沈阳女教师王敏被迫害致死
美国《明慧网》11月5号报导，沈阳市沈北新区第一小学体育老师王敏，两次被非法判刑，在监狱中遭受了非人的折磨，导致罹患乳腺癌，11月1号离世，终年60岁。
王敏曾身患多种疾病，1996年开始修炼法轮功后，身体获得健康。2001年，王敏因为不肯放弃信仰 ，被非法判刑5年。出狱后王敏坚持修炼，2010年再次非法抓捕，2011年8月再次被非法判刑4年半。
广东3000学生示威 群殴校长
11月4号晚，广东省经济贸易职业技术学院人和校区3000学生集体示威，砸食堂并群殴校长，抗议学校食堂的饭菜价钱高质量差，以及宿舍用电出现安全问题。大批警察到学校镇压，数名学生被抓走。
广州2000村民维权 当局不理
11月4号，广东省广州市海珠区琶洲村，2000村民到村委集会，抗议开发商“保利集团”给他们的回迁房屋，有质量问题。
2010年3月，琶洲村正式启动整村改造，因村官与开发商勾结，在改造回迁中侵害村民利益，村民曾多次到各级政府维权。11月3号中午，村民也曾到广州市规划局维权，但直到当天晚上，也无人理会。
福建村民示威抗议污染 遭警察殴打
11月4号，福建省福鼎市龙安开发区玉岐村村民，因长期遭受皮革制造工业园区释放的毒气污染，到市政府示威，遭大批警察殴打。据《中国茉莉花革命网站》报导，玉岐村村民9月11号至13号也曾发起示威，但被警察驱散。

Let’s take a look at the latest rights defending incidents
in mainland China.
Shenyang Falun Gong Practitioner Wang Min Tortured to Death
Minghui (minghui.org) reported on Nov.5 the death of
Wang Min, a primary school physical education teacher
in Shenbei New Area of Shenyang City.
Wang Min was twice subjected to unlawful imprisonment for
practicing Falun Gong, and was severely tortured in prison.
On Nov.1, Wang died of breast cancer at the age of 60.
Wang Min used to have various health problems
before she began to practice Falun Gong in 1996.
In 2001, Wang was unlawfully sentenced to 5 years in prison
for her belief.
After being released, Wang stuck to her practice and was
detained again in 2010.
In August 2011, Wang was again unlawfully sentenced
to 4.5 years in prison.
3,000 Guangdong Students Protested and Assaulted School President
On the evening of Nov.4, about 3,000 students of
Guangdong Vocational College of Economy and Trade
held a mass demonstration.
They destroyed the dining hall and assaulted the president
to protest against expensive but poor-quality food offered
by the school, as well as security issues relating to dormitory
electricity use.
A large group of police suppressed the protest and
several students were detained.
2,000 Guangzhou Villagers Protested but Received no Response
On Nov.4, about 2,000 villagers of Pazhou Village, Haizhu
District, Guangzhou City petitioned to the village committee.
They protested against quality problems of move-back
houses built by developer China Poly Group Corporation.
In March 2010, Bazhou village launched a comprehensive
reconstruction plan.
However, village officials colluded with the developer to
unlawfully enrich themselves.
As a result, villagers’ rights were infringed when moving back
after the construction.
Villagers had petitioned to various levels of local governments.
At noon of Nov.3, they also visited the municipal planning
bureau for petition.
However, nobody responded to their demand
throughout the day.
Fujian Villagers Protest against Air Pollution Suppressed by Police
On Nov.4, villagers of Long’an Development zone in
Fuding City, Fujian Province gathered in front of
the municipal government building.
They protested against poisonous air pollution from
a local leather manufacturing zone.
Protesters were assaulted by a large number of police.
According to China Jasmine Revolution (molihua.org), the villagers
had protested for the same reason previously between Sept.11
and Sept.13, and protesters were also violently dispersed by police.
