世界人权日 上千访民被抓捕
12月10号是世界人权日，大陆各地数千名访民再度涌向北京伸冤，一大早，就有许多访民就前往北京亮马桥联合国开发署，但是遭到已经等候多时的数百名警察拦截、抓捕。下午三点多，有访民透露，北京久敬庄黑监狱内已经人满为患，还仍然不断有大巴往里送人。
11个月内94名法轮功学员被迫害致死
法轮大法《明慧网》10号报导，根据2014年1月到11月公布的数据统计，至少有94名法轮功学员被迫害致死，其中2014年1至11月被迫害致死人数达71人，2014年前被迫害致死23人。1月至11月，在中国大陆，每个月平均至少有6名法轮功学员被迫害致死。而且还有很多案例没有被曝光出来。
政府强占土地 村民抗议被抓
9号，江西省贵溪市石泉金家村的200多名村民，游行到贵溪市市政府讨说法，但是遭到警察的暴力镇压，多人被打伤。
据了解，贵溪市政府官商勾结，霸占村民土地2500多亩，放火烧山5000多亩，扣押、恐吓及殴打村民。8号更是出动大量警察、城管进村抓人，10多名维权村民被抓走。
资金链断裂台商关厂 2000员工抗议
台湾胜华集团因为资金链断裂，近期陆续关闭了东莞万事达液晶显示器有限公司，联建（中国）科技有限公司等三家公司，遣散了上万名员工，9号，江苏省苏州市联建科技有限公司的2000多名员工罢工，抗议公司赔偿不公，但是公司工会避而不见，政府也不管。

Regime Arrests Thousands of Petitioners on World Human Rights Day
On World Human Rights Day, thousands of petitioners
throughout China flocked to Beijing to have their grievances
addressed.
Early in the morning, many people tried to approach
the United Nations Development Programme in Beijing,
but were met by hundreds of police waiting to intercept
and arrest them.
At around 3pm, it was said that the Beijing Jiujingzhuang black jail
had already been overcrowded.
Yet buses loaded with many petitioners continue to arrive.
At Least 94 Falun Gong Practitioners Confirmed Tortured
to Death in Less than a Year
In Dec. 10, a Minghui.org report revealed that 94 Falun Gong
practitioners were confirmed to be persecuted to death,
according to data collected between January and November
of 2014.
Among them, 71 died in 2014 and 23 died prior to 2014.
That is an average of at least 6 Falun Gong practitioners
being killed per month in China,
evidently there are many more deaths that
remain unexposed.
Villagers Protest Against Government Land Grab
More than 200 villagers of Guixi City, Jiangxi Province,
marched to city hall on Dec. 9 demanding an explanation,
but were met by violent suppression of police.
Many were injured.
Accordingly, the corrupt Guixi city government forcibly occupied
2,500 acres of land, set fire to 5,000 acres of land
in the mountain, arrested, intimidated and attacked villagers.
On Dec. 8, police and urban management staff had been
dispatched to arrest villagers.
More than 10 villagers have been arrested.
Taiwanese Company Shuts Down Three Chinese Plants –
Workers Protest
Due to capital shortage, a Taiwanese company, Wintek Corp.,
shuts down three manufacturing plants in China
and dismissed tens of thousands of workers.
More than 2,000 workers at the plant in Suzhou City,
Jiangsu Province, protested against the unfair compensation.
The company union has not be available
and the government also ignores the issue.
