【新唐人2014年08月02日讯】前中共政治局常委周永康被宣布立案审查后，大陆民众一片欢腾，更有一些民众放烟花庆祝，同时，各界呼吁中共当局对周永康处以死刑。有民众表示，周永康主政政法系统十多年，残酷迫害百姓，涉及成千上万的人命，判他一百个死刑也不足以平民愤。
北京维权人士王玲因房屋被强拆，上访多年毫无结果，却经常遭受当权者的关押、殴打，她表示，周永康对老百姓犯下的罪，判他一百次死刑都远远不够。
北京维权人士王玲：“他杀了多少人，杀的都是那些无辜的维权人士，尤其是法轮功而且是活摘，这个是最让人气愤，不是气愤，就是让人难以容忍，不能容忍，他就是魔鬼，就不是人，光给他枪毙便宜他了。”
王玲说，周永康迫害死维权人士曹顺利，抓捕维权律师高智晟、镇压盲人维权人士陈光诚，迫害法轮功、打压异议人士、和上访人士，用超过军费的开支镇压各类宗教，对他判死刑不足以平民愤。
据了解，周永康自2002年担任公安部部长，和政法委书记的10年间，实行高压维稳政策，利用公、检、法、国安和武警系统的力量，以治理社会为名，随意监控和逮捕各界民众，制造海量冤案，中国的“维稳”经费2012年已高达7000多亿，超过军费开支。
这10年间，中国刑事案件每年以17%至22%幅度上升，公安、司法全面沦为官匪的保护伞，特警、武警、枪支、装甲车都拿来直接面对普通民众，公安部门成了百姓公认的最腐败、黑暗的部门。
前山东大学教授孙文广：“这些部门他们做的坏事，作为最高领导，他应该承担决策的责任，就是侵犯人权的，滥抓、滥判的，甚至开枪镇压的，这些事情应该追查他们，有些罪行可以提高到反人类罪。”
此外，大陆媒体揭露：周永康的儿子周滨在四川广结人脉，经营诸多项目，并与“黑老大”刘汉在水电站项目上合作。
英国《路透社》披露：中南海在调查周案期间，冻结、没收了周家至少900亿资产，扣查或讯问了300多名周永康亲属、亲信和政治盟友。
因起诉前中共党魁江泽民、被冤判5年徒刑的香港法轮功学员朱柯明指出，周永康最大罪行，不是贪腐上千亿，以及淫乱杀妻、篡权等，而是执行江泽民的“灭绝政策”——迫害法轮功。
香港法轮功学员朱柯明：“有无数的法轮功学员被中共迫害的妻离子散，家破人亡，流离失所，数以千万计的法轮功学员被非法关押、非法劳教、非法判刑，还有数以万计的法轮功学员被活体摘除器官、尸体被贩售，这些全是在周永康一手策划，操纵下干的。”
自江泽民集团1999年7月发动迫害法轮功以来，周永康卖力执行江泽民对法轮功学员实施的“打死白打死、打死算自杀”、“不查身源、直接火化”的灭绝政策，踏着无数善良老百姓的鲜血步步高升。
美国《明慧网》资料显示，周永康担任公安部长不到三年的时间，经确认被迫害致死的法轮功学员就由700名上升到2,940名。调查显示：2006年4月，大陆300多家劳教所关押着数十万法轮功学员。
此外，在周永康和江泽民的指使下，包括中共军队、政法、武警在内的整部国家机器，都卷入活体摘取法轮功学员器官的“群体灭绝性”犯罪中，目前国际确认，至少有4万多个移植器官来源不明，他们很可能是来自被害死的法轮功学员。
近年来，周永康、江泽民等人在美国、法国、澳洲、西班牙等30多个国家，被法轮功学员以“反人类罪”和“群体灭绝罪”告上法庭。

Even The Death Penalty Won’t Quell Resentment Over Zhou Yongkang’s Crimes
The Chinese welcome the downfall of former Politburo
Standing Committee Zhou Yongkang.
Some even set off fireworks in celebration.
Many called for the death penalty for Zhou.
But, people also criticize that even killing him 100 times
wouldn’t ease the resentment caused by the murder of tens
of thousands of Chinese during the more than a decade
of brutal persecution during his ruling of the Central Political
and Legislative Committee (CPLC).
