Andrew Taylor现在36岁;
今年1月1日,他的体重竟然达到了151Kg,可是332磅啊!

是的!在每天只吃土豆的情况下,Taylor的体重在短短一个月内下降了10Kg(22磅)。
Taylor觉得,吃土豆改变了自己的一些不良的饮食习惯,让自己不再把食物当作一种享乐的方法。“我运动更多了,浑身充满了精力。”

对于Taylor的实验,营养专家们是怎么说的呢?许多营养学家认为,虽然马铃薯能补充卡路里,也含有许多维他命,矿物质及纤维素,但只吃土豆会让人体缺少蛋白质,脂肪和钙。
Taylor也认为,虽然到目前为止试验在他身上起到了好效果,但他并不建议别人效仿,因为这只是他针对自己做的个人试验而已。
