浙江村民抗议政府抢占山头被殴打
浙江省金华市磐安县尖山镇政府，强占张斯村石门水库的山头，引发村民的不满，12月6号，村民们前往被占地抗议，遭到上百名警察殴打，20多名村民被打伤，其中3人重伤，还有30多名村民被抓走，到7号，还有5名村民下落不明。
400多村民联署救人 遭警察威胁
据法轮大法《明慧网》7号报导，吉林省舒兰市溪河乡孔屯村法轮功学员韩福，今年9月9号被亮甲山乡派出所警察非法抓捕、抄家，并且遭到警察的毒打和恐吓，舒兰市公安分局的警察还制造假材料，试图对他判刑迫害。
11月，当地村民们得知消息后，联名要求中共当局放人，从11月6号到21号，已经有400多村民联名按手印，面对村民的义举，当地镇书记肖勇等人，反而到村民家威胁，恐吓﹔派出所警察进驻当地，以“不给地”、“不让孩子升学”等来要挟村民，要他们退出签名担保。
内蒙数百家长学生围堵教育厅讨说
据《中国茉莉花革命》网站报导，12月8号，内蒙古呼和浩特市的数百名家长和学生，打着“还我们孩子高考的权利”的横幅，到教育厅抗议政府出尔反尔，不让数千名学生参加高考。
据报导，三年前内蒙古政府出台政策，买房可以落户，户口满两年的，可以参加高考。但是今年高考报名前夕，却突然又出台新政策，把这些学生挡在高考大门外。
广州2500人罢工 抗议不合理要求
广东省广州市番禺区利得鞋业公司的2500名工人，6号集体罢工，抗议公司强迫工人签订不合理的劳动变更合同，拖欠工人的社会保险金、住房公积金等。
番禺利得鞋业公司是一家外资公司，位于广州市番禺区南村镇里仁洞村兴业大道，在大陆设厂已经20多年。

Zhejiang Government Seize The Hill And Suppress The Protest
A local government of Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, occupied
the villagers’ hill and aroused protest among local villagers.
On Dec. 6, hundreds of police were dispatched and attacked
the protesters.
More than 20 villagers were injured and three were seriously
wounded.
More than 30 villagers were arrested.
On Dec. 7, five villagers remained missing.
The Police Threaten 400 Petition Co-signers
In a Dec. 7 report of Minghui.org, police illegally arrested
a Falun Gong practitioner, Han Fu, from Shulan City, Jilin.
On Sept. 9, the police raided Han Fu’s home, after beating and
threatening, the police further fabricated materials
in order to indict Han Fu.
In November upon learning the fact, local villagers signed up
a petition demanding the release of Han Fu.
Between Nov. 6 and 21, more than 400 villagers have jointly
signed the petition form with their thumbprints.
Township party secretary Xiou Yong and local police
went into the village and demanded withdrawal of the petition.
They threatened villagers with the excuses of no farming land
and no school admission for the kids.
Education Department Blocks Hundreds of Inner Mongolia
Students from Entrance Exam
According to Chinese Jasmine Revolution website report,
hundreds of parents and students of Hohhot, Inner Mongolia,
protested to the Education Department for banning students
from taking the college entrance exam.
On their banner, it stated, “Give our kids rights to entrance exam.”
The report stated that three years ago, Inner Mongolia
government promoted a policy of buying a house and settling
with a house registration. In two years, the kids can take
the college entrance exam.
However, a new policy went about this year prior to the exam
registration and blocked these students from qualifying
for the exam.
Guangzhou Manufacturer’s Workers Strike
More than 2,500 workers of a shoe manufacturing plant
in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, went on strike Dec. 6.
Accordingly, the company forced workers to sign a contract
change form, causing arrears in workers’ social security payments
and housing fund.
Lide Shoe Company is a 20-year foreign investment
located in Panyu District of Guangzhou City.