Beijing activist Wang Ling has for years been a petitioner
due to the forced house demolition.
Years of petitions have been to no avail but only brought her
numerous detentions and beatings.
She indicates the crimes Zhou Yongkang has committed
cannot be justified even by sentencing him
with 100 death penalties.
Beijing activist Wang Ling: “The many people he killed are
all those innocent activists; what’s most repugnant
and intolerable is the live organ harvest from Falun Gong
practitioners.
He is a devil. Just to kill him is to let him off lightly."
Wang Ling listed the people Zhou Yongkang has persecuted,
including the late activist Cao Shunli, human rights lawyer
Gao Zhisheng, blind activist Chen Guangcheng, Falun Gong
practitioners, dissidents, petitioners, as well as people
of various religions.
Even the death penalty is not enough to quell resentment over
his crimes of persecution using budgets larger than the military spending.
Since 2002, Zhou Yongkang had employed a high-pressure
stability maintenance policy, creating massive injustice
through the national security system.
Surveillance and arrests were conducted for 10 years
via his posts as the Minister of Public Security
and the Secretary of CPLC.
In 2012, the stability maintenance cost reached more than
700 billion yuan, which far exceeded military spending.
Within that 10-year period, Chinese criminal cases
rose 17 percent to 22 percent annually.
The national security system became the umbrella
covering the rogue officials.
Special police, armed police, fire arms, and even armored
vehicles are brought to directly attack the general public.
The public security department is recognized as the most
corrupt and the darkest sector in China.
Former Shandong University Professor Sun Wenguang:
“He should be held fully liable as the decision maker for all
these departments’ bad deeds, such as the abusive detention
and arrest, the human rights violations, even open fire.
Some of these can be as serious as the crimes
against humanity."
Mainland media also exposed Zhou Bin, the son of Zhou
Yongkang, who had wide connections in Sichuan and even
collaborated with the underworld king, Liu Han,
in hydropower among many other projects.
Reuters disclosed that during the investigation, Zhongnanhai
confiscated at least 90 billion yuan of Zhou’s assets;
more than 300 people, including his families, relatives,
and political allies, were detained or questioned.
Zhu Keming is a Hong Kong Falun Gong practitioner.
He was wrongfully imprisoned for five years due to his
lawsuit against former Communist Party leader Jiang Zemin.
He points out that Zhou Yongkang’s crimes are more than
just hundreds of billions spent in corruption, sex scandals,
the murder of his wife or the mutiny.
It is his implementation of Jiang Zemin’s extermination
policy – the persecution of Falun Gong.
Zhu Keming: “The persecution of Falun Gong has led
to the separation and ruin of countless families.
Tens of millions of Falun Gong practitioners were displaced,
illegally detained in prisons and labor camps
and illegally sentenced.
Tens of thousands of Falun Gong practitioners even had
their organs removed while alive and their bodies were sold.
These are all plotted and manipulated by Zhou Yongkang."
Since Jiang Zemin launched the persecution of Falun Gong
in July of 1999, Zhou Yongkang implemented Jiang’s
extermination policy against Falun Gong.
Beating practitioners to death is counted as nothing
but suicide, no examination of the body but direct cremation.
Zhou was promoted by marching on the blood of countless
kind-hearted people.
Minghui.org revealed the fact that within three years
of Zhou Yongkang’s post as Minister of Public Security,
the confirmed deaths of Falun Gong practitioners rose
from 700 to 2,940.
Surveys show in April of 2006, more than hundreds
of thousands of Falun Gong practitioners were kept
in over 300 labor camps in China.
Under the instigation of Zhou Yongkang and Jiang Zemin,
the entire state apparatus, including the military, CPLC
and armed police were engaged in the genocide and crimes
of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners.
The international community has recognized at least 40,000
cases of transplant were performed.
The sources of organs are unknown, they were likely to have
been extracted from innocent Falun Gong practitioners.
In recent years, lawsuits against Zhou Yongkang, Jiang Zemin
and others for the alleged “crimes against humanity"
and “genocide" have been filed in over 30 countries,
including the United States, France, Australia, and Spain.
