天津50位访民抗议天津日报造假
据大陆《权利运动》网站报导，天津的50多位访民，15号上午，手拿12月1号的《天津日报》，前往《天津日报》社，质疑他们关于“已解决5500件问题”的报导是造假，但到当天中午12点多，仍然没有人出面回应，而警察却在赶往现场。
《天津日报》12月1号题为《把群众当家人变上访为下访》的报导说，今年一年，仅全市局级干部就接待群众来访1800多人次，解决问题5500多件。
武汉市八名法轮功学员被非法抓捕
据美国《明慧网》15号报导，湖北省武汉市汉阳区琴断口派出所警察，在所长桂云飞的带领下，11月26号撬锁、拆防盗网，非法闯进法轮功学员匡小明的家中，殴打、抓捕当时在匡小明家的8位法轮功学员，并且强行将他们带到派出所，对他们审问、体检，送往武汉第一、二看守所以及武汉市安康医院进行迫害。
水泥搅拌车撞伤村民逃逸家属抗议遭镇压
12月12号，广东省化州市中垌镇一辆水泥搅拌车撞伤村民后逃逸，因搅拌车所属公司拒付伤者医药费，伤者家属扣留肇事车辆抗议，遭80警察镇压，多名家属及围观村民被围殴，7人被抓捕。
深圳两千名工人罢工
广东省深圳市良维科技股份有限公司的两千名工人13号罢工，抗议工资低、福利差，以及公司将周末加班调为正班。现场有大批警察戒备。

Petitioners Protest Against Tianjin Daily Fraud
Human Rights Campaign in China, Web site reported that more
than 50 petitioners of Tianjin went to Tianjin Daily demanding
an answer about the “5,500 Issues Resolved" report.
While no one provided any answer about the fraud report,
police came to the scene at noon.
Accordingly, Tianjin Daily reported on Dec. 1 that the municipal
has handled more than 1,800 petitioners and resolved more than
5,500 cases of grievance.
Eight Falun Gong Practitioners Were Illegally Arrested in Wuhan
In a report of Minghui.org on the 15th, Wuhan police illegally
broke into the home of a Falun Gong practitioner
Kuang Xiaoming and arrested a total of 8 practitioners
from the home.
The police station director Gui Yunfei led the police to break
the lock and security system.
They attacked and arrested the practitioners,
and forced them to undergo interrogation and physical exam
in the detention centers and the municipal Ankang Hospital.
Police Crackdown On Protest Against Cement Mixer Truck Co
A cement mixer truck fled after hitting a passersby on Dec.12.
The company refused to pay for the medical expenses.
Victim’s family protested by keeping the truck,
but met suppression by 80 local police.
Accordingly, the victim’s family and the villagers
of Guangdong Province were attacked by the police.
Seven people were arrested.
Shenzhen Two Thousand Workers on Strike
Workers of Shenzhen Longwell Technology went on strike
on the 13th.
They protested against the low wages, poor benefits,
and the demand for weekend work without compensation.
There were large numbers of police guarding the scene.
