中共活体摘取法轮功学员器官的罪行，最近受到国际社会的密切关注，日前在美国旧金山召开的“2014年世界器官移植大会”的主办方，以医药伦理原因拒绝了35名中国医生参会。
据美国《明慧网》8月1号报导，一名在《血腥的器官摘取》一书中被提及的中国移植医生，一周前已经被当局逮捕；另一名移植医生兼中共卫生部官员王海波（Haibo Wang音译），无故临时缺席大会。
报导说，加拿大人权律师大卫•麦塔斯（David Matas）7月29号在“世界移植器官大会”上透露，这名医生是某大医院的主治医生，从事器官移植多年，曾发表过多篇论文。中共当局逮捕他的罪名是“滥用器官移植”（Organ Transplant Abuse）。
麦塔斯表示，这名从事器官移植的主治医生，曾经亲口承认自己参与使用法轮功学员器官进行移植手术。有关证据的详情，在他与大卫•乔高（David Kilgore）合写的《血腥的器官摘取》一书中，有详细记载。
法新社：中国喜欢纪念自己战败
8月1号，是中、日“甲午战争”爆发120周年，中共官方媒体正在大规模纪念中国在“甲午战争”中战败。
《法新社》评论说，120年前爆发的这场中、日战争，变成了中国国家的耻辱。现在，在中、日紧张关系不断加剧时，“甲午战争”的耻辱在中国激起了更大共鸣，而当年那场战争却起源于中、日争夺对北韩的控制权。
报导说，中国和其他国家不一样，它喜欢纪念自己的战败，而且要隆重纪念战败，要将中国受害，强加入官方历史，因为中共执政当局可以利用民族主义悲情，来增加自己统治的合法性。
高智晟出狱期近 各方关注
被中共关押在新疆沙雅监狱的大陆维权律师高智晟，8月7号即将刑满，目前，海内外各界都在密切关注：他是否能获得真正的自由。
他的妻子耿和透露，高智晟的大哥，8月1号已经启程前往新疆，去迎接弟弟出狱。
英国外交部人权小组8月1号也在“推特”上，以中、英文向耿和表达对高智晟能平安释放的关注。
总部设在美国纽约的国际人权组织“人权观察”，1号也同时发出新闻稿，敦促中共释放高智晟，并且不得加以其他限制。
“人权观察”表示，外界担忧高智晟出狱之后，是否继续被软禁。
早两天，美国国会发布的年度全球宗教自由报告，也敦促中共按期释放为法轮功发声而遭判刑的高智晟。

Organ Transplantation Doctor Arrested in China.
Recently, the crime of organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners has been watched by the international community.
The 2014 World Transplant Congress (WTC) was just held
in San Francisco between July 26 and 31.
The organizer rejected 35 Chinese participants on the
grounds of medical ethical.
According to the US Minghui website report on August 1, a
Chinese organ transplantation doctor mentioned in the book,
Bloody Harvest was arrested a week ago by authorities.
Another transplant doctor Wang Haibo, who is also an official
of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Health Ministry, was
temporarily absent for no reason.
The report said, Canadian human rights lawyer David Matas
revealed at the WTC on July 29, the arrested doctor Zhu
Yunsong worked in a major hospital and engaged in organ
transplantation for many years, authoring numerous articles.
The Chinese authorities arrested him on charges of abuse
of organ transplantation.
Matas said that Zhu admitted himself that he participated in
transplantation operation using organs from Falun Gong
practitioners.

August 1 is the 120th anniversary of the Sino-Japanese War.
The China official media are commemorating China’s
defeat in the Sino-Japanese War on a large scale.
AFP commented that the Sino-Japanese War of 120 years
ago became a national disgrace of China.
Now, the disgrace of the Sino-Japanese War has sparked a
greater resonance in China with the increased tension.
The Sino-Japanese War originated from competition for
control of North Korea between China and Japan.
The report said that China is different from other countries
because it likes to commemorate their defeat.
Also they like to memorably commemorate the defeat and
add China’s victimization to official history.
It is because the ruling Party can increase legitimacy of its
rule using the nationalism pathos.
Gao Zhisheng’s Release Imminent,
Will He Become a Free Man?
On August 7, the human rights lawyer Gao Zhisheng detained
in Xinjiang Shaya prison will finish his sentence.
Currently, whether he will get free for real has attracted global
attention.
His wife Geng He said, Gao Zhisheng’s older brother went to
pick him from the jail in Xinjiang on August 1.
On August 1, British Foreign Office Human Rights Group
posted on Twitter expressing concern for Gao’s safe release.
On August 1, international human rights organization Human
Rights Watch also issued a press to urge the Chinese
Communist Party (CCP) to release Gao Zhisheng without
any restriction.
Human Rights Watch said they all have concerns that Gao
Zhisheng will be under house arrest after his release.
Two days ago, the US Congress released the International
Religious Freedom Report to urge the CCP to release Gao
Zhisheng who was arrested for appealing for Falun Gong
practitioners.
