上百访民聚集山东高院 关注聂树斌案
12月22号是中共山东高院向聂树斌家人送达立案复查决定书的日子。据中国大陆《权利运动》网站报导,200多名来自大陆各地关注聂树斌案的网友、访民及媒体记者,聚集在法院门前,期盼山东高院给关注此案的民众、媒体一个满意的复查结果。
河北省鹿泉市下聂庄村的聂树斌,原是鹿泉市冶金机械厂工人。1994年10月1号,因被怀疑故意杀人、强奸妇女被刑事拘留﹔1995年,被判死刑。2005年,另一案件的罪犯王书金落网,承认自己是“聂树斌案”真凶。但是,2013年9月份,河北省高院裁定王书金不是“聂树斌案”真凶,驳回王书金的上诉、维持原判。
河北两法轮功学员被山西非法判刑
据美国《明慧网》22号报导,河北两位60多岁的女性法轮功学员周凤莲、李秀林,19号被大同市铁路运输法院非法判刑九个月。
今年5月5号,周凤莲、李秀林两人在当地火车站讲述法轮功被迫害的讲真相时,被柴沟堡镇铁路派出所警察绑架,并遭到警察的殴打、抄家,之后,被劫持到大同市看守所非法关押。期间,李秀林、周凤莲的家属及亲戚多次往返近八百里的路途要求见人,但都被大同公安处的人以各种借口阻拦。
12月19号案件非法开庭,大同市铁路系统的公、检、法部门,只因两位老人家是法轮功学员,就强行冤判她们九个月徒刑。
作家铁流案已移送检察院起诉
大陆著名右派作家铁流案,12月19号已经移送成都市检察院起诉,铁流的律师刘晓原22号在网络上公布了这个消息。
据媒体早前报导,81岁的铁流,因为今年8月份发表文章批评中共政治局常委刘云山,而被抓,并被指控“寻衅滋事”和“非法经营”两项罪名。

Hundreds of People Demand Justice For Nie Shubin
Dec. 22 is when Shandong Provincial Higher People’s Court
issued the decision to initiate a review of Nie Shubin’s case.
According to the Human Rights Campaign in China report,
over 200 Chinese from across China have gathered in front
of the court. They are netizens, petitioners and journalists.
Together, they hope the court will give a satisfactory review
for this case.
Nie Shubin, a native of Hebei Province, was a worker
of a local factory.
He was detained on suspicion of murder and rape
on Oct. 1, 1994.
He was sentenced to death in 1995 when a criminal from
another case Wang Shujin admitted he was the murderer
from Nie’s case.
In September 2013, Hebei Provincial High Court ruled that
Wang Shujin was not the murderer from Nie Shubin’s case.
They dismissed Wang Shujin’s appeal and
upheld the original verdict.
Two Hebei Falun Gong Practitioners Illegally
Sentenced in Shanxi Province
The report from Minghui.org on Dec. 22 revealed that two
Falun Gong practitioners in their 60’s, Zhou Fenglian and
Li Xiulin were illegally sentenced to nine months in prison
by the court.
On May 5, Hebei natives, Zhou and Li Xiulin were kidnapped
by police when they were clarifying the truth about Falun
Gong at a local train station. The police beat them and
raided their homes.
They were then detained at a detention center in Shanxi,
800 miles away from home.
Families and relatives have traveled multiple times to
Shanxi demanding to visit them.
But they were rejected by the detention center.
The court conducted an illegal trial on Dec. 19.
They ruled a nine-month imprisonment of the two elderly
people simply for being Falun Gong practitioners.
Writer Tie Liu’s Case is Transferred to The Procuratorate
The famous rightist writer Tie Liu was accused of
“provoking trouble" and “illegal business".
His case was transferred to the Chengdu Procuratorate on
Dec. 19, posted his lawyer Liu Xiaoyuan online on Dec. 22.
Media have suggested the 81-year-old Tie Liu was arrested
for criticizing Politburo Standing Committee Liu Yunshan.
He was charged with “provoking trouble"
and “illegal business".
Wuhan Petitioners Arrested for Visiting Inspection Team
The Civil Rights & Livelihood Watch reported that hundreds
of Wuhan petitioners wanted to address their grievances
to the central inspection team, based in Wuhan.
But, rather than meeting the inspection team,
nine of them were taken away by the police.
