料Condiments:
半茶匙盐 1/2tsp salt
四分一茶匙胡椒粉 1/4tsp ground pepper
一茶匙砂糖 1tsp sugar
两茶匙生抽 2tsp soy sauce
两茶匙绍兴酒 2tsp Chinese rice wine
半茶匙麻油 1/2tsp sesame oil
两茶匙生油 2tsp cooking oil
一茶匙半生粉加四汤匙清水 1.5tsp starch in 4tbsp water
