【新唐人2014年10月09日讯】炎热的北京，一片风声鹤唳。为了避免香港雨伞运动蔓延到中国大陆，目前大陆至少有数十人因为举牌声援，而被中共当局刑事拘留或抄家。面对香港数十万支雨伞在国际媒体绽放，有消息透露，北京警方下达指令，若发现民众上街打伞，都要进行盘查。
黑衣光头打着伞，这是大陆诗人王藏，在社交网路发布的声援香港占中运动的图片。也因为这张图片，他被公安强行抓走。
10月1号，大批警察闯入王藏家中抓人，并大肆搜刮他家里的电脑，还有所谓的犯罪工具。
王藏的妻子王丽向本台记者表示，王藏被莫名抓走后，她连续几天打电话给派出所要人，得到的答案都是不知道。直到第六天她才接到公安通知，她的丈夫被刑事拘留。
王藏妻子王丽：“他现在就是被刑拘在北京市第一看守所，刑事拘留，以寻衅滋事罪名被刑拘，他们来我们家抄家的时候，把王藏声援香港的图片，上的所谓的道具，他们通通带走了，然后在询问我的过程中，也一直在问我那张图片的意义，我说我不知道。”
王藏是北京宋庄艺术区的活跃人物，据了解，还有六名艺术家也因为举行声援香港占中的诗歌朗诵会，而被刑事拘留。
而在安徽方面，10月5号晚上，民主维权人士沈良庆、尹春也因为声援香港学生和市民占中行动，分别被警方以寻衅滋事传唤、抄家。传唤结束时，沈良庆还被告知因涉嫌寻衅滋事犯罪被刑事立案，要求随传随到。
安徽民主维权人士沈良庆：“我们公开表达对港人的支持，我们愿意承受相应的后果，但是这并不等于说我们构成了寻衅滋事，看看宪法，我们都认为警察以寻衅滋事的名义，对我们进行调查传唤，已经构成了寻私枉法。”
安徽民主维权人士尹春：“他们(警察)认为这个是寻衅滋事，我们认为这是公民最起码的一种权利，这相当于一种思想行为，因为这个事你不让别人去表达自己独立的思想，这完全是违反了人类最起码的权利的。”
根据警方的说法，他们是因为网上公开发布，举牌支持香港人占中信息，危害社会稳定，构成寻衅滋事。
对此，有律师认为，香港公民有权直接普选特首，中国公民有权表达言论自由。
杭州律师王成：“内地的一些公民，他们站出来表达支持香港人的活动，我们觉得这只是一个简单的公民行使言论自由权的体现，应该得到法律的保护，宪法的保护，把他们拘押起来这是不对的。”
另外，有北京知情人士向海外中文媒体透露，北京警方有令：发现市民打伞上街要带回派出所调查，凡是在街上打伞的民众，都需进行盘查，如果多人打伞，再穿黑衣的，一定要带回派出所询问。
安徽民主维权人士沈良庆：“昨天警方主动跟我谈了，警方为什么到这时候动手呢，是全国一盘棋的，而且说是中央主要领导有批示的，要严打，所以全国抓了不少人。”
安徽民主维权人士尹春：“香港人争取民主，它们（中共）非常害怕，做一个专制政权，它是非常害怕传播到大陆来，希望把所有大陆人的嘴都堵起来，让所有的人感到恐惧，这样嘛它们（中共）就比较安全了，就不会有什么它们觉得很可怕的事情发生了，它（中共）很害怕每个人都起来争取自己的权利，这样的一个意图。”
根据维权网消息，截止到10月4号，因声援香港而遭拘押未释放人员已达33人，其中北京各区维权人士21人，北京宋庄艺术区7人。广州4人及重庆2人。

Communist Regime Sweeps Up Anyone Holding An Umbrella
Beijing, hot and jittery.
Dozens of Chinese have been either detained
or have had goods confiscated for displaying placards
in support of the Occupy Central in Hong Kong.
To prevent the spreading of the movement to the mainland,
Beijing police´s directive is said to be questioning anyone
who uses an umbrella on the streets.
He is bald and wearing black with an umbrella.
Wang Zang, a poet, released this photo online to pay
his solidarity to Occupy Central.
He is forcibly taken away by public security.
Police went into his home and wantonly plundered
his computer and the so-called criminal tools on Oct. 1.
His wife Wang Li told NTD that after Wang Zang
was inexplicably arrested she called the police
for several days for an explanation.
Not until the sixth day was she notified that he was detained.
Wang Li: “He is now being held in Beijing´s
first detention center on criminal charges of provocation.
When they came to the house searching for evidence,
they took away the photo Wang Zang took
and the so-called props.
They also kept asking me what the picture means,
I said, ‘I don’t know.’"
Wang Zang is an active figure
in Beijing´s Songzhuang Art District.
It is understood that six other artists were also detained
for an earlier poetry reading that paid tribute
to Occupy Central in Hong Kong.
In Anhui Province, the Oct. 5 evening, democracy activists
Shen Liangqing and Yin Chun were also subject to summon
and rage, respectively, for their solidarity activities.
At the end of the summons, Shen Liangqing was told
to report to the police at any time he´s called due
to his alleged suspicion of provocation.
Shen Liangqing: “We openly express our opinions and we are
willing to bear the appropriate consequences, but it does not
mean that we have committed the crime of provocation.
Take a look at the Constitution, we believe the police have
violated the law for private gain by manipulating
the so-called crime of provocation."
Yin Chun: “They said it is provocation,
we say this is the most basic right of citizens.
It is relatively a behavior of our thoughts.
It is completely violating the basic rights forbidding
us from expressing independent views."
According to the police, their behavior has endangered
social stability and constitutes the crime of provocation
due to their online publicizing and placards in support
of Occupy Central.
But, lawyers think otherwise.
Hong Kong citizens have the right to directly elect
the Chief Executive, and Chinese citizens are entitled
to freedom of expression.
Hangzhou lawyer Wang Cheng: “We think for some citizens
in mainland to stand up and express their support
for the activities of the Hong Kong people simply embodies
a citizen´s right to exercise freedom of expression.
They should be protected by law and by the constitution.
It is wrong to hold them in custody."
A Beijing source disclosed Beijing police orders
to overseas Chinese media as follows.
People who take to the streets with an umbrella will be
brought back to the police station for investigation;
Persons with umbrellas in the street will be questioned;
If more than one person is holding an umbrella
and dressed in black, they must be brought back
to the police station for investigation.
Shen Liangqing: “Yesterday, police also told me the reason
for this investigation.
It is a strategy for the entire nation from
the Central leadership.
It is said to be striking hard.
Many people have been arrested throughout the nation."
Yin Chun: “Hong Kong´s fight for democracy is frightening
to them.
As a despotic regime, it is scared of the impact
to the mainland.
Their intention is to shut everyone´s mouth
and to frighten everyone so that they feel safe.
They are frightened if everyone gets up
and fights for their own rights."
According to the Chinese rights network, weiquanwang.org,
at least 33 people have been detained for paying tribute
to Hong Kong´s Occupy Central movement up to Oct. 4.
Included are 21 activists in Beijing, seven from Beijing
Songzhuang Art District, four from Guangzhou
and two from Chongqing.
