世界互联网大会 访民举牌被抓
中共主持的“世界首次互联网大会”正在浙江乌镇召开，曾通过网络呼冤而身陷牢狱的各地访民，借此机会前往会场要求当局停止打压网路言论。
据大陆《六四天网》报导，各地都有访民试图进入当地，但多数都被拦截。11月19号，上海访民顾国平和其他6名各地区的访民，成功来到会场附近，并拉起要求保障互联网自由等字样的横幅。不过，下午2点多，他们全部被警察强行抓上警车，带走关押。
海口万人围堵政府 与千警激战
海南海口市三江镇村民，11月18号开始罢工、罢市、罢课，万人围堵镇政府，抗议政府在镇上建麻风病院、爱滋病院、火葬场为一体的康乐花园。当局调动上千警察、特警、防暴警察、边防武警、城管等进行镇压。
据当地村民告诉本台记者，18号，警民双方爆发激烈冲突，警方施放催泪弹，打伤并抓捕多人，村民则用砖块石头还击，掀翻砸毁警车、公务车20余辆。
19号上午，上万人继续围堵镇政府。
上海法轮功学员杨曼晔被投入监狱
上海市普陀区法轮功学员杨曼晔，11月初已经被非法转移到上海女子监狱迫害。据法轮大法《明慧网》报导，杨曼晔原来是一名工程师，去年10月9号被上海普陀区警察从家里抓走，今年8月29号被普陀区法院非法判刑4年。
在此之前，杨曼晔曾经五次被非法抓捕，被关押的时间累计超过7年，因为不愿放弃信仰，杨曼晔在监狱遭受过多种酷刑折磨。
西安村民省政府讨要取暖费
11月18号，西安八府庄数十位村民，再次到陕西省政府上访，要求尽快给他们发放取暖费。据大陆《维权网》报导，八府庄村民目前住的是拆迁改造安置楼，政府没有按照承诺安装集中供暖的管道，每年的取暖费都要村民上访多次才能发放。

The world’s first Internet Conference is being held in Zhejiang
Wuzhen by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
The national petitioners who complained of injustice through
Internet took the opportunity to request authorities to stop the
crackdown on Internet speech.
According to the mainland’s 64 Tianwang report, most national
Petitioners who have tried to enter Wuzhen were blocked.
November 19, Shanghai petitioner Gu Guoping and six other
national petitioners successfully held up banners requesting
the protection of Internet freedom, close to the venue.
However, at around 14:00, they were forcibly taken away
in a police car and taken into custody.
Ten Thousand People Blocked the Government and Fought
with a Thousand police in Haikou.
November 18, Hainan province Haikou City, Sanjiang villagers
started to strike and block the government to protest against:
all-in-one Kangle Garden including leprosarium, AIDS Institute
and Crematorium.
The authorities sent thousands of police, special police, riot
police, border police and urban management to suppress
the strike.
Our reporter was told that there were violent clashes between
police and villagers on November 18th.
The police used tear gas; injured and arrested many villagers.
The villagers smashed twenty police cars and public service
vehicles; they also fought with bricks and stones.
On the morning of November 19th tens of thousands of people
continue to block the town government.
Shanghai Falun Gong Practitioner Yang Manye was Detained
Putuo District Falun Gong practitioner Yang Nanye has been
unlawfully transferred to the Shanghai Women’s Prison for
persecution, in early November.
According to the Falun Dafa Minghui website report, Yang
Manye was an engineer.
Last October 9, she was arrested by the Shanghai Putuo district
Police at home and was unlawfully sentenced to four years in
prison on August 29th in Putuo District Court.
Prior to this, Yang Manye had been unlawfully arrested five
times and detained for more than seven years accumulatively.
Due to holding onto her faith, Yang Manye endured a variety of
tortures in prison.
Xi’an Villagers Requested Heating Costs From the Provincial
Government
November 18, dozens of villagers from Xi’an Bafu Zhuang
appealed again for heating payments at the Shanxi
provincial government.
According to the mainland Human Rights Defenders report:
Bafu Zhuang villagers currently live in the resettlement building
and the government failed to install central heating pipes as
promised.
So the villagers have had to appeal a couple of times for
reimbursement of the heating costs.
