【新唐人2014年08月26日讯】中国版“冰桶挑战” 吁释放良心犯
广州活动人士唐荆陵、袁新亭、王清营,因参与“公民不合作运动”,被广州警方以涉嫌“煽动颠覆国家政权”罪名逮捕、拘押,到8月23号已经满一百天,各地声援他们的活动一直持续不断。
王清营的妻子曾洁姗上周四在网路上呼吁,将目前在全球流行的关注“肌肉萎缩性侧索硬化症”患者的慈善活动“冰桶挑战”,变成一项主题为“支持释放良心犯•拒绝构陷山(煽)巅罪”的人权公益活动。
大陆很多网民响应,纷纷手持装有冰水、贴有“良心无罪”字样的水桶或水盆,倾倒在自己头上,并将照片上传到网上。
警方逼迫王清营妻子构陷丈夫
另外,王清营的妻子曾洁姗8月24号还在网上披露,22号,两名自称广州国保的人,在广州番禺区石基镇派出所,对她进行长达3个半小时的非法传唤和扣留,逼迫她构陷丈夫,遭到她拒绝。
曾洁珊25号对《美国之音》表示,她当时要求离开,但被国保堵住门。国保还威胁要以“寻衅滋事罪”或“妨碍公务罪”,每天随意传唤她,包括晚上或凌晨、工作时段,让她工作不保,以后也找不到工作,并让村委对她和家人监控。
曾洁珊说,在听到这些威胁恐吓后,想到年幼的孩子、年老的父母和工作单位,担心受到牵连,整个人精神紧绷、头脑晕眩、虚脱乏力,曾倒地不省人事,但都未得到救助。
日媒:中国拥800万网军
继美国《纽约时报》揭发中共军队上海61398、61486部队,是网络黑客大本营之后,日本媒体日前又披露,山东青岛也有一支庞大的网军,这支网军因地利之便,全面监控日本网路,不但娴熟IT技术,也精通日语。
台湾《苹果日报》8月25号引述日本《日刊SPA!》的报导说,61419部队隶属共军总参谋部,情报搜集部门设在青岛,便于拦截来自日本的电波信号。2011年日本多个政府机构、以及三菱重工、川崎重工等企业的电脑系统,遭到大规模网路攻击,很可能就是这支网军所为。
日本军事专家表示,中国目前网军人数可能高达800万人。报导说,庞大的网军队伍中,既有军队编制人员,也有进入学校和企业的电脑专职人员,他们专职监控海外动态。
不过,报导没有说明800万人数的统计来源,也没有说明这些网路人员是否也负责对内监控。

Chinese version Ice Bucket Challenge Appeal
For Human Rights
Guangzhou activists Tang Jingling, Yuan Xinting, and
Wang Qingying were arrested on suspicion of inciting
subversion against the state because they participated
in civil disobedience movements.
It has been 100 days on August 23 with continuous
solidarity activities for them.
On Thursday, Wang Qingying’s wife Zeng Jieshan appealed
through the Internet to change the popular charity event Ice
Bucket Challenge, which is for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,
to a human rights public service.
This would be themed for releasing prisoners of conscience
and no more framed inciting and overturning of crimes.
It got many mainland netizens’ responses.
They uploaded pictures of themselves, with containers of cold
water labeled “no guilty conscience"to pour on their heads.
Police Try Forcing Wang Qingying’s Wife
to Frame Her Husband
On August 24, Wang Qingying’s wife Zeng Jieshan disclosed
online, that two days prior , two Guangzhou National guards
illegally summoned and detained her for several hours at
Guangzhou Shiji town police station.
They tried to force her to frame her husband but she refused.
On August 25, Zeng Jieshan told VOA that she was blocked
by state security when she asked to leave.
The state security threatened to casually summon her at any
time including evening, early morning and work time.
She would be under suspicion of disturbing or obstructing to
make her have no job security and not find a job any more.
They also would let village and family monitor her.
Zeng Jieshan said it made her nervous, and dizzy worrying
for her young child, old parents and the company being
implicated by the threats. She even lay on the ground passed
out without medical treatment.
Japanese Media: China Owns An 8 Million Strong
Cyber Army
After the US New York Times exposed the Chinese military
Shanghai 61398, the 61486 unit are the hacker’s base camp.
Japanese media recently revealed, Qingdao 61419 unit is also
a huge cyber army.
This cyber army comprehensively monitors the network in
Japan because of its favorable location.
It is not only skilled at IT technology, but also proficient in
Japanese.
Taiwan Apple Daily quoted Japanese weekly journal SPA!
from August 25th, 61419 unit belongs to army General Staff.
The intelligence gathering facilities are located in Qingdao,
where it is easy to intercept radio signals from Japan.
In 2011 several Japan government agencies, the Mitsubishi
Heavy Industries, Kawasaki Heavy Industries and other
companies’ computer systems were attacked in large-scale
cyber-attacks.
It is most likely done by this unit.
Japanese military experts said that Chinese cyber army might
be as high as 8 million people.
The report also said the large network of military includes
military staff and professionals in schools and businesses.
They are monitoring full-time the overseas status.
However, the report did not specify the statistical sources for
the number 8 million, nor specify whether these people are
also responsible for internal monitoring.
