建三江案再开庭 未通知律师
黑龙江建三江当局非法庭审石孟文等4名法轮功学员案,日前又有新的进展,建三江当局准备在1月8号再度开庭审理,但是四名法轮功学员的辩护律师,至今还没有收到开庭通知。
据了解,当局除了没有通知律师,还将4名法轮功学员的家属软禁,参加辩护的王宇律师感叹说:“看来建三江法院是要抛开律师直接开庭了,要一丝不挂的裸奔了。”
安徽业主拉横幅抗议 被殴打
安徽省淮北市国购广场的近千名业主,因为房屋质量不合格以及物业费过高,5号在与开发商谈判失败后,走上街头拉横幅,将附近交通阻断。下午5点左右,20多名警察强行冲进人群,抓捕8人,打伤多人。
深圳数千人示威 反建垃圾焚烧厂
1月5号上午,广东省深圳市数千市民到深圳市民中心集会,抗议当局在龙岗区坪地街道建造日烧5000吨的大型垃圾焚烧厂。
当天,中共总理李克强正好在深圳视察,并去了莲花山公园,由于深圳市民中心和莲花山公园距离只有数百公尺,当局不敢怠慢,出动数百警力在场戒备,防止示威民众进入莲花山范围,到现场采访的电视台记者也被警方带走。双方发生了冲突,数人被警察打伤,多人被抓。
2014年大陆发生至少两万起群体事件
专门报导大陆群体维权事件的“非新闻”网站统计,在过去的一年中,他们总共记录到群体维权、冲突等事件21278起,平均每天58起,保存现场图片约22万张。

Jiansanjiang Case to be Tried Without Lawyers
The illegal trial involving four Falun Gong practitioners
in Heilongjiang, also known as the Jiansanjiang case,
is scheduled for Jan. 8, but the victims’ defense lawyers have
not received the hearing notification.
The Jiansanjiang authorities have also placed the family
members of the four under house arrest.
Defense lawyer Wang Yu lamented, saying, “It looks like
the court will conduct the trial without defense lawyers."
Anhui Property Owners Beaten for Protesting
Nearly one thousand owners of the Huaibei City State Plaza
in Anhui Province protested on Jan. 5, after negotiations
with the developer failed over the substandard quality of
housing and high property costs.
Protesters took to the streets with banners and blocked
traffic, until around 17:00, when dozens of police forcibly
arrested eight people, injuring many others.
Protesters Erupt Against Shenzhen Incinerator
Jan. 5, morning—thousands of Shenzhen citizens gathered at
the Civic Center to protest against the construction of a large
incinerator designed to handle 5,000 tons of waste per day.
On the same day, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang was also
in Shenzhen, at a place less than 0.2 miles from the protest.
Authorities deployed hundreds of police to prevent
protestors from getting close to where Li was.
In the clashes, police injured and arrested many protestors
and also removed TV reporters from the scene.
China Saw Over 21,000 Mass Protests in 2014
According to nonnews.lofter.com, a mainland website
dedicated to mass protests in China, there were a total of
21,278 cases of mass protests and conflicts in 2014—
that’s an average of 58 cases a day.
About 220,000 images of live incidents were collected.
