【新唐人2014年08月20日讯】北戴河会议结束后，中共总书记习近平赶赴江苏南京出席“青奥会”开幕式。8月18号，中共中纪委官方网站公布，江苏连云港市副市长、公安局局长陆云飞，南京市溧水区区委书记姜明被调查。消息传出后，在江苏政坛掀起新一轮的震荡。对于这次江苏官场的被清洗，跟习近平到达南京是否有直接联系，引发舆论界的热议关注。
据中共中央纪委监察部网站8月18号的消息，江苏省连云港市副市长、公安局长陆云飞﹔江苏省南京市溧水区委书记姜明，因涉嫌“严重违纪违法”，目前正接受调查。
8月15号，习近平现身南京，看望“青奥会”中国队员，外界分析，北戴河会议已经结束。8月16号，习近平参加南京“青奥会”的开幕式，随后，陆云飞和姜明被调查。
时事评论员蓝述分析，对江苏官场的清洗向外界传达了一个很明显的信息，就是江系在这次北戴河会议上，仍然对现任的北京高层想要做的事情形成一定的阻力。所以，开完北戴河会议之后，习近平等人不得不扩大他们的反腐行动，打击江系官员。
时事评论员蓝述：“在北戴河会议上，现任的北京高层没有达到他们所要达到的预定的目标。北戴河会议之后，他们认为要做更多的工作，去为即将到来的中央全会做准备。所以，在北戴河会议之后，马上就出现对江苏省的江系官员进行打击这么一个行动。”
北京时政观察人士华颇表示，江苏官场之前就有好多风言风语。
去年，中共前党魁江泽民的扬州管家、南京市书记季建业落马后，就频传江苏省省委书记罗志军包养多名情妇，因卷入周永康案被调查的消息。
去年的12月19号，北美“新浪网”引述《澳洲日报》的报导称，据可靠消息，罗志军和南京市委书记杨卫泽，给周永康的兄弟和妹妹，以及儿子周滨输送大量利益，目的是想在薄熙来夺权后，罗志军能做公安部长，周永康对此做了承诺。
8月16号，习近平出席南京“青奥会”开幕式整个过程，在中共官方媒体的相关报导中，一直没有提及江苏省委书记罗志军的名字。
今年的8月2号上午，江苏昆山市开发区“中荣金属制品有限公司”汽车轮毂抛光车间发生爆炸事故，至少75人死亡，185人受伤。该公司董事长及总经理等人8月7号被刑拘。
8月18号，中共喉舌“新华网”和香港“凤凰卫视”曾报导称，事故发生后，包括中共江苏省委书记罗志军、省长李学勇也分别受警告处分。但不久，这条新闻就在这两家媒体被删除，转载这一消息的大陆媒体也陆续删除了报导。
北京时政观察人士华颇：“江苏也是江派的一个根据地，上上下下江派的人马都在掌握着江苏的一些重要的岗位。所以，习近平要解决这些地方。江泽民根虽然在上海，但是长三角为一体，要解决上海，就要先清洗江苏。所以罗志军没有出现在这些重要场合是正常的。”
据海外《明慧网》报导，罗志军在担任南京市市长、市委书记期间，积极追随江泽民、周永康迫害法轮功，被海外追查国际组织列入恶人名单榜。

Two Officials In Jiangsu Province Sacked After Beidaihe Meeting
After the Beidaihe meeting, China leader Xi Jinping went to
Nanjing, Jiangsu Province to attend the opening ceremony
of the Youth Olympic Games.
On Aug. 18, central disciplinary department website
announced two officials in Jiangsu were under investigation.
The news triggered a new political wave in Jiangsu.
The public are concerned and discussed whether or not
the purge was directly related to Xi’s visit.
On Aug. 18, the central disciplinary department announced
that Lu Yunfei, deputy major of Lianyungang City and
Jiang Ming, district secretary of Nanjing City were accused of
“serious violating disciplines” and were facing investigation.
On Aug. 15, Xi Jinping appeared in Nanjing and
met China’s team for the Games.
Observers speculated that the Beidaihe meeting had closed.
On Aug. 16, Xi attended the Games opening ceremony,
after that Lu Yunfei and Jiang Ming were investigated.
Lan Shu, current affairs commentator analyzes that
Jiangsu officials’ dismissal sends an obvious message.
The Jiang faction still formed an obstacle in what
the current leaders wanted to do.
Thus, after the Beidaihe meeting, Xi has to expand
anti-corruption action, taking down Jiang faction officials.
Lan Shu: “In the Beidaihe meeting, current leaders
haven’t reached their initial goal.
After the meeting, they vowed to do more work to get ready
for the upcoming national meeting.
Then the Jiang faction officials in Jiangsu were taken down.”
Hua Po, Beijing current affairs observer says that prior to this,
many rumors against Jiangsu officials were circulated.
Last year, after Jiang Zemin’s Yangzhou protege,
Nanjing secretary Ji Jianye was sacked,
rumors spread that Jiangsu secretary Luo Zhijun
had kept several lovers,
he was under investigation due to involvement
in Zhou Yongkang’s case.
On Dec.19 2013, Sina website cited Australia’s
Daily Chinese Herald that according to reliable sources,
Luo Zhijun and Nanjing City secretary Yang Weize
had transferred huge profits to Zhou Yongkang’s family.
Luo Zhijun wanted to be a minister of public security after
Bo Xilai had taken power.
Zhou Yongkang made this promise.
On Aug. 16, Xi Jinping stayed for whole opening ceremony
in Nanjing.
The official media hadn’t mentioned Luo Zhijun’s name.
On Aug. 2, an explosion occurred in a metal wheel rim
polishing plant of Zhongrong Meta Products,
in Kunshan City, Jiangsu.
It killed at least 75 people and injured 185.
Several executives were arrested on Aug. 7.
According to Chinese Communist Party mouthpiece,
Xinhua website and Hong Kong’s ifeng Televison,
after the accident, Luo Zhijun and governor Li Xueyong
were given a warning punishment.
Later, the news was deleted from both websites,
the news circulated by other media was also deleted.
Hua Po: “Jiangsu is one of the Jiang faction’s bases.
Jiang faction officials hold important positions
in Jiangsu Province.
Hence, Xi Jinping wants to clear out these places.
Although Jiang Zemin’s roots are in Shanghai,
the Yangtze River Delta is an integrated area.
To solve the problem in Shanghai
problems in Jiangsu must be cleared out first.
Thus Luo Zhijun’s absence
from these important occasions is normal.”
According to Minghui website,
during Luo Zhijun’s tenure in Nanjing,
he closely followed Jiang Zemin and Zhou Yongkang’s
persecution of Falun Gong.
Luo has been investigated by the World Organization to
Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong.
