【新唐人2014年12月20日讯】建三江非法审案 辩护律师集体退庭
黑龙江建三江当局非法审理4名法轮功学员案件的庭审，12月19号已经进入第三天，由于法庭存在诸多违法问题，参加辩护的8名律师，当天上午前往建三江农垦检察院提起控告，但是检察院没有任何相关人员接待他们。
律师回到法庭后，法庭继续违法审案，下午3点左右，王宇、蔺其磊、袭祥栋、唐天昊、张维玉、陈智勇六位律师，忍无可忍，当庭解除与当事人的代理委托，愤然退出法庭。
另外两位坚持在法庭开庭的律师王全章和刘连贺，则被法庭扣押，直到晚上8点多才获得释放，但是他们的手机、电脑等物品却被当地国保扣留。
晚上10点多，八名辩护律师连夜离开建三江，前往佳木斯。由于当地下雪，车行缓慢，律师们深夜仍然在路上。
国际组织追查建三江司法系统罪行
同一天，总部设在美国的“追查迫害法轮功国际组织”发出公告，对黑龙江建三江政法委、“610”和公、检、法、司系统，自1999年7月以来，残酷迫害法轮功学员的罪行，立案追查。
公告说，参与迫害者涉嫌犯有群体灭绝罪、反人类罪，追查国际组织将追查到底，直至罪犯被绳之以法。
习近平到澳门 雨伞被禁
而在澳门，由于中共党魁习近平的到来，雨伞变成了禁用物品。
12月19号，前往澳门出席政权移交纪念活动的习近平在雨中抵达，由于香港“雨伞运动”余波未平，大批到机场采访的记者，被告知不能使用雨伞，必须使用澳门官方分发的雨衣。
同时，澳门官方的接机团队里也没有任何人打伞。
而当天申请入境澳门的14名香港“社民连”和“人民力量”成员，则集体撑起黄色雨伞，并高喊“香港人要真普选”的口号。当然，他们全部被拒绝入境。
据《自由亚洲电台》报导，当天被拒绝入境的除了这14个人，还有其他40多名香港市民，被拒绝的理由都是，可能危害澳门公共安全或破坏秩序。

The Lawyers Left Jiansanjiang Illegal Trial Collectively
The illegal trial of four Falun Gong practitioners in Heilongjiang, Jiansanjiang entered its third day.The eight lawyers who participated in the defense accused the Jiansanjiang Reclamation Procuratorate of violating the law in court in the morning, but nobody received them.
The court continued the illegal trial when the lawyers returned. Around 3 p.m., lawyers Wang Yu, Lin Qilei, Long Xiangsong, Tang Tianhao, Zhang Weiyu, Chen Zhiyong – six lawyers— angrily left the court by lifting the agent commission in court.
Another two lawyers Wang Quanzhang and Liu Lianhe, who insisted on the court hearing, were detained until 20:00.But their mobile phones, computers and other items were confiscated by the local State Security.
At 10 p.m., eight lawyers slowly made their way to Jiamusi because of snow.
International Organizations Track Jiansanjiang Justice System Crime
On the same day, World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG), headquartered in the United States, issued a notice to investigate the brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners from Heilongjiang Jiansanjiang Political and Legal Committee, 610, the public prosecutors and the court since July of 1999.
WOIPFG announced that those who participated in the persecution are suspected of genocide crimes and crimes against humanity; WOIPFG will investigate until the perpetrators are brought to justice.
Umbrellas Banned During Xi Jinping’s Visit in Macau
In Macau, the umbrella was prohibited due to the arrival of Chinese Communist Party leader Xi Jinping.
On Dec. 19, Xi Jinping arrived in rainy Macau for the power handover commemoration. A large number of reporters were not allowed to use umbrellas at the airport. Only raincoats from the officials were distributed due to Hong Kong umbrella campaign. Meanwhile, 14 members of Hong Kong League of Social Democrats and people power who shouted “Hong Kong People want real universal suffrage" by holding the yellow umbrella were refused entry.
According to Radio Free Asia report, in addition to 14 members, more than 40 Hong Kong people who were also refused entry for the reason of endangering public safety or public order disrupting.
